Special Containment Procedures: Media flow of the area around SCP-XXXX is monitored for sightings of any of the instances of SCP-XXXX. If anyone enters the 200m radius surrounding SCP-XXXX they must be captured and administered Class-A amnestic, depending on which quadrant of SCP-XXXX they have trespassed into. SCP-XXXX is divided into four Quadrant. The Northern Quadrant, The Southern Quadrant, The Western Quadrant and The Eastern Quadrant. Containment procedures for each Quadrant are as follows:
The Northern Quadrant: Instances of SCP-XXXX’s Northern Quadrant anomalies effects are currently impossible to contain. Because of the anomalous effects being part of the terrain of SCP-XXXX’s Northern Quadrant. The only containable anomalies are SCP-XXXX- Northern Quadrant -1. Instances of SCP-XXXX-Northern Quadrant-1 must not be allowed to exit SCP-XXXX’s soil. When an instance of SCP-XXXX-Northern Quadrant-1 is spotted 100m from SCP-XXXX border, it must be terminated instantly. This termination must be done by way of incineration of the entity in question. If an instance of SCP-XXXX-Northern Quadrant-1 leaves SCP-XXXX border, all fauna and flora in a 100m radius must be terminated by way of incineration. In addition, any Foundation personnel caught in one of SCP-XXXX geological movements, will be presumed dead. If the personnel in question is found, he or she must be turned in for questioning then quarantined for a period of two months. If the body is found instead, his or her body must be incinerated.
The Southern Quadrant: No technology that has not been developed by the inhabitants of SCP-XXXX’s Southern Quadrant, designated as SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-1 and SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-2. SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-1 and SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-2 must not come in contact with each other. Time in SCP-XXXX’s Southern Quadrant doesn’t flow the same as the outside of it. Foundation must not observe SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-1 and SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-2 for extended periods of time, maximum time is two months, three days and four hours. Fauna and flora in SCP-XXXX’s Southern Quadrant are very hostile, Foundation staff are advised to not come in contact with these life forms at any cost. See Addendum: Southern Quadrant Fauna and Flora for a list of fauna and flora that should be observed at all times.
Eastern Quadrant: All Foundation personnel must be waring hazardous materials suits when outside the outpost of SCP-XXXX’s Eastern Quadrant. If any low-ranking Foundation personnel are exposed to SCP-XXXX’s Eastern Quadrant they must be terminated on sight. Containment procedures of mutated personnel and organism, designated as SCP-XXXX-Eastern Quadrant-1 and SCP-XXXX-Eastern Quadrant-2, are as follows:
• If the instance of SCP-XXXX-Eastern Quadrant-1 show hostilities and low levels of intelligence they must be terminated and their bodies must be incinerated.
• If the instance of SCP-XXXX-Eastern Quadrant-2 show docility and normal to high levels of intelligence, it should be contained in a standard humanoid containment unit, with lead lined walls.
Western Quadrant: SCP-XXXX’s Western Quadrant is to be monitored by series of underground tunnels. These tunnels are currently counted at ███,this number may changes daily. Instances of SCP-XXXX-Western Quadrant-1, must be capture, alive, for study. Instances of SCP-XXXX-Western Quadrant-1 must not be harmed or angered in any way. Any violation to this rule will be met with immediate termination. Contact with instances of SCP-XXXX-Western Quadrant-1 must not be longer than forty-eight hours per week. If any Foundation personnel is in close contact with an instance of SCP-XXXX-Western Quadrant-1 for more than forty-eight hours per week, they must be administered Class-A amnestic and kept in a holding cell for seventy-two hours.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a nine hundred -thousand acre forest located in █████████, Russia. SCP-XXXX was discovered by a group of hunters that hunted in the area. See Interview Log-1 for more information. SCP-XXXX’s Northern Quadrant was the first quadrant found to have anomalous properties. The Eastern Quadrant was the second one, first thought to only be a highly irradiated part of the forest, was then discovered that high anomalous activity was present. The Southern Quadrant was found to have a time irregularity by Dr. Williamson. See Addendum: Dr. Williamson’s notes for more information. The Western Quadrant has been discovered recently by accident, and it’s inhabitants have also been discovered by accident.
Description of SCP-XXXX’s Northern Quadrant: Outpost in SCP-XXXX’s Northern Quadrant are currently impossible to build, because of The Northern Quadrants incessant geological movements. The topography in SCP-XXXX’s Northern Quadrant is in constant movement and displacement. For example; a skulk of Vulpes lagopus live on a group of geological anomalies in SCP-XXXX’s Northern Quadrant. Temperature in SCP-XXXX’s Northern Quadrant is irregular, although the fauna and flora in SCP-XXXX’s Northern Quadrant still survive these extreme temperatures. The highest temperatures recorded in The Northern Quadrant is 60.3 ° C, and the lowest temperature is -56.3 ° C. SCP-XXXX-Northern Quadran-1 are a species of bipedal plant-based organism that are spontaneously created on one of the geological anomalies in SCP-XXXX’s Northern Quadrant. When any type of soil, that isn’t part of SCP-XXXX’s Northern Quadrant, is touched by SCP-XXXX-Northern Quadrant-1 the soil will be planted with the seeds of SCP-XXXX-Northern Quadrant-1. These seeds create identical copies of SCP-XXXX-Northern Quadrant-1. SCP-XXXX-Northern Quadrant-1 can also transmit these seeds to animals’ fur and other plant seeds. SCP-XXXX-Northern Quadrant-1 start as small grass like organism, but after a gestation period of two weeks they transform into their adult stage. This stage is highly aggressive to any organism that isn’t carrying SCP-XXXX-Northern Quadrant-1 seed or isn’t an instance of SCP-XXXX-Northern Quadrant-1.
Description of SCP-XXXX’s Southern Quadrant: SCP-XXXX’s Southern Quadrant has the flora, fauna and temperatures of a tropical jungle. SCP-XXXX’s Southern Quadrant seems to have some sort of time anomaly, this anomaly makes time inside SCP-XXXX’s Southern Quadrant’s borders go much faster than on the outside of it. Time in SCP-XXXX’s Southern Quadrant moves ten times faster than in the outside world. Because of this evolution inside SCP-XXXX’s Southern Quadrant happens at an alarming rate, and the development of sentient and sapient species. Currently only two species are currently considered sapient by the Foundation. These two are the Inglo, designated as SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-1, and the Quistro people, designated as SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-2. These two peoples are only in the first level of the Kardashev scale. Instances of SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-1 are bipedal, possess a green pigmentation on their skin, possess no hair follicles on their skin and are mute. Instances of SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-1 measure on average 1.7m in length and weigh 38.4kg. Instances of SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-2 are bipedal, possess a grey pigmentation on their skin, possess a vermilion pigmentation on their irises, are covered in raw umber colored fur and are mute. Instances of SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-2 measure on average 2.33m in length and weigh 154.2kg. Technology that hasn’t been developed by instances of SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-1 and SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-2, may not be given to any technology. Instances of SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-1 and SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-2 have a primal hatred for each other. Small-scale skirmish between instances of SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-1 and SCP-XXXX-Southern Quadrant-2 are common and do almost no damage to Foundation personnel and property.
