Special Containment Procedures:

SCP-4419 is to be kept in a standard containment cell with all required necessities for basic human survival and stimulation. Contact with the outside world, including internet or family contact is to be monitored and approved by Dr. █████ beforehand. And D-Class personnel to come into contact with SCP-4419 is to be monitored by the Foundation for a period of time no shorter than 24 hours.

Description:

SCP-4419 appears to be an average-height Caucasian male with slightly above-average intelligence levels compared to that of his peers. Previous subjects who have known SCP-4419 previously have described him as narcissistic, stubborn, and uncooperative.

Any person to be in direct contact or communication with SCP-4419 for any extended period of time, usually close to 30 minutes or more, will begin to experience symptoms including, but not limited to, hallucinations, psychosis, and in some severe cases, insanity. SCP-4419 seems to take no notice of the effect he appears to have on other humans. However, these symptoms begin to fade within 12 hours of leaving the presence of SCP-4419. Cases have been reported of permanent memory loss.
