Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4489 is contained within Area 120 in a cell 20 meters wide and 20 meters long. The walls should be made of 80% copper and 20% silver. There should also be several cameras inside the cell being monitored by research personal 210 meters away. Description: SCP-4489 was discovered on a large fishing boat found drifting in the ██████ ocean. In which the entity was discovered and MTF Squad ██ “See no Evil” humanoid entity, roughly 1.1 meters in height, which bears the appearance of a human was called and contained the threat. SCP 4489 is a humanoid entity that appears to be a human body that’s been heavily altered, these alterations include but are not limited to: it’s body past its thighs being severed, its arms being elongated, its blood being mixed with several chemicals including [DATA REDACTED], Which resulted in its brain undergoing a significant expansion. SCP 4489’s skull also appears to have been elongated so its brain can fit inside its skull. Its alterations appear to have been impossible without an incredibly large budget and investigation of who SCP 4489 was created by are still pending.
SCP-4489 appears to be capable of telepathy which allows it to levitate off the ground, and move objects close to it which including people. Any subject within a 200-meter radius from SCP-4489 will start to experience a memetic effect, they’ll suddenly have Headaches or Migraines which vary in Severity depending on the Subjects time in SCP-4489’s range. Should a subject spend to long in SCP-4489’s range the subject’s skull will crack open and pushes out of their skull with a force of 80 to 90 miles per hour. This kills the host but leaves the brain undamaged.
If SCP-4489 finds a Subject it’ll use its power to grab and restrain the subject. It’ll then rip the subjects head open using it’s claws and eat the subjects Brain, this gives SCP-4489 a boost in telepathic abilities giving its memetic field a range of 250-350 meters, The Boost has also been shown to increase to higher percent depending on the subjects I.Q.

SCP-4489 is capable of writing memetic hazards using it’s claws and carving shapes in items. These memetic threats cause any one who reads the full statement will suffur a complete organ shutdown in 24 hours. This shows that SCP-4489 could be capable of higher levels of thought then first assumed, Requests to interview SCP-4489 are still pending.
