Item #: SCP-????
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-???? must be contained in its original plastic tube, but may be taken out of its original box containing the tubes after clearance that the tube is completely undamaged. The plastic tube that holds SCP-???? may not be altered in any way, nor can the top be taken off of the tube, however SCP-???? must be put in a fitted locked box.
SCP-???? is to be monitored by a camera at all times.
Each item of SCP-???? must be handled one at a time. No tests on SCP-???? may last longer than 10 minutes; if a test is to reach or exceed 10 minutes, SCP-???? must be contained in its tube immediately.
Any entity attacked by SCP-???? must be immediately terminated.
No tests are currently permitted to be run on the interior of SCP-????, but tests on the exterior sides may be done following the previous precautions.
Description: SCP-???? is a set of 72 fluorescent yellow “Wilson” tennis balls, contained in 24 separate plastic tubes. Each tennis ball measures a 6.86 centimeter diameter. The tennis ball tubes are currently in fittec cases, packaged in the original box, and that box is contained on site 23-D.
After testing a normal tennis ball to SCP-????, it has been concluded they have the same color, dimensions, and exterior material. Differences included elasticity, bounce height, and interior material. No more interior material tests are permitted (see addendum).
When SCP-???? is released from its tube, after about 10 minutes, it will teleport inside the nearest persons skull, and proceed to mutilate their insides over the course of about 4 minutes and 10 seconds. After the inside of the victim's head is completely hollowed, it waits inside for approximately 30 seconds, and continues to the next victim.
The anomalous properties of SCP-???? were first discovered on May 19, 2007, when declassified government footage, and witness accounts revealed a husband and wife going to a local park in New Jersey to play tennis. They brought with them 3 out of the 24 known tubes. They opened the first tube and about 10 minutes later, all of the tennis balls disappeared, and are suspected to have re-appeared inside of someone's head. People frenzied, as others dropped to the ground, with seemingly no reason. An unknown person called over a police squad, which came over to stop the scene.
Interviewed: Police Officer ██████
Interviewer: Reporter ████
Foreword: Police arrived at the scene of the attack to try to stop the frenzy. One officer describes what it was like.
<Begin Log>
Reporter ████: So officer, I see you had quite a case here, what did you do to stop the frenzy?
Officer ██████: Well, the first thing I saw when I got there was about 15 people on the ground, with blood coming out of their eyes, mouth, ears, and nose. I could not witness directly what was happening, but based on witness accounts, some tennis balls disappeared out of thin air at the time of the attack. Our squad stood there for 2 minutes thinking of what to do, and then took action when we saw someone fall to the ground. I ran over and saw they were clutching their head, and saw they were turning white. I’ve never seen someone in such severe pain. I’m just like holy crap, if I don’t do something, he’ll die a horrible death, so I panicked and shot him in the head with my magnum. It probably was not the best move in retrospect, but it did the job. Anyway, I looked at him as he flailed for a bit, and the just stopped. Then his head split open. IT SPLIT OPEN! I have never had a case this bad on the job. I did a double take, and peered in, to my horror seeing NOTHING but a tennis ball.
Reporter ████: So what did you do with the tennis ball, just leave it there?
Officer ██████: I must have fired… I don’t know, 5 magazines into that thing, and while they penetrated and made a hole, it repaired itself after 5 seconds. With that, I knew that we were dealing with something very odd. I stood there horrified. I had to think for about 30 seconds, and came up with a long shot idea. This thing was safe inside the can before it was opened. As a last resort, I sprinted to the cans, threw it in one, and sealed it tight. It was by best chance. Even so, that was just one. It was not easy to get all 9 back in. I believe the death toll was in the 50’s at the end.
Reporter ████: I believe that is it for now, thank you.
<End Log>
The police tracked the owners of SCP-???? back to their house, and safely claimed and transported each entity to site 23-D, where they are currently being contained. It has been attempted to contain them in substances such as other plastics, metals, and liquids, with no success. Short attempts to terminate SCP-????, using fire, and crushing power have yielded no positive results, no attempt has been longer than 10 minutes.
Addendum: Interior test failure.
Interior testing had been cleared, and Dr. Hal has been chosen to conduct testing. Feb 17, 2009, testing starts. Dr. Hal opens the tube. Dumps 3 tennis balls out, and puts 2 back in. One tennis ball remains still on table for 10 seconds, so testing is clear to commence. Dr. Hal cuts into entity, and looks inside. He writes down some notes, which appear to say "Black inside, made of some kind of thin metal. It's probably tin." Dr. Hal looks back at SCP-????, to see the tennis balls hole close up. He makes another slice in. He touches the inside with his tool. Entity sucks him and the tool inside of it, along with his materials nearby. Entity closes up.
Dr. Hal was never seen again. Interior testing is now suspended.

Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be contained in its original spot of discovery, and no transportation or altering of SCP-XXXX is permitted. No living entities are currently permitted to be within a 5 meter distance of any part of SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX is to be monitored by a camera at all times.
If any living entity is seen to make contact with SCP-XXXX, no means of attempting to help the entity are permitted. Currently, no tests involving a living entity are permitted.
The entry hole to the location housing SCP-XXXX is to be covered by a fitted steel plate, measuring 5 centimeters thick, and fitted to the exact shape of the entrance hole, with a 15 centimeter overlap on the stone around it. There are to be 8 heavy duty 8 centimeter metal screws, spaced evenly across the entry hole cover.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an anomalous salt water deposit, measuring 14.7 meters by 12.1 meters. SCP-XXXX has an unknown depth, but is confirmed to be over 30 meters deep, and less than 500 meters deep. The PH level of this water is 6.1.
SCP-XXXX is located in a sea cavern, off the East coast of Australia in the Pacific Ocean. It is isolated from all other water and objects, the only way to see this entity is through a hole on the top of the cavern.
Anything that makes contact with SCP-XXXX can not escape from it, once part of an object enters, there is no way of taking it out, however it is possible to not go in any deeper. Once an object is entirely engulfed by SCP-XXXX, it will proceed to disintegrate into the water, and become a part of it. Currently, SCP-XXXX has no effects on the rocks that are touching it currently. SCP-XXXX is 2.34 meters away from flooding over the hole it is in.
SCP-XXXX was first discovered in 1899 when local residents reported seeing a sinkhole appear near their village. The residents threw rocks into it, like it was a wishing well, and recalled seeing them making no splash entering the water. Years after the discovery, the first recorded in depth study was conducted by Dr. █████ and Agent ██████ in 1968.
Test conducted on: SCP-XXXX
Test conducted by: Dr. █████, Agent ██████
Date: March 11, 1968
Forward: This entity has received lots of recent attention, so it is our job to study it, and record our findings.
Test 1: Dr. █████ starts by putting a PH test into the water. The reading is 6.1. He tries to pull it out, with no success. He leaves it there, and after 20 seconds, there it no trace of it.
Test 2: Class D has hand put into water. He has to pull it out. He struggles for 17 minutes, with no success. Initiate stage 2. Class D is now 90% submerged in water. Loses all body function, fully submerges. Class D disintegrates within 20 seconds.
Test 3: Starting distance between the top of the rocks and the top of the water level: 4.59 meters. Rocks are lowered in, all at once. The total mass of the rocks is 100 kilograms. After every rock disintegrates, measurements are taken again. New distance between the top of the rocks and the top of the water level: 4.21 meters.
