Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6990 is a nebula and therefore cannot be contained. The current status of the source of the waves is still unknown. The source will be the new SCP-6995 if we find its location.
Description: SCP-6990 is the Helix Nebuala, approximately 700 light-years away from Earth. Even though it was discovered in 1824, it’s only had anomalous properties since 2099. When any human views SCP-6990 for a certain amount of time, they are reported to have gained the answer to almost any question they have, with these questions almost always relating to questions about the universe. Examples of things that were first learned have been listed below.
There will be other planets containing life throughout the lifetime of the universe, and Earth will not be the only planet to contain life throughout the life of the whole universe.
Black holes do exist and should no longer be theoretical by this point.
A planet with the properties of the theorized Planet Nine does exist somewhere in the universe.
White Holes have a better chance of existing than we thought.
The moon has at least 1% of rocks that were once part of Earth.
The unknown electromagnetic signal on August 10th, 2047 was, in fact, from [REDACTED], meaning every [REDACTED] could possibly be [REDACTED].
However, the strangest piece of information was that SCP-6990 said that the Horsehead Nebula had anomalous properties.
Update: This has been confirmed to be true, and the Horsehead Nebula will be titled SCP-6991.
The above was learned when SCP-6990 first performed its anomalous properties. Data that’s learned varies between each human, and data varies between how big of a question something was. Those who look at SCP-6990 now usually learn the answers to questions not as mind blowing as the first answers, but are still pretty useful, such as where to look for the next interesting space object or where someone lost something here on Earth.
The strangest, and perhaps creepiest, part of SCP-6990 is its tendencies to pinpoint the exact location of anyone who has committed at least one of two of the seven deadly sins, those two sins being Wrath (represented with the color red, or the “pupil” of SCP-6990) and Envy (represented with the color green, or the rest of SCP-6990). It should be noted that SCP-6990 can only keep track of one person at a time. Whoever it’s tracking will see a hallucination of SCP-6990 (called SCP-6990-B) that will appear directly above Earth during the night, hovering about 600 kilometers from Earth’s surface. SCP-6990-B will change appearance depending on which sins the tracked committed. If they only did Wrath, then only the pupil will appear. If they only did Envy, then only the “eye socket” will appear. However, if the tracked did both, then the entirety of SCP-6990-B will be visible to the tracked. If the tracked genuinely wants forgiveness for the sins, then SCP-6990-B will vanish from the former tracked’s sight. How SCP-6990-B chooses who to track doesn’t appear to have any relations to whether or not the tracked has actually committed a crime, and the tracked has almost never been revealed to kill, and if it DOES find someone who’s killed, then it’s theorized that it was simply a coincidence and that SCP-6990-B doesn’t seek out people who kill.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6991 is a nebula and therefore cannot be contained.
Description: SCP-6991 is the Horsehead Nebula, 1,500 light years from Earth in the constellation of Orion. Although it was first discovered in 1888, SCP-6991 has only been showing anomalous properties since 2099. The most interesting part of SCP-6991 was that its anomalous properties were confirmed by SCP-6990.
If any horse or horse like animal looks in SCP-6991’s general direction in the sky for over a minute, they become an instance of SCP-6991-1. Horses that are SCP-6991-1 experience certain symptoms, such as:
1. Getting frightened by unseen beings
2. Increased aggression towards attackers, demonstrating heightened strength. It’s been shown to be able to kill attackers much faster than normal.
3. A red glow in the eyes
Instances of SCP-6991-1 will become normal horses again after a few days.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6992 is a space entity and therefore cannot be contained. However, due to its friendly nature, it is allowed to be spoken to through the Site-57 telescope.
Description: SCP-6992 is a sentient force first found about 2,000 light years from the Milky Way Galaxy. It takes on the form of many gas clouds and mostly uses stars it “grabs” within the clouds as its eyes, although it’s been observed to also use gas in the shape of balls for eyes as well. It’s also capable of intelligent speech, usually taking on the form of a dragon head for communication. As big as it is, SCP-6992’s movements are as quick and fluent as if it was in front of us, meaning it’s capable of moving collected objects faster than the speed of light. Despite its distance from us, it’s capable of hearing us incredibly well. SCP-6992 is also incredibly friendly and easy to befriend, and has been our eyes in the sky since it was discovered it was sentient. It has vast knowledge of space, although it still doesn’t know literally everything about it.
