Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a doctors office room with medical tools and a wooden operating table. Three bright lights is to be placed over the operating table at all times.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 6'4 man with a dirty white plague doctor mask with a black top hat with feathers around it. SCP-XXXX has curly black hair with a white glove on his left hand and a black glove on his right that he wears at all times. SCP-XXXX calls the white glove the "Life Glove" and the black glove the "Death Glove".
He wears a doctors suit that looks like it was from around the 1800's. He is a middleweight man seems to be 54 kg (120 Pounds) to 58 kg (130 Pounds).1
Discovery: SCP-XXXX was found in a abandoned mental asylum in ██████, London with people in patient robes and with wristbands that either said "Life" or "Death". It seemed like all of them were under some sort of trance. Ten women, five of them have life and the other five has death. Ten men, three of them with death and the other seven with life. When SCP-XXXX put them on the wooden table they seemed to wake up, Come back to "Life".2

SCP-XXXX: "Just refer to me as Doctor."
Dr. █████: "Ok, Doctor. Where do you come from?"
SCP-XXXX: "If I were to say it would be beyond….. human understanding."
Dr. █████: "What is your black and white glove represent? Or what is it for? What is it made of?"
SCP-XXXX: "My white glove represents Life. While my black represents Death. Like I said I am beyond human understanding.."Dr. █████: "Can you take off your mask? Or are you like SCP-049?"
SCP-XXXX: "Yes I can take off my mask.. But I choose not too."
Dr. █████: "Do you need to sleep, drink, or eat? Or any basic human functions?"
SCP-XXXX: "No I do not… For I am not a human."
Dr. █████: "We are going to do some test.. Do you mind if we do them?"
SCP-XXXX: "Go ahead.. I don't mind at all Dr. █████."

Outcome: Comes back to life with fully working organs. But seems to follow SCP-XXXX

Subject: Death Row Inmate
Test: Touched with black glove
Outcome: Organs stopped working and starts decomposing immediately.
Addendum 1: After the results SCP-XXXX seemed to not know of his surroundings at all. He keep saying "All things live and die." the facility went into a breach after he escaped killing multiple security and doctors. He walked right into SCP-683 room.
682: "Who are you?"
SCP-XXXX: "All things live and die…"
682: "Who sent you? The doctors?"

The battle goes on for about an hour until SCP-XXXX gets worn out and gets put back in his cell
