This SCP is not allowed viewing unless Dr Caulstain is present, and at least 5 facility guards are stationed outside the containment chamber, each with one with a loaded weapon of choice in case an instance of SCP-2 appears. However they are not to be told what they are doing as that would compromise the containment procedure.++++

Special Containment Procedures: SCP is to be placed on a computer with only the program "notepad" installed, the computer containing SCP is to be placed in a 5*5*5 meter room made out of concrete with steel supports on each wall.

All personal exiting SCP are to be searched thouroughly for any objects which could house a recording of SCP they are to be escorted to their quarters by Dr Caulstain with a mouth gag, after the arrival of the personal to their quarters they are to be left in the room bound and gagged until death or a 3 day period has passed after which they will be given an amnesiac to prevent any memory of SCP. Description SCP is an object which cannot be recorded and read about by normal means, it is an object that kills people after they learn about it, this has made it especially difficult to contain. the way it kills people is by utilising instances of SCP-2 which have not been seen by anyone except Dr Caulstain, they have been described as 1.54 meters tall, bald and having light smooth skin similar to most humans. SCP is not known about by anyone except Dr Caulstain who appears to be immune to its effects. Nothing

Addendum:1 First encounter recording

There was a mission to explore an area that supposedly housed [DATA EXPUNGED] a rather safe SCP if you know what it is, how ether the team ran into an entity while exploring a cave. The entity now referred to as SCP proceeded to [EXPLICIT] all of the team immediately upon seeing it, leaving all of their bodies brutalised and mangled. I managed to escape while it was occupied and it seemed to lose interest, i passed out from exhaustion and was later found by foundation personal that found me because i gave a signal from my radio that we were in trouble.

Dr C:Do we have to do this, i meant i cant even tell you what happened

Dr [DE]: Doctor i'm willing to risk this, if you don't tell me what happened and what it is then how do we know if it was an SCP

Dr[DE]: Sir you may have been with the foundation for many years but your word means no more than anyone.

Dr[DE]: I assure you we will contain it then.

Dr[DE] Okay doctor ill come with you but im having some security wait outside as well.

Dr C: That's fine we just have to talk quiet.

Dr [DATA EXPUNGED] was later found dead near a crazed Dr C, claiming he warned him and he shouldn't have listened.

He was assumed to be killed by SCP

Addendum:3 Brief Explanation

SCP is a dud, it was a fake SCP created by Dr Caulstain in an attempt to hide a series of murders, he has been executed for a multitude of reasons. For a better explanation see "Full Explanation.

Addendum:4 Full Explanation

Dr Caulstain was a serial killer in hiding, he had a name change from [DATA EXPUNGED] to his current name in order to not be caught by law enforcement, he also has facial reconstruction surgery to make himself unrecognisable, which worked and allowed him to join the facility while it was still in its early years.

He worked here for over 20 years before he started killing again, he started by murdering his entire exploration team in mission [DATA EXPUNGED] he then explained this as an anomaly and proceeded to not tell anyone stating "if I tell you, you'll die" see "Interview"

It turns out that he was killing everyone that read the SCP article on the computer in the containment chamber, he was able to accomplish this because they would be gagged and tied up.

He was discovered when he did not kill a person and they were found later in their cell they explained what happened this caused Dr Caulstain to be caught and immediately executed

This SCP remains on the database to act as a reminder of what happens when we aren't thorough and let our guard down.