SCP-6992 was first discovered after a 10 year old boy was discovered talking with it through his telescope for guidance and for the sake of having someone to talk to, with the belief that it was his guardian angel. Even after the discovery, the boy was allowed to continue talking with it when it is available to talk to, although the existence of SCP-6992 is still attempting to be kept a secret as much as possible.
Addendum 6992-01: Conversations with SCP-6992 have been recorded. The following is a list of questions it was asked regarding the universe:
Q: “How long have you been alive for?”
A: “Since about 10 billion years ago. That’s not as long for me as it is for you considering I’m an interstellar force. I enjoyed watching your planet evolve.”
Q1: “Are there other sentient forces in the universe?”
A1: “Yes! We can visit each other whenever we want, although they all live in other parts of the universe. The closest one is around Andromeda.”
Q2: “Is there intelligent life in Andromeda?”
A1: “Yes! They are also humans, although they don’t really speak any languages from Earth.”
Q3: “Is there intelligent life in the Milky Way besides us?”
A3: “Yes, there is other human life, although nowhere near the solar system, and definitely not in the nearest Alpha Centauri planet system.”
Q: “Can you escape the grasp of black holes?”
A: “Yes, and it doesn’t matter the size or gravitational pull of it. Every sentient space entity can escape any black hole, including me.”
Q: “How fast can you travel across the universe?”
A: “At most, about a billion light years a second, according to your space measurements.”

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6993 cannot be contained due to being a nebula cloud, and SCP-6993-1 cannot be contained due to it being an alternate reality.
Description: SCP-6993 is a giant purple nebula cloud about 100 light years away from our solar system. Upon entering SCP-6993, you are taken to a solar system that’s almost identical to ours, titled SCP-6993-1, except everything has a purple hue. This is due to the purple star in the middle of the cloud, which was originally thought to be a quark star, but is too big to be classified as one and also doesn’t have the mass of a quark star. One of the only two ways to leave SCP-6993-1 is to enter one of this solar system’s gas giants. Upon entering, you are shot out of our solar system’s version of the planet you entered. The second way is through SCP-6993-1’s Earth. Attempting to enter SCP-6993-1’s Earth puts you inside a human sized box emitting static from all sides hovering above an unknown alternate reality. The static is too strong to get a high quality photo of this reality, and the person inside this box cannot be picked up via radio. It’s speculated the reality can be better seen with the naked eye, but they immediately lose all memories of what it actually looks like after a certain amount of time, after which they are transported to a part of our Earth that is adjacent to where SCP-6993-1’s Earth was entered. For example, if you landed on SCP-6993-1’s Earth’s California, you would be transported to our California on our Earth. If you enter above water, you wake up on the nearest shore. Attempting to leave through the edge of SCP-6993-1’s cloud wall results in [REDACTED].

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6994 is a planet and therefore cannot be contained. Any instance of SCP-6994-1 found must be terminated immediately, since they were the ones who started the beef first. Gloopy Fly Home may no longer be exposed to the public, and the only remaining copy of the episode is in Foundation custody. No tests are allowed to be held. Any staff members attempting to watch the episode will be severely punished.
Description: SCP-6994 is the planet Gloop, a planet that has only been seen in Season 4 Episode 10 (Gloopy Fly Home) of the kids show Team Umizoomi. It's the planet where a lost alien, Gloopy, lives. Unlike the way that Gloop is depicted in the episode, being full of friendly aliens, in the real world, these aliens (SCP-6994-1) are extremely hostile. Peaceful communication has been attempted with the aliens, but they don't listen. It's still unknown if they don't want to accept peace or if they don't know any Earth languages.
The schedule of attack was recently unknown, but it's now known that they attack once every time said episode is completed. The definition of "complete" is when the credits begin to roll. The episode may no longer be exposed to the public, and the only remaining copy of the episode is in Foundation custody. No tests are allowed to be held.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6995 are electromagnetic radio transmissions and therefore unable to be contained.
Description: SCP-6995 are electromagnetic waves picked up from the Solar System’s planets, as well as some dwarf planets including Pluto. Who or what is sending these waves is unknown. The planets and dwarf planets have sent different electromagnetic waves about a year after they were pronounced neutralized. Not including the dwarf planets or Earth, the waves are the same for each planet are shown below, both before and after originally being declared neutralized:
Mercury: Before: A song messed up, reversed, and with jumbled beats. Decoding is still under way. The most prominent part is a singing female voice. After: The whimpering of a little boy.
