Item #: SCP-682
Object Class: Keter Neutralised
Clearance Level: 5 1
Regenerative Entity
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-682 was previously contained in a 10mx10mx10m containment chamber made of acid-resistant steel. The containment chamber was to be filled with hydrochloric acid at all times to prevent SCP-682 from regenerating. Despite these procedures, SCP-682 breached containment regularly and was designated for termination. (See Termination Log)
Description: SCP-682 was a large, reptilian creature resembling the Komodo dragon (Varanus komodoensis) with some Crocodilian and Squamate traits. 682 was extremely intelligent, and once participated in complex conversation with SCP-079. SCP-682 appeared to hate all carbon-based lifeforms, which it expressed multiple times during containment.
SCP-682 was incredibly durable, and was able to adapt quickly to situations that threatened its existence. Many attempts on SCP-682's life were made, but almost none were successful.

SCP-682: (Stays silent)
Dr. ██████: I you do not communicate now, we will remove you from this interview and place you back into your containment chamber.
SCP-682: (Incomprehensible speech. Could be a result of SCP-682 not fully recovering from acid immersion.)
Dr. ██████: Pardon? (To Personnel D-085) Move the mic up closer.
SCP-682: (Incomprehensible)
Dr. ██████: (To D-085) The microphone only has so much gain, move it closer!
D-085: His throat's messed up, man! He won't be able to- (Screams)
Dr. ██████: (Backs away from SCP-682 and exits the room.)

Termination Log
Item: SCP-162:
Tissue Test Record: Sample entangled without incident
Termination Test Record: SCP-682 introduced to SCP-162. SCP-682 became entangled within 162 and began thrashing around, severing several of its limbs and tearing chunks of flesh from its body. SCP-682 then thrashed again, breaking multiple bones and removing its jaw from the rest of its body. SCP-682 proceeded to breach containment, using SCP-162 against several members of staff. Nineteen deaths and Eighty-Eight injuries occurred. Four additional deaths occurred during recontainment of both anomalies.
Item: SCP-939-██ and -██:
Tissue Test Record: Sample consumed by SCP-939-██ and -██
Termination Test Record: SCP-939-██ and -██ entered SCP-682's containment area. Upon encountering SCP-682, both instances seemed distressed and clawed at the walls and door of the area. One instance was snatched and quickly disposed of by SCP-682, while the other scratched and bit SCP-682. SCP-682 chucked and crushed the instance.
Item: SCP-3008:
Tissue Test Record: N/A
Termination Test Record: SCP-682 released into SCP-3008-1 and monitored via drone camera. 682 wandered aimlessly for about █ hours before the lights in SCP-3008-1 dimmed and the voices of multiple SCP-3008-2 instances were heard. Afterwards, the footage became too dark to view, but multiple noises were heard, including the ripping of flesh, screams from SCP-682 and the destruction of the IKEA furniture around it. When the lights flickered on again, SCP-682 was heavily damaged, but was healing fast. All of the 3008-2 instances in the area appeared deceased. SCP-682 stayed in 3008-1 for another ██ hours before being retrieved using SCP-████.
Item: SCP-106
Note: The following incident occurred during a containment breach of SCP-106.
Tissue Test Record: N/A
Termination Record: SCP-106 breaks into SCP-682's containment chamber. SCP-106 then looked around, seemingly confused. There is no indication that SCP-106 did this deliberately. SCP-682 then came out of its containment chamber and regarded SCP-106 with visible hostility. SCP-682 vocalised something incomprehensible, while SCP-106 laughed and tried to apprehend SCP-682. SCP-682 attempted to biet SCP-106, and when SCP-106 tried to escape into its pocket dimension, SCP-682 followed the entity inside. After a period of █ hours, SCP-106 retreated from the dimension and walked out of 682's containment chamber, seemingly panicked. SCP-682 then also re-appeared and attempted to chase 106, but was unable to fully break containment because of its injuries. SCP-106 was then soon returned to containment using the standard procedures. Approximately 67% of SCP-682's mass had disappeared, although it has since recovered. Although notably, SCP-682 took longer to regenerate tissue that had been affected by SCP-106's corrosive fluid than tissue that had not.
Item: 60 MT Thermonuclear Bomb
Tissue Test Record: N/A
Termination Test Log: Denied by consensus of the O5 council.
Item: SCP-096
Tissue Test Record: N/A
Termination Test Log: SCP-096 placed inside SCP-682's containment chamber. As all personnel evacuated the area, SCP-096 was heard screaming and crying loudly, an SCP-682 was heard muttering expletives and walking around the chamber. For approximately twenty hours, the two anomalies were heard screaming, attacking each other and damaging the containment chamber. Afterwards, the noise died down and SCP-096 was found crying in the corner, seemingly frustrated that SCP-682 was still alive. SCP-682 was completely immobile, and was easily transported back to its containment.
