Special Containment Procedures:

Any instances of SCP-XXXX are to be reported to your site director immediately and a member of your site's medical team will be dispatched to analyze SCP-XXXX's effect on you if any. Personnel exhibiting paranoia and excessive amounts of fear and obsession over SCP-XXXX-1 are to be administered amnesiacs. In Regards to SCP-XXXX-1 The (decommissioned) Site-14 is to be manned by MTF-MU-13 (Ghostbusters). Anyone attempting to enter Site-14 other than the MTF assigned to man it are to be terminated immediately.

Description:
SCP-XXXX Manifests as an SCP file detailing a Keter class humanoid contained within the abandoned Foundation site-14. SCP-XXXX hosts a cognitohazardous effect on those viewing it. Those subject to it's effects will succumb to a sense of extreme fear and will make all possible attempts to seek out SCP-XXXX-1 and "decommission" it. SCP-XXXX will often disguise itself as an already registered SCP file to avoid detection and possibly lure personnel into viewing it. SCP-XXXX-1 is a gaseous black substance collected into the silhouette of human female. resemblance is unknown. due to -1's composition and apparently having a changing figure according to the person viewing it.¹

Following Extraction from site-14 MTF-Mu-13-3 collapsed. Within 3 hours 13-3 regained consciousness
before running back into site-14 screaming as of yet 13-3 has not come back out and requests made by 13-5 to rescue him have been denied.

Following SCP-682's Containment Breach associated with SCP-XXXX on ██/██/████ this SCP was reclassified as Keter. See addendum XXXX.4
