Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B are to be kept in adjacent human containment cells at Site 47. Following Incident-XXXX-f, SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B are to be kept in adjacent, modified, modular human containment cells at Site-47, joined together by a 3m x 3m x 5m hallway with doors on either end that can be remotely locked by Site-47's Control Room. in the event of any attempted containment breaches or any otherwise unacceptable behavior from either SCP-XXXX instance, these doors are to be hermetically sealed for a period of time decided at the discretion of Doctor F. Medini. (Following Doctor Medini's Discretionary Hearing on 11/19/2019, oversight of SCP-XXXX has been transferred to Doctor M. Bellerose.) If Doctor Medini Doctor Bellerose is unavailable for any reason, the standard locking period is one week.
Under no circumstances are either SCP-XXXX-A or SCP-XXXX-B to be removed from their containment individually. Should transfer be required, SCP-XXXX are both to be bound by a linked chain no longer than twelve feet and are to be transferred together in the same vehicle. If, at any time, SCP-XXXX-A or SCP-XXXX-B attempts escape during such a transfer, SCP-XXXX are both to be subdued for the duration of the transfer.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a pair of fraternal, Caucasian twins aged 19 named H████ and S████ ███████. Physically, neither instance of SCP-XXXX appears anomalous in any way. SCP-XXXX-A, the oldest, is male, stands at just under 6' and has black hair, green eyes and olive skin. SCP-XXXX-B stands at 5'8" and has similar features to SCP-XXXX-A with the exception of gray eyes instead of green. Their ancestry indicates Mediterranean heritage.
SCP-XXXX's phenomena manifests exclusively when any distance greater than one thousand feet is put between SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B. At this distance, both instances of SCP-XXXX will begin to manifest detrimental physical conditions ranging from the mild to the severe. These include, but are not limited to headaches, bleeding noses, muscle aches, onset blindness, muscular atrophy, random skeletal fractures, random abrasions of various intensities and the sudden onset of various diseases including the Bubonic Plague, Scarlet Fever and, at one point, Stage 4 Colon Cancer. It is believed that the only reason SCP-XXXX remained alive prior to their acquisition by the Foundation is the fact that their symptoms, however severe they may be, lessen immediately when their distance is mitigated. In some milder cases, symptoms vanish altogether. However, given that SCP-XXXX display no capacity for pain tolerance above normal human thresholds, the effects of this condition on their lives cannot be overstated.
As of 6/19/20██, a secondary phenomena has been recorded. Whenever SCP-XXXX are in unimpeded physical contact with each other (i.e. 'skin to skin' contact) their ability to heal from any injury or condition is magnified above normal human thresholds tenfold. Recovery: SCP-XXXX came to our attention on 7/24/20██ in ██████████████, GA. Both instances of SCP-XXXX were three years old at the time and were brought into the local hospital for their twenty-seventh visit since the time of their birth. Attending nurse on the Foundation payroll reviewed their files for anomalous information and called for Foundation assistance upon the discovery that both children had, at various times in their life, experienced no less than four aneurysms, two cerebral hemorrhages and nine spontaneous bone fractures, all of which the children somehow miraculously survived no worse for wear. Foundation agents sent to investigate concluded the records anomalous enough to warrant indirect intervention, and the family was put under the observation of MTF-Gamma 4 ("Somebody's Watching You") for a period of sixteen days. At this point, SCP-XXXX-B was taken by her mother to the grocery store with SCP-XXXX-A left at home with his father. Separate agents observing both children individually reported immediate concerns over the health of the children with SCP-XXXX-A seemingly developing Pink Eye instantaneously and SCP-XXXX-B experiencing muscular atrophy to the point of being unable to walk.
Foundation agents under the guise of medical specialists immediately intervened, attempting to cajole willing custody of the children (described to the parents as ‘medical marvels’) in exchange for a generous lump sum payment. The parents refused to play ball, unfortunately, and “Somebody’s Watching You” was authorized to engineer an accident. Two simulacra in the vague shape of adolescents were placed in the backseat of the parents’ car which was then rammed at speed by Foundation agents. The parents were administered Class-B Amnestics and implanted with the knowledge they had been involved in a car wreck that cost the lives of their two children. Both instances of SCP-XXXX are considered legally dead.
