Description SCP-XXXX are a series of tunnels in Portland OR from the 1850s. Nothing Strange Happens in SCP-XXXX, but the following reasons for containment follow. SCP-XXXX history is very grim SCP-XXXX was used to ship goods from location to location. But waiting at the station were kidnapers that would take intoxicated me and women to a ship to be put into slavery. The reasons for this happening inside SCP-XXXX are that slavery was legal back for twenty years of the incidents. SCP-XXXX is no longer active running.
