In regards to simply deleting SCP-XXXX Entry or editing its access requirement is not an option. It already beat us to the punch when it requested it SCP number be XXXX when the entry was being created. Description:

SCP-XXXX is an entity that can be view by some people, but not everyone. The entity view by people claims that ' he resides in the unused space inside people's brain'. MRI scans of subjects who can see SCP-XXXX show increase neural activity when SCP-XXXX is present. It is believed by the think tank that SCP-XXXX only physical existence is that of a bio-electrical current. SCP-XXXX can be visually perceived by approximately 65.3% of the general population. The rate of visual perception within D-class personnel and Foundation staff shows no conclusive pattern in the subjects' personality or sociability. The only found consistent pattern to SCP-XXXX lies in the remaining 34.7% of the general population unable to perceive SCP-XXXX . Those unable to observe SCP-XXXX after learning of the entity existence share one common trait: It has been speculated that these people are suffering from some form of Scotomization.¹ That the existence of SCP-XXXX challenges some core concept or belief of themselves. But the variable that remains constant is as followed:

Always seen wearing or holding a Brown Fedora.

It is believed that the variables that remain constant are what the entity was wearing when it initially died. While the changing variables are base on the observer personal taste in clothing and style preference. However, SCP-XXXX noted that it didn't have a Tattoo on its left hand when it died.

SCP-XXXX anomalous ability manifest when people can see, hear about or read about SCP-XXXX. However, it is not guaranteed that the person who learns about SCP-XXXX can see SCP-XXXX. Those who can observe SCP-XXXX are unable to describe a consistent point of view what its facial features are like. With observation reports ranging from blue eyes to green eyes, A beard or mustache, hairstyles, to even what kind of clothes worn. However, those who can see SCP-XXXX, a new entry is made in SCP-XXXX-2.

All attempts to record the information present in SCP-XXXX-2 have failed unless copy down onto paper. When SCP-XXXX shows some of the pages of SCP-XXXX-2, each page contains a person full name and date of birth on the top left-hand corner of the page. With a series of colorful lines emanating from a black circle with an outline at the top middle of the right-hand page. With the rest of the page appearing blank to other people point of view.

Moreover, due to SCP-XXXX existence as a bio-electric current, any information that is electronically stored can be seen by SCP-XXXX and ends up in the back pages of SCP-XXXX-2. However, any information written down on paper, unless directly view by SCP-XXXX cannot be written down in SCP-XXXX-2 or known by SCP-XXXX. Yet SCP-XXXX cannot be captured via recordings or camera equipment electrical or analogy. And can only be seen via live viewings through secondary means of observation. All viewings on non-live electrical recordings show a gap in the footage. With a D class talking to SCP-XXXX can be seen via live feedback; while reviewing the same footage after the fact shows the D class talking to himself in broken conversations. If SCP-XXXX were to step on a weigh scale, observation range from close guess estimate by a scientist or someone personal opinion of SCP-XXXX. However, video recordings of the results show the scale not reacting to SCP-XXXX presence.

Initial discovery

SCP-XXXX first came to the Foundation attention when local media coverage of the Michiana area started covering a hot debate over whether SCP-XXXX was real in █/██/2013. Foundation agents sent to investigate SCP-XXXX came back with mix reports with some agents in the area claiming to see SCP-XXXX on live interview TV. While some agents on site had trouble looking for SCP-XXXX in the ████ County Region. Agent Bukowski reported at one point at seeing SCP-1111 in the back of a crowd at a local Cafe'. When Agent Bukowski was able to get within arms reach of SCP-XXXX, Bukoski reports the entity had vanished. The hidden body camera Agent Bukowski was wearing at the time after review lack any visual sightings of SCP-XXXX.

When the debate died down after a month the search was written off by the Foundation as another Site-13 hunt³. However, when Agent Bukowski returns home on ██/██/2013, the next morning SCP- appears before Agent Bukowski, asking him to report to work at Site ██, and to report SCP-XXXX into Dr. ██████ After which SCP-XXXX started wondering around the facility, making sure that other site staff could see it.

