Description:
SCP - 5001 appears to be a standard notebook of the [DATA EXPUNGED] brand, comprised of fifty (50) paper pages attached to a hard paper back. SCP - 5001 came into the Foundation's interest when its anomalous properties were spotted by field agend Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED], in South Germany, in 1916. At first inspection it seems to be an ordinary notebook with no special attributes, as a matter of fact vigorous testing has proved that it can even be used as a functional notebook, as long as no mathematical / physics equations are portrayed on it. In the event of any equation written on any of the pages of the notebook, it immediately replaces it with one existing and proved equation or theorem. During the first event of the anomalous properties SCP - 5001, Dr.[DATA EXPUNGED] accidentally found that tearing the individual page on which the content was written negates the effect applied.
Containment Methods:
SCP-5001 is to be held in a bulletproof vault situated in a chamber of reinforced concrete measuring 1x1x1 meters. The door must be magnetically sealed and be a guarded by no less than four (4) armed personnel, which are to escort in the vault anyone caring to study SCP-5001. ACCESS IS ONLY ALLOWED IN MEMBERS OF THE 05 GROUP. Testing Precautions :
Any entering personnel in the chamber score at least eighty-five (85) points in the Murray Physiological Evaluation Test.
