SCP-6743's ocean from the observatory.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6743 has been designated Purtis1 and is being monitored by Mobile Task Force Mortis-4 ("Crumbling Guards"). Under no circumstances are foundation personnel to stay after 11:00 PM. Personnel are to remain in pairs after entering SCP-6743 to better survive SCP-6743's hazardous environment. After ██/██/2019 no research personnel are to enter SCP-6743 unless approved by two level 4 researchers. D-class subjects are to enter SCP-6743 and wear camera fitted harnesses, a standard issue pistol sidearm with two extra magazines, and a flashlight with no specified battery life as time contains several irregularities in SCP-6743.
Exploration of SCP-6743 is to be approved by two level 4 personnel and under no circumstances are subjects permitted to enter alone unless properly approved. If an instance of SCP-6743-2 appears while exploration is in progress, conversation with the entity is requested before termination. If subject is attacked by SCP-6743-2, the pistol sidearm is permitted for termination. Instances of SCP-6743-3 are to not be engaged with under any circumstances as the entities will react with violent outbursts, usually resulting in casualties among all subjects involved. All instances of SCP-6743-4 are to be detained and returned to Outpost-C-84 for further study before expiration of the subject occurs. If SCP-6743-Alpha is sighted within SCP-6743, all personnel are to evacuate the area immediately, as SCP-6743-Alpha actively seeks out personnel and terminates them.
If research personnel become lost in SCP-6743, a squad of four armed members of Mobile Task Force Mortis-4 are to be sent into SCP-6743 and retrieve the subject. All agents are to be outfitted with a shoulder mounted camera and tether system to return to the exit safely. All items that are retrieved on exploration missions are to be confiscated upon return, and studied by the on-site research team.
When interacting with technology inside of SCP-6743, personnel are to document the actions they take in the procedure. If at any point the power transmitters inside of SCP-6743 shut off, all personnel are to evacuate the area immediately, as SCP-6743-2 and SCP-6743-3 are attracted to fluctuations in electricity.

Description: SCP-6743 is a separate dimension from our reality. A portal exists in the Tibesti Mountain Range, in Mt. Emi Koussi. The entry to SCP-6743 emits large amounts of seismic activity, which attracted the attention of the Global Occult Coalition. The entry point to SCP-6743 is a octagonal-shaped door with a green liquid as an entry. When a subject is fully submerged inside of the liquid, they will be transported to an observatory labelled as SCP-6743-Alpha. Attempts to deduce what the liquid forming the portal has resulted in the liquid being a compound of a gelatinous combination of carbon dioxide and obsidian.
This is for later (WIP).
