Special Containment Procedures: Scp-XXXX can only be contained by [REDACTED] Due to the nature of Scp-XXXX, it is used in the containment of all other Scp's, excluding anomalies that are outside or unaffected by time. The first and only occasion on the witch that Scp-XXXX was contained was on █/██/████ Using [REDACTED]. Containment of the anomaly lasted for ██ Days, in the process of containment at Site-19, a ███████████████ occurred, this was not known to the inhabitants of the site due to the nature of the event.
Description: Scp-XXXX Is the physical manifestation of time. It is nearly impossible to tell when a manifestation occurs due to the duration of the manifestation being anomalously removed from any recordings or memories. The removal of the manifestation does not leave a seamless recording or memory behind, resulting in gaps in knowledge and erratic cuts in footage. Photographs are believed to be the only way to view Scp-XXXX without forgetting. all but one attempted photographs of Scp-XXXX have thus far only included swinging, floating, pocket watch [Henceforth Scp-XXXX-1.]
Scp-XXXX-1 is a cog work pocket watch of a golden color. True identification of the metal is yet to be determined due to the lack of a sample. Only one instance of Scp-XXXX's physical form has been taken, The Foundation acquired the picture [REDACTED] Resulting in a containment breach [See incident log Scp-XXXX-A]. Scp-XXXX appears to be a caucasian Human, the exact details of its appearance are so far impossible to discern due to its anomalous nature.
Research Procedures: At an interval of every 6 hours, multiple cameras take pictures of various locations at Site-19. The foundation captures on average 1 pictures containing Scp-XXXX-1 every 2561 tests. As a result of an increase in the frequency of pictures taken, per Dr. █████'s request, a containment breach occurred [See Incident Log Scp-XXXX-A]

**NOTE: During the breach at Site-19, the only other anomaly to breach containment other than Scp-XXXX was Scp-173, due to the nature of the event, however, casualties caused by Scp-173 were recorded at an all-time record of ███ casualties. The cause of Scp-XXXX initializing the containment breach is thought to be an increase in the frequency of pictures taken around Site-19 for research as an attempt to collect more data in a shorter span of time. **

NOTICE FROM THE DIRECTOR OF SITE-19
It appears that during the 134 years that the blackout occurred, Scp-173 was able to escape containment and move around in the dark, killing staff. This seems to have happened because of the speed at which Scp-173 moves, being able to move fast enough to slightly resist distorted or slowed time. being able to kill without any chance of being stopped by visual contact. I request further testing on Scp-173's capabilities in the dark. I also am requesting on behalf of Site-19 that Scp-XXXX is upgraded to Keter classification, as well as upgrading it to Ekhi disruption class.
