Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept within a safe with a 6 digit combination lock. Level 3 access is required to open the safe. The code to the safe should be regularly changed every month.
Any instances of SCP-XXXX-1 or SCP-XXXX-2 should be catalogued in the testing notes section, then incenarated or kept within warehouse 5-A for further testing. All tests must be performed with at least two Level 3 personnel present.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an instruction booklet entitled "Additional instructions". Inside the booklet 2 white sheets of paper are glued to the initial cover, these pages have not been observed to change. The anamolous effects from SCP-XXXX are only apparent once a suitable object is found, this object has to have several requierments met: The object has a physical form, the object uses an instruction booklet, the object's instruction booklet is within a 50 meter radius of the object and SCP-XXXX. Once a suitable object is found, the object's booklet and the object itself starts to show anamolous properties. From now on, the object is assigned the title SCP-XXXX-2 and the original instruction booklet SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1's contents start to change through unknown means, and depending on the changes to SCP-XXXX