Venus: A low quality sounding fight between an unknown army and dragons. The army comes from the top and the dragons come from the bottom. After: A woman breathing heavily seemingly with rage.
Earth: Doesn’t have any.
Mars: Before: An explosion coming from the Olympus Mons volcano, accompanied by a man screaming. After: [REDACTED]
Jupiter: Before: None. After: A male voice that whispers various sentences that are listed below.
“That could’ve been me. There’s a universe where I had to flee. How do I know that?”
“Isn’t it surprising that there’s a bluer gas giant similar to me 4 light-years away from here?”
“One of my worst nightmares would be if the life my sister harbors destroyed the entire solar system by shrinking the sun. I mean, that almost happened once. We didn’t get mad at her. It wasn’t her fault.”
Saturn: Before: [REDACTED] After: [REDACTED]
Uranus: Before: A combination of strong winds and hoof clopping. After: Seemingly nothing, but quiet breathing can be heard.
Neptune: Before: A combination of strong winds, hoof clopping, and fire crackling. After: [REDACTED]
Pluto: The song “Heartaches” by Al Bowlly can be heard playing on loop.
Ceres: [REDACTED]
When these electromagnetic waves are emitted doesn’t seem to be on a schedule, although they so far happen once every month.
Addendum 6995-01: On [REDACTED], every instance of SCP-6995 were recorded to simultaneously change to a male voice saying the following:
"We get it. The waves are annoying. We'll stop now. We assume you have them recorded. We're here if you need us." The electromagnetic waves may be neutralized, but it's still unknown if the source is.
Addendum 6995-02: Sometime after SCP-6995 started back up, a voice, claiming to be Jupiter, contacted Site-57.
<Begin Log>
Jupiter: Umm…Do you hear that?
Dr. Cordis: Uh…Hear what?
Jupiter: Hear me and everyone else.
Dr. Cordis: Yeah.
Jupiter: sigh
Dr. Cordis: What’s up?
Jupiter: It’s just that…Something told us about an alternate reality where we had to evacuate the solar system because of a magical species on Earth shrinking Sol and pulling him in closer to Earth. That actually almost happened in this one.
Dr. Cordis: Do you happen to know why it didn’t happen in this reality?
Jupiter: I don’t, but Earth said that you humans killed the creatures.
Dr. Cordis: Well then, what’s the big deal? You’re still here.
Jupiter: pause We were told Earth died in this other reality.
Dr. Cordis: Oh goodness…
Jupiter: This alternate reality is all of our greatest fears.
Dr. Cordis: Well…at least be glad that didn’t happen.
Jupiter: I already am.

Notice the blue at the bottom.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6996 is a space entity and therefore cannot be contained.
Description: SCP-6996 is the first space entity caught on camera, although SCP-6992 was the first to be shown to have anomalous properties. SCP-6996 is the blue on the bottom of the coronagraph version of a picture of the 3C 273 quasar taken by the Hubble telescope. The only way we can get information about SCP-6996 is by SCP-6992, the first documented space entity, to travel over to where SCP-6996 is, as SCP-6592 claims to be able to travel 1 billion light years a second at most. Thanks to SCP-6992 we learned that SCP-6996 is not hostile. We also learned that SCP-6996 claims to be one of the first space entities created. SCP-6996’s abilities are identical to SCP-6992.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6997 is to be kept in Site-57 in a specified storage closet in Sector 7. It is allowed to be used by staff.
Description: SCP-6997 is a worn down toy telescope, able to extend to up to 3 tubes. The end you look through has the words “MADE IN CHINA” written on the gold part. Attempts to break the telescope have been unsuccessful.
SCP-6997’s properties manifest during the night. Any part of the night sky seen through the telescope shows the clear night sky, even if there is light pollution or clouds. Tapping the side of the telescope while observing a star, planet, nebula, or galaxy causes the user to hear an unknown male voice speaking to them. This voice always tells the user information about the object being observed, and always sounds like their energetic, except when aimed at a star 4 light years away from Earth in the opposite direction from Proxima Centauri. The description is always the same for each object, and every object so far has had a description, even newly discovered objects. Below are a few descriptions of some objects:
Moon: “The Moon is the only non planet you humans have ever stepped on! The equipment left behind on the moon will stay there for millions of years. Also, the moon moves 1 centimeter away from Earth every year, meaning in a couple million years, Total Solar Eclipses will just be a thing of the past.”
