Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3487 is to be fed three meals daily accompanied by a fluid of choice per meal. It is kept within an underground containment cell approximately 304 meters underneath Site 78. This underground structure is cubical, spanning 2.1m x 2.1m x 2.1m. All surfaces of the cell are padded with high-powered electrically charged magnets and as a result staff must remove all metal and or magnetized objects from their person before entering SCP-3487's cell. All personnel aside from specifically designated officer Kyle ███████ attempting to access SCP-3487 must have Level 4 security clearance and clearance from a standing majority of O5 officers.
SCP-3487 is to be fitted with a copper-wire suit infused with [REDACTED], keeping it in the center of the room due to the magnetic attractive force distribution from the cell’s padding. If SCP-3487 is to attempt any destruction of it’s containment chamber at any time, lethal force is not approved under any circumstances and is strictly forbidden. Any attack against SCP-3487 will result in immediate termination.
Due to the nature of SCP-3487, the site Overseer also sees the immense potential for SCP-S’s assistance to the Foundation.
Description: SCP-3487 is a humanoid male with brown hair and hazel eyes. It weighs 68 kg and stands at 1.7 m. Age is unknown, however it’s appearance is of a mature male in his 20s. It is nearly impossible to distinguish SCP-3487 from any other human, as the outer physical features appear that of a completely normal — if not ‘unimpressive’ — human.
SCP-3487's known anomalies lie within every instance of muscle tissue within it’s body. Every fast-twitch and slow-twitch muscle-fiber within SCP-3487 are able to accelerate and flex at a rapid speed enormously out of range of a normal human. Top speeds have been observed to surpass the speed of light, previously thought impossible. However, due to previous conceptions of the laws of physics, this is still being discussed actively if SCP-3487 had actually achieved this or another anomaly had taken place at time of testing.
Tests thus far have proven that it is physically impossible to harm SCP-3487 (See Addendum 3487-B for more information). Any attempt to harm SCP-3487 will result in it to instantaneously dodge it, negating all limitations stopping it from doing so. This has included:
- Leather straps
- A reinforced glass chamber.
- 500kg weights at the ankles.
- Immense magnetism.
Due to SCP-3487’s speed, it is also able to exert an enormous amount of force generated with it’s acceleration. SCP-3487 has been observed to instantaneously shred 1m of solid-plated steel with relative ease. How SCP-3487’s body is unharmed from the impact force is unknown.
