SCP-xxxx is to be stored in storage locker 87 and housed in a standard 20.32 cm by 20.32 cm by 20.32 cm acrylic jewelry display case in research Site ███ should be only accessed by personnel with level three level four clearance and a background in temporal anomalies. Test subjects can only be subjected to wearing the object for a maximum of 144 hours in one period.

Description: SCP-xxxx is a stainless steel decoder ring approximately 5.08 centimeters in width 22 centimeters in diameter a rotating internal ring with 25 unknown symbols. When placed on a subject's finger, SCP-xxxx will adjust to the appropriate ring size of the individual. When the inner rotating ring is rotated the subject is teleported to a temporary pocket universe that simulates the environment and everything that has happened in the past 24 hours prior to putting on the ring. So far it has been shown that each symbol represents a time accelerator increasing its speed up to 24x the normal acceleration of time and with the 25th symbol being some form an on-off switch.

Acquisition Log: SCP-xxxx was found in █████████ Ohio in an antiquity shop in the year 19██. It came into foundation possession when a store worker reported a customer who disappeared and then repaired days later looking like they aged ten years.

Dr.Nullium: So how long do you estimate that you have been in the “time loop”.

D-556-δ:I believe it was around 8 days.

Dr.Nullium:Alright care to explain what events did you see.
D-556-δ: I saw you send in D Data Expunged in a testing chamber with a Geiger counter to check for radiation levels. Then a minor containment breach happened in which three people were severely injured. Then it was just sitting in that room. Then it repeated.
Dr.Nullium: Did you do anything differently when it repeated.
D-556-δ: yeah…. I did… I untied D Data Expunged’s shoes and it made the containment breach happen around 4 hours later than what it was supposed to.
Dr.Nullium: Odd anything else before the next repeat.
D-556-δ: Yeah I saw you came up and yell at D Data Expunged for breaking the Geiger counter.

Closing Statement: after the interview subject D-556-δ went into a catatonic state due to rapid aging at which the subject was terminated due to fear of further rapid aging.

It seems as if the complexity of the outcome of actions done in the time loop and the environment complexity accelerates the rate of aging. Further tests are required to conclude this outcome to be true.

Footnote: after further testing, it is deemed necessary to increase the security clarence from three to four due to learning that the objects rapidly ages the test subject in order to power itself