Notes: Any attempts to further expose SCP-096 to SCP-682 cause it to scream and attack 682 periodically, before running away. To prevent a containment breach of SCP-096, any testing of the two anomalies has been discontinued.
Item: SCP-173
Tissue Test Record: N/A
Termination Test Log: SCP-682 introduced to SCP-173. 682 immediately begins screeching and shouting at 173. It then proceeds to press itself against the wall farthest from SCP-173, developing multiple eyes across its body. Agents equipped with rifles shot out all of these eyes, and then stopped observation of SCP-682 and SCP-173. After resuming observation, SCP-682 had sustained
minimal damage to its body, and was again staring at 173, with its eyes now covered in a hard, clear carapace. SCP-682 is then sedated and returned to containment.
Notes: SCP-682 appears to fear SCP-173. More research is needed into this subject to discern why.
Item: SCP-294 and SCP-106
Tissue Test Record: A liquid named "682 killer" was dispensed from SCP-294. The SCP-682 tissue was destroyed without incident.
Termination Test Record: SCP-682 removed from containment chamber. It was immobilised and kept watch upon by Site Agents. Multiple cups of the "682 killer" were dispensed from SCP-294 and SCP-682's containment chamber was filled with the liquid. SCP-682 was then placed back into containment. The entity immediately regained consciousness, and started shouting and screaming expletives. When removed, 682 was at approximately 1% of its original mass. During this, a containment breach of SCP-106 was occuring at a nearby location in the site. SCP-106 appears to have been drawn to 682's screams. Containment area evacuated. SCP-106 abducted two researchers before turning its attention to SCP-682. The bodies of both researchers were found approximately a week later. SCP-682 has still not been recovered, and is presumed deceased.
Item #: SCP-012
Object Class: Safe
Clearance Level: 2
Cognitohazardous Entity (Type 1)
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-012's containment chamber (8mx8mx8m) is to be locked and darkened at all times. No lights are to be installed in the chamber. SCP-012 itself is to be sealed in an airtight, iron-lined containment box (1mx1mx1m) with no windows. When transporting SCP-012, no eye contact is to be made with the artifact. In the case eye contact is made with SCP-012, the affected personnel is to be restrained and given amnestics to revert SCP-012's effect, depending on importance.
Description: SCP-012 appears to be a very old sheet of paper, approximately 60cm tall and 30cm wide. The music contained within the sheet is incomplete, and when first retrieved, was thought to be written with berry dye ink. Later testing confirmed that it was in fact human blood from multiple subjects. When a subject is within 5 meters of SCP-012, they will report to hear soothing music coming from the entity's general direction. In most cases, the subject will approach SCP-012. If this occurs, the subject is to be detained before they see SCP-012, as subjects at this stage will only require mental health screening rather than amnestics. If a subject sees SCP-012, they will start mumbling incoherently, and search for the nearest sharp object in the vicinity. They will then mutilate themselves, in an attempt to "complete the composition." Any image of SCP-012 or artistic depiction of SCP-012 will share SCP-012's anomalous effect.
Recovery: SCP-012 was first retrieved by Archaeologist K.M. Sandoval during the excavation of an egyptian tomb that had been uncovered when a large storm affected the area approximately a week before. All of the expedition team had been reported missing before the foundation became aware of SCP-012's location. Every member of the expedition was found dead, apparently because they too attempted to "complete" SCP-012. Agents were warned to not look at the composition on SCP-012, and the artifact was secured successfully.

Item #: SCP-016
Object Class: Keter
Clearance Level: 4
Parasitic Entity
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-016 is to be kept in an 50cmx50cmx50cm airtight containment cube. The cube is to be checked hourly by Class-D personnel for any cracks or openings the entity inside may have created. If any cracks / openings are identified, the chamber is to be decontaminated, killing any possible hosts and eliminating the chance of the infection spreading. An hour later, D-Class personnel in hazmat suits are to be sent into the chamber to reseal the containment cube. Currently SCP-016 is in hibernation within its containment cube. However it can easily become active again if oxygen is introduced to its containment chamber.
I don't feel like finishing this so here you go
Item #: SCP-XXX
Object Class: Safe
Clearance Level: 0
Animal Entity
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXX is to be contained within a 10m x 10m x 10m habitat containing a shelter, multiple trees of the species Ceiba pentandra and other items for the enrichment of SCP-XXX. Once a week, one (1) Class-D personnel is to be sent into SCP-XXX's containment cell to prevent SCP-XXX from becoming bored and attempting to breach containment. While SCP-XXX would probably fail to successfully breach containment, the entity could cause damage to itself in the process.
