Special containment procedures: scp 4581 is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell and to be kept incapicated by a constant supply of benzyl bromide gas in the cell. It has to be given food 3 times a day. Reaserchers with level 3 security clearance and higher are allowed to interrogate or interact with the scp. The cell is to be kept under constant surveillance.In Case of a breach the scp is to be neutralized immediately following termination 32a's procedures. The walls are to be made of acid resistant steel and has to be at least 3m thick.
Description: scp 4581 is a humanoid entity who is 3m tall with greyish white skin showing resemblance to scp 096.scp 4581 has long whip like appendages coming out from both from his hand which it uses as weapons for self defense. The 'whips' are 5 metre in length which gives it the ability to attack from a distance of 5 metres.
Scp 4581 has a very large mouth which is disproportionate from its body length showing resemblance to scp 096.It uses it's mouth for eating and attacking if the enemy is 2 metres within its range then it will pounce at the enemy and tearing out their organs and ingesting them.
It however has the ability to create horrific monstrosities called scp 4581- 1 when a living being is hit by its whip like appendages. This 'change'does not occurs when the living being is eaten by it.Please refer to scp 4581addendum 1oa for more information.

Kyle:seems so we have a D class personnel assigned to go into the scp4581's cell

D class personnel:Hey! Let me go I didn't come to this godforsaken place for this
Kyle:Put him in the cell and close the doors

Personnel:I swear to God I will kill all of u when I get out of here
*just then the personnel was hit with The whip of scp 4581
Jay:What was the point of all of this
Kyle:Anyone hit with the whips of scp 4581 turns into a humanoid entity called scp4581-1 within 20 seconds of contact,we are here to observe and possibly find a cure for this
Jay:It wasnt mentioned on the debriefing today.
Kyle: Well here is a description about scp 4581- I will read it aloud for you. Scp4581-1 is a humanoid entity which is formed when a living being comes into contact with the whips of scp 4581. Scp4581-1 shows resemblance to scp 4581 with long whip like appendages on its arm and a big mouth disproportionate from its body.
*alarms start blaring*
Jay:Activate termination 32a we have a breach, scp 4581 has gotten out of the cell
Kyle:Help! It's gotten me with its whip run Jay run!

Termination32a: In case of a breach scp 4581 must be terminated by first incapacitating it with benzyl bromide then shooting it with explosive rounds any scp4581-1 must also be terminated in the same way