SCP-XXXX claims to have born one ██/██/1994 at 4:02 am and died at his hometown during a mass shooting attempt in a local Cafe' with his friends on ██/██/2011 at 4:02 pm. SCP-XXXX claims that it took a bullet after moving to cover one of it's friends nearby. According to the witness report the shooter was then gun down by two local police; however, the local police was nowhere near the site of the public shooting, and the two officers who shot down the suspect could not be located after the suspect was killed. SCP-XXXX apparently died at the clinic according to staff and doctors present at the time. However, all witness present at the health clinic is unable to recall SCP-XXXX name when press. Moreover, after interrogation of the witness to the shooting and at the staff at the clinic conducted by agents seem to forget about SCP-XXXX unless asking about the entity. Moreover, during the night of the shooting a local power surge leading to a blackout hit the town of █████████ where the cafe' and health clinic reside. Foundation agents sent to find the local police and health clinic file have come up empty. With the electronic file pertaining to SCP-1111 becoming corrupted, but with the written reports and accounts unaltered.

With a little help from SCP-XXXX, XXXX pointed towards the town local High School and local history library. With the Foundation has been able to find a copy of the town newspaper printed the day after it died. However, the name of SCP-XXXX in the newspaper was left blank as if erase after print; while the rest of the casualties listed remain unaffected. Moreover, SCP-XXXX cannot seem to remember what its name is or what its home address was at the time of its death.

The O5 Counsel has unanimously voted in favor of allowing SCP-XXXX to meet all staff members currently in the Foundation, in attempts to weed out any spies from other groups such as the Chaos Insurgency or other GOI's. SCP-XXXX has agreed to reveal anyone who's been compromised or are working against the Foundation goals; stating 'I don't like the idea of people getting hurt due to greedy motivations.

Initial Interview with SCP-XXXX

Preface: SCP-XXXX agreed to the condition put forth by O5-█. The interview was conducted in a room built inside a Scranton Reality Anchor. Seven scientist were pick at random by AI FANL from Foundation roster. AI FANL [Find-appropriate-name-later], was create for the purpose of SCP-XXXX unique case. Each Scientist were to bring their own notepad and writing utensil to transcribe how their perspective of the interview went. A Chair built into the center of the room with seven extras place around in a random position, with no two facing the same direction. 4 Cameras with microphones were place in the room for a live broadcast for the O5 council to witness the interview.

Addendum:

It has been discovered that SCP-XXXX anomalous ability can also extend to work on other sentient SCPs. This came to the Foundation attention when SCP-XXXX was being escorted down a hallway at Site-19 when SCP-131-A and SCP-131-B were traveling down the opposite direction. SCP-XXXX walk pass SCP-131-A and B when SCP-131-A stop in its tracks and turn around to view SCP-XXXX standing next to Agent █████. SCP-131-B stop at a doorway to see SCP-131-A not following it. The agent made a remark towards about SCP-131-A to SCP-XXXX about this.
SCP-131-B apparently was able to observe SCP-XXXX. SCP-131-B then join SCP-131-A in looking at SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX responded by kneeling down to look back at SCP-131-A and B eyeballs. After which SCP-XXXX reach out its hand and patted SCP-131-A on the 'head'. SCP-131-A made a soft purring noise with it's babbling. After which SCP-XXXX stood up and SCP-131-A and B turn around and continued on their normal course. When SCP-5256 brought out SCP-XXXX-2, he found an entry about SCP-131-A and B. With info on the left page not previously know about SCP-131.

Further testing with SCP-1111 exposure to other SCPs located at Site-19 and other containment site reveals it anomalous nature does not extend to the following:

Virus and biological substance SCPs
Info Hazard and Memes SCPs
Artificial Intelligence SCPs not aware of SCP-5256 or unable to observe SCP-XXXX
Inanimate Object SCPs
SCPs located in the Galaxy currently out of reach of the Foundation
Building SCPs or people currently trapped inside of an anomalous Building with no means of outside observation/communication by the Foundation.
Sentient SCPs not responding to Foundation attempt at communication.
Non-corporeal SCPs not responding to Foundation presences.

By unanimous vote of the O5 Counsel, any intelligence gathering of sentient SCPs will be approved upon submission of a written report of the SCP in question and to what info that may need to retrieved by the SCP in question. With SCP classes Safe, Euclid accept. Keter class SCP under strict reviewed. And Neutralized, Thaumiel Class are not optional.