Description: SCP-XXX is an individual of the genus /Ateles belzebuth (White-Bellied Spider Monkey) which will copy whatever the nearest humanoid it can see is doing, with little to no error. When SCP-XXX cannot see any humanoids, it is behaviourally the same as a regular member of the genus Ateles belzebuth. However, SCP-XXX also shows signs of sapience, such as obeying commands it is given by personnel it considers to be a superior.
Recovery: SCP-XXX was found by foundation personnel when it was seen wandering the streets of █████, copying the actions of the humans around it. The entity seemed to have a liking to an individual known as ████ █████. (See Interview log XXX-1)

Item #: SCP-082
Object Class: Euclid
Clearance Level: 3
Humanoid Entity, Cognitohazardous Entity
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-082's living quarters are to be located at the Biological Containment sector of Site-██. Multiple items are to be placed there for SCP-082's entertainment and containment. Standard weapons have little to no effect on SCP-082, due to its biology, although cooperation can be attained through a charade. SCP-082 has currently been lead to believe that it is the King of France and has been placed into containment for its own protection. All housekeeping staff are to be Class-D Personnel. All Guards tasked with the containment of SCP-082 are to be given Level 3 Clearance but are advised to not interact with SCP-082.
Description: SCP-082 appears to be human, although has grown to a massive size. It is currently unknown whether this was achieved through anomalous, genetic, hormonal or cancerous means. It is approximately 3.04 metres (10 feet) tall. SCP-082's characteristics are highly unusual. It has a pointed, balding head, a rounded, wide chin and jaw, a large nose, sunken eyes, and a large brow. the subject has an extremely high muscle density, being able to pull open standard foundation gates with little difficulty. Its forearms are long and very strong, with a circumference of 80 cm. SCP-082 has abnormally large hands, with its fists being about 40 cm wide along the knuckles. The subject's skin is moderately dark, and the entity is covered in various scars, attained through different points in its life. Most X-rays have been illegible because of SCP-082's anatomy, although several bullet and sword wounds have been found in SCP-082's flesh.
SCP-082 has claimed its name is "Fernand," and is able to speak both French and English fluently. (Its English has a heavy French accent, however.) When SCP-082 speaks, it does so with its teeth clenched. SCP-082 only parts its teeth to eat, drink, and sing. SCP-082 knows many songs, ranging from Victorian bar songs to modern classical, typically when cooking. SCP-082 sometimes sings in its sleep. SCP-082 cuts its hair with a large butcher's knife, initially provided for food preparation. SCP-082's hair is about a millimetre thick. Occasionally, SCP-082 will clench its teeth so hard that its gums start to bleed. It is unknown as to why the entity does this.
SCP-082 has a very carefree personality, and is generally polite to personnel. On occasion, it will invite personnel to dinner. Although, it is advised that personnel politely decline, as SCP-082 is known to violently kill without warning. SCP-082 particularly enjoys crushing skulls. Subject will apologise for lack of manners after doing so. SCP-082 has acquired a large wardrobe during containment, including formal wear, military uniform, a clown outfit, and a Class-D personnel jumpsuit.
SCP-082 has the ability to convince anybody that what it says is fact, rather than fiction or a lie, without fail. It is unknown how the entity achieves this. If personnel (excluding Class-D personnel) are convinced of one of SCP-082's lies, they are to be administered amnestics and shortly returned to their duties.
SCP-082 has claimed to be;
- King Kong
- Andre The Giant
- Big Bird
- Napoleon
- Godzilla
- Frankenstein
- Frankenstein's Monster
- The Hulk
- Captain Hook
- and SCP-963 (referred to as Dr Bright).
It is unknown as to how SCP-082 became aware of Dr Bright's existence, as Dr Bright has never been appointed to SCP-082.
Item #: SCP-173
Object Class: Euclid
Clearance Level: 4
Cognitohazardous Entity
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-173 is to be contained within a 8mx8mx8m containment chamber with three bulletproof glass observation windows. Shutters are to be installed in the event that one of these windows is compromised. When personnel are required to enter SCP-173's containment chamber for cleaning or testing, no fewer than three personnel are to enter at a time and the doors and shutters are to be relocked behind them. Personnel are advised to alert each other before blinking when inside of SCP-173's containment chamber. SCP-173's containment chamber must be cleaned bi-weekly.
Description: SCP-173's origins are unknown as of yet. The entity is constructed of concrete and rebar with traces of Krylon Brand spray paint. SCP-173's head and torso are very humanoid. SCP-173 has eight (8) "eyes." SCP-173's legs are spider-like and thin. There are six (6) in total. Across the body of SCP-173, there are multiple cracks and holes. SCP-173 is sentient and extremely hostile. SCP-173 cannot move when in line of sight of any living organism. SCP-173 attacks by snapping the neck at the base of of skull or by strangulation. When viewing SCP-173, subjects have a strong compulsion to look away from the entity, although this can be prevented.
