Scp-000 some say its an error others might say its a entity that is trapped in the systems trying to find a way out but I and my colleges know the truth, and it is that Scp-000 is a cognitohazard so if anyone finds out about the Scp then his/her menial state will slowly dissipate and lead the patient to suicided and we tried Redacting the file but it did not go so well in fact it got so bad we had to delete the file and give anyone that was affected [DATA CORRUPTED] but it got corrupted so it got so bad that the AI immediately thought that we gave orders to it telling the AI to stop the erasing of the file and we tried again and again but it was immediately stopped, and now it "evolved" so when someone looks at the file they will wonder what it is and why it exists and like before it will slowly drive them insane and look for answers but if the subject finds more than one answer or didn't find an answer at all then the subject will try to commit suicide and if the patent couldn't, then his/her brain will slowly over time will turn into a water like substance and the only way to save yourself is to interact with Scp-3000 or just believe in one "truth" about the Scp and stick with it.
Note: One way to think about it is that the Scp wiki staff and the Scp article creators is Scp-000 and that they are trapped in the system and that they are creating Scps so they can somehow escape the system they are trapped in, and that Scp-000 is the first Scp, and further research provides us with the evidence that it came from another dimension.