Addendum 2:

People who have an entry inside of SCP-XXXX-2 have started to die. This occurred after █████ ██████████, one of the survivors of the ██/██/2011 massacre, died after being shot several times on ██/█/2016 at 4:02 pm. Dying from injuries several days later at the local EMC room. Witness reports however that when █████ was shot there was no one shooting at him, and there was no sounds of a gun being shot. Just that one minute he was fine, then the next started shaking and falling over followed by several entry wounds appearing on his body.⁴

Foundation only started taking causalities when █████ succumbed to his wounds on ██/██/2016 at 4:03pm. With a random amount of Foundation staff being shot at 4:03 pm. After the list of affected individuals was complete the connection was drawn from the fact that affected staff all had an entry about them in SCP-XXXX-2, with only 10% of entry staff affected by the Anomalous event. When SCP-XXXX was informed of it involvement. Devastated by this, SCP-XXXX started to attempt to remove the entry in SCP-XXXX-2 by tearing the pages out, to no avail. It then agree to cooperation with the Foundation request to be place in isolation. And Chronos Protocol engage. With it object class being upgrade from Euclid to Keter.

█████ ██████████: Attack on ██/██/2018 at 4:02 pm. With shards of ceramics typically found in dishware impaling her in the torso. Died later from wounds on 3/28/2018 at 4:03pm. 50% of entry staff died to similar wounds, with another 50% able to recover after medical intervention.

Chronos Protocol Prediction:

█████ ██████████: Attack on ██/██/2023 at 4:02 pm. Impaled with by a dinner knife and fork to arm and left lung. Died later from wounds on 4/2/2023 at 4:03pm. 40% of entry staff died to similar wounds with another 60% able to recover after medical intervention.
█████ ██████████: Attack on ██/██/2029 at 4:02pm. Suddenly engulf in flames and suffering from 3rd degree burns. Died from wounds on 3/10/2029 at 5:02pm. 90% of entry staff died to wounds. With 10% able to recover after medical intervention.
█████ ██████████: Attack on 3/10/2029 at 4:02pm. Shot with a bullet through the heart. Died on 3/10/2029 at 6:02pm. 90% of entry staff died to similar wounds. With remaining 10% able to recover after medical intervention.
█████ ██████████: Attack on 3/10/2029 at 4:02pm. Hit with a wooden shard to the eye. Died later from wounds at 7:02pm. With 20% of entry staff dying to similar wounds. While the remain 80% able to recover due to medical intervention.

█████ ██████████: At the approval of O5-██, With Agent Bukowski Assigned as lead agent, made contact with the last survive of the Mass Shooting event, with the goal of informing █████ ██████████ of the situation regarding SCP-XXXX situation, with hopes of allowing a MTF lead team to keep track of █████ ██████████ health and physical situation 24/7. █████ Only agreed to cooperate if s/he was allowed to see SCP-XXXX in it's isolation chamber. Only after getting aproval from Dr. ██████was SCP-XXXX allowed to observe █████ ██████████.

█████ ██████████: Date[EXPUNGED] died on ██████████. Cause of death was ██████████ to the ████ to the left ██████████. █████ ██████████ lived up to ██ years after the attempted mass shooting event in 2011.

Addendum 3:

After the events that took place on Date [EXPUNGED], SCP-XXXX was missing from its isolation chamber. All attempts to locate SCP-XXXX have failed. Within the isolation chamber SCP-XXXX-1 manifest, appearing to have been shot, burnt, and impaled with pieces of ceramics, wood, and a dinner knife and fork. A metal cylinder made of an unknown steel composite measuring 23.2mm tall with a diameter of 7.2mm was found inside. Inside of this cylinder a piece of parchment paper and a couple of photos, with ██lbs of ash. On the parchment paper a drawing similar to SCP-XXXX-0 and a note on the back. It was at this time SCP-XXXX was declared Neutralized. And SCP-XXXX-2 was stored in a standard containment unit locker at Site 19. AI FANL servers and backup copies were moved to SCP-XXXX original Containment Chamber when SCP-XXXX was a class Euclid Status.
