Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored inside a reinforced, high security locker that is only accessible by Level 3+ personnel, due to a possible anomalous event where the walls of the room containing SCP-XXXX's locker could be soundproof.
Description: SCP-XXXX was discovered when the famous kidnapper, █████ ██████ used it to completely nullify sounds of his victims before he was caught by the ██████ Police Department in 19██.
SCP-XXXX is a standard firearm suppressor that can be applied to any surface/object, however this is the least important of its anomalous properties. SCP-XXXX glues to any surface/object its on by simply intersecting with it.
When applied on an object/surface, the affected surface/object will be completely soundproof however, this is reversible by simply removing SCP-XXXX from the affected object/surface.
