No touching (that means you Michael) or speaking around the SCP unless supervised by three (3) or more Level 4 personnel as to see that they agree that their request is valid in the sense that nothing bad will happen in the case of both requirements happening
It will exert different unknown and known chemical compounds, plasma, light, hard and soft objects, other SCPs, etc. It is know to teleport objects and create objects that it exerts, and it can absorb and contain anything except living things. It only activates when it is being touched and will stay active for up to 3 hours. To use it you must speak as clear as possible as to avoid any possible error and/or mishearing, then it will activate its powers. It additionally will change its shape whenever it is out of sight of anybody and anything that can observe it. It will always be a different shape than when it was last observed.
It was discovered in an abandoned van in an alleyway taking the shape of a Diet Coke can and was escorted to Site-62-C. It is now limited to use under strict supervision and certain times, if it is use at any other time the user will be terminated on the spot.