Venus: “Venus is even hotter than Mercury because Mercury doesn’t have any means of trapping heat, and Venus isn’t even the closest planet to the Sun! Plus, you can be burned by the heat, suffocate by lack of oxygen, and be melted by the acid rain, all at the same time!”
Saturn: “Although Saturn isn’t the only planet in the Solar System with rings, Saturn’s rings are much more visible than the other Gas Giants' rings! Also, Saturn has 82 known moons. On top of that, it’s electromagnetic waves sound like the screams of hell! Oh, and by the way, in about 300 million years, Saturn’s rings will no longer be there, so enjoy them while you can!”
Messier 31: “Andromeda will collide with our galaxy in about 4 billion years! Although, to be honest, I don’t know if Andromeda is coming to the Milky Way or if the Milky Way is coming to Andromeda.”
Sirius: “Sirius is the nearest brightest star to us, despite it being 8.6 light years away from us! A white dwarf star is orbiting Sirius as well, which is pretty cool if I do say so myself. Something that’s NOT cool is the fact that Sirius is where He lives. Uh, but don’t worry! If you don’t bother Him, he won’t bother you, simple as that!”
A star 4 light years away from Earth in the opposite direction of Proxima Centauri: “Oh that! Uh, yeah, that…umm… uh, heh…just…I don’t think you can even make it there, but if you can, just don’t. Please. There’s sentient life there, but it’s not to be messed with. If you do go there, He will be there too, to shove you back where you came from. So uh, just don’t go there and you’ll be ok.”
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6998 is to be kept in its own storage closet at Site-57. Astronauts using SCP-6998 for space missions must have already been on at least 1 space mission or have experience in space walking.
Description: SCP-6998 is a black American space suit. The glass on the helmet has a red tint on the outside, but is completely transparent on the inside. The oxygen tank on the back of the suit seems to be able to hold much more oxygen than its seems to actually be able to hold.
Upon wearing the entirety of SCP-6998, it immediately begins to try to develop a symbiotic relationship with the wearer. This method is further explained below.
SCP-6998 was discovered after a space walk from the ISS. Astronaut [REDACTED]’s cable snapped during a space walk, and SCP-6998 responded by repairing the cable with black colored tools that came out of the oxygen tank, although no oxygen leaked out of the tank during the repairing process after inspection.
Addendum 6998-01: A D-Class at Site-57 was taken into space wearing SCP-6998. When asked to remove the helmet of SCP-6998, the helmet wasn’t able to be removed until the D-Class was brought back to Earth.
Addendum 6998-02: A D-Class wearing SCP-6998 was put in between a mirror and SCP-093. Upon releasing SCP-093, SCP-6998 immediately gained control of itself and jumped out of the way. Further examination showed SCP-6998 began movement just before SCP-093 was let go.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6999 is allowed to be used when sleeping, but only with the permission of at least 5 level 4 staff, at least 3 level 5 staff, or at least one member of the O-5 Council. SCP-6999 must be returned to Site-57 the following day. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action.
Description: SCP-6999 is a red blanket about 2.4 meters long and 2.4 meters wide. Anyone who falls asleep while being covered with SCP-6999 dreams about doing whatever they want. The dreams have only allowed the sleeper to do what they want in space. The dreams are more like lucid dreams.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7000 is a comet and is really hard to contain. Although, it does not need to be contained, as it is a Thaumiel SCP.
Description: SCP-7000 is an asteroid of unknown shape. It has always been seen glowing red. It is sentient, and can move across the universe at about 1000 AU (Astronomical Units) a second. It is friendly to Earth, and is quite easy to befriend. SCP-7000 doesn't have an apparent schedule for coming around Earth. It just comes and goes as it pleases.
SCP-7000 has helped not just the Foundation, but Earth in general, as SCP-7000 has been seen smashing into asteroid instances of SCP-515-1. The remains of the SCP-515-1 lose their anomalous properties and are either absorbed by SCP-7000 or flung into the Sun. The instances of SCP-515-1 do not have any negative effects on the Sun when they crash into it.
