Subject: New assignment
Mr Davis,
The O-5 Counsil was pleased with the way you handled your previous assignment. Therefore they have decided to give you the opportunity to write up an SCP-file. If this task is satisfactory you can expect more assignments like this one in the future.
Attached to this email are all the necessary documents and other information to compile the document needed for archiving in the Foundations database of scp-files.
Remember that only necessary and relevant information needs to be archived, if needed this will be indicated in the file's description. Anything else is not needed and should be omitted from the archived file. You need to write everything down objectively using a clear and unbiased tone. Everything is provided to produce a concise and precise file. Do not interpret or make any changes to anything of the information that is provided in the files if it isn't stated to do so.
This task needs to be done in isolation. This means that while compiling the file, you are required to cease all communication.
Failing to do so can and will result in disciplinary actions.
(See article f.72/822.a section b.83 of your NDA)
Many if not ALL of these files and documents are classified as sensitive and could be considered as potentially harmful information. Do not misuse our trust. If these are leaked to government agencies, civilian organisations and or other groups or individuals not associated with the scp-foundation for any reason whatsoever, you will be held accountable and severe actions will be taken.
(See article f.72/822.k section d.03 of your NDA)
When you are done with this assignment and the SCP-file is compiled and successfully archived, you are expected to report(immediately) at the medical facility (S19-MED-27/AMN-2) for the aftercare procedure. Failing to do so will result in disciplinary actions and or termination.
(See article f.72/824.d section a.37 of your NDA)
Just as a reminder, personal notes are not appreciated, be as professional as possible, if not it will reflect poorly on your future career at the Foundation.
You can always contact me if you need to.
Thanks and good luck,
Recruit Supervisor Mouhat Azad El Azaoui

Message:
Concerning
Incident 20181216_POS_SCPX
In the region of Ypres in Belgium (Europe), several reports have come in concerning an abnormal amount of civilian sightings. First responders and local authorities initially had the idea it was an undetonated gasbomb that started to leak (the region is riddled with unexploded explosive devices from the First and Second World War) but upon arrival at the scene it was obvious this wasn't the case.
Local authorities reported something translucent akin to a cloud of sorts moving through the region. Claiming that it etched triangular shapes into the asphalt and sidewalks.
Other sources claim that a strange floating sphere of roughly 5 metres in diameter was seen in the city and its surrounding areas and that it vandalized several buildings with arcane symbols.
The anomaly was discovered by NSAT-9273 on 16.12.2018.
How long it already exists is unknown and irrelevant for the moment but what we do know is that our satellite dispatched a reconnaissance drone to the location and it arived the same day around 11:30h.
At 11:46h, right after the visual confirmation, all communication with probe SCP-RP-EU-7245 was lost after what looked like a hostile interaction by the anomaly.
From what we have gathered so far it looks like a creature or entity that is not yet known to the Foundation.
It is in our own best interest to study it as soon as possible so we can find a suitable strategy to have it contained to ensure the safety of the general public.
Therefore we kindly but with urgency request to provide the necessary funding so we will be able to identify, study, retrieve and ultimately safely contain this anomaly.
Sincerely,
Darryl Dutremont

We, the O5 Council, have decided to permit the initiation of a containment strategy assessment for this incident.
You and your team will be notified of the proper procedure(s) via the known channels. If for one reason or another we decide to assemble another team, you and or your team will not be notified.
As for now, to contain the spread of any information about this occurrence, we advise you to disinform the local authorities about what really happened for the simple reason of their own protection.
The idea of an undetonated but leaking gasbomb from one of the World Wars is the best and most logical option. You can also always say that it can cause hallucinations.
We understand that the local public will comprehend and believe this information.

Risk Assessment
There is a great need to identify potential hazards and risk factors that are the direct or indirect effect of SCP-
Analyzing and evaluating the risk associated with this anomaly is a real concern.
Therefore it is of utmost importance to start the evaluation process so we can start to assess the risk factors related to this entity.
Justification and motivation to free funds for item SCP-'s Risk Assessment is self-evident.
Awaiting your response and approval,
Victoria Alden(CS) (Risk Assessment Group)

Request for the use of eight(8) Disposables.
In preparation of a planned battery of tests and studies involving a potentially lethal anomalous specimen, my team and I would want to file a request for the usage of eight(8) D-class personnel.
These are expected to be mentally and physically fit and preferably have a nonviolent track record.
Every possible measure concerning the safety and well-being of the Disposable have been taken into account according to the Studies and Experimentations Guidelines and Regulations Charter.
Although the anomalous specimen is potentially lethal, no tests, studies and or experiments are setup in such a way that these would be harmful to the Disposable.
We have to stress that the Disposable is indeed needed to be within close vicinity of the anomalous being and it is extremely dangerous if certain safety measures aren't in place.
The disposable will have to wear protective gear, follow precise commands and eventually interact with the anomalous specimen. What the outcome will be is at this point uncertain but if everything goes as planned they will be able to be reused.
Requirements:
no intellectual disabilities
no violent behavior
other than these nothing specific
Sincere greetings,
Dr Ahmed Javed

Reply to: Request for the use of eight(8) Disposables.
In response to your request for the use of Disposables in the study and or experimentation concerning the entity that was discovered on the 16th of December we have reached a decision on that question.
With some reluctance and opposition from the Ethics Committee we have come to the conclusion that no more than six(6) Disposables can be provided on the sole condition that their safety can be guaranteed.
If this can be proven to the Ethics Committee, then you will have a green light for it.
We hope that this is satisfactory.

𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: Okay, thanks.
So, we are going to do a test on an anomalous entity and you
are needed for the interaction between us and this entity.
The entity is being contained in a isolated containment area.
In a couple of minutes, you will take place in an adjecent
room to it. The entity will be released from the containment
area, into your room.
Your room is completely sealed so this entity is not able to
escape.
Your task is to communicate with it or at least try to do so.
The entity is triggered by movement, so as long as you don't move
everything should be good.
𝙳(𐀏): I don't understand, what do you mean by try to communicate
with it and what do you mean by everything should be good
as long as I don't move? Is it dangerous?
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: First, the entity that you are about to see, has no body or
at least not in the traditional sense. We have no idea of how
or even if it can communicate. Maybe it's not even capable of
communication.
And second, try to stay still and calm. If it wasn't dangerous, we
wouldn't have to tell you that.
𝙳(𐀏): How dangerous is this thing?!
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: That will be all. Please take place in the other room.
𝙳(𐀏): And then what?!
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: Guard, please confirm my order to D-647373
𝙽𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚢 𝚂𝚞𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚟𝚊𝚗: Look, don't make this difficult, alright? Common, get
going.
𝙳(𐀏): Hey, stop, alright, alright I'm going.
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: Thanks
Sound of an opening door is heard and some other noises.
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: D-647373 can you hear me?
𝙳(𐀏): yes
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: In front of you there is a counter on the wall, when it reaches
zero, we will open the valve and the entity should enter. From then
on you should be quiet and follow anything I say.

D-647373 is visible on the screen. Dr Javed is not in the field of view.
After D-647373 enters she closes the metal door behind her.
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: D-647373 can you hear me?
𝙳(𐀏): yes
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: In front of you there is a counter on the wall, when it reaches
zero, we will open the valve and the entity should enter. From then
on you should be quiet.
𝙳(𐀏): Look, I know I have been a bad person bu…
𝙳𝚛 𝙹??𝚟𝚎𝚍: On the shelf to your right are wireless earplugs and an
overall. It is in your best interest to put that one on. Same
for the mask, gloves and shoes. Your other clothes will be
stored.
D-647373 is turning her head to the camera, she is visibly angry and starts to
undress and puts on the other orange overall.
𝙳(𐀏): Enjoying the view?
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: You'll need to put the earplugs in, I can't hear you without them.
They have a build-in microphone.
D-647373 puts the earplugs in.
𝙳(𐀏): Fuck off… So and now what?
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: Listen, it is of utmost importance to remain calm and quiet,
you have to remember that for the remainder of the experiment.
As far as we know the entity is only capable of sensing movement.
Just to be sure, we recommend you to whisper if you really have to
talk.
You can put the other clothing in that bag, it is large enough.
When you are done, put them in the hatch.
The one next to the door, with the black and yellow
border.
D-647373 opens the hatch, throws the bag in it and closes it again.
When it is shut, the indicator light switches from green to red.
𝙳(𐀏): Yes already, stop beating around the bush and get on with it. If I'm
about to die because of this, I want t…
A loud beeb is audible followed by a thud and a continuous hissing noise
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: Okay, twenty seconds until the room is pressurized. You'll have a
minor discomfort to your ears.
D-647373 clearly looks to be in distress. Her breathing becomes faster and heavier.
𝙳(𐀏): Fuck, fuck, fuck
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: Please remember to stay calm and in place.
𝙳(𐀏): Easy for you to say, you're not the one in here.
Another loud beeb is audible
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: Okay, room is sealed and pressurised.
Seven seconds. Five, four, three, two, stay still, we're going to
release it into the chamber.
[A soft hiss is heard]
D(𐀏) is standing perfectly still in the far corner, opposite of where a
transparent gray to yellowish mist is running in the room.
The mist builds up about a metre from where it is released, heaping
up in a rough spherelike shape.
𝙳(𐀏): (Whispering) What the hell? What is this?
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: That is it, SCP-XXXX, it's a kind of mist. Be still and say HELLO
to it. Let's see what happens.
𝙳(𐀏): (Whispering) The fuck I will not. When will you get me out of here?
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: Not anytime soon, now say loud and clear or you're about to
receive an incentive.
𝙳(𐀏): Okay, okay, okay, wait, wait, I'll do it.
D(𐀏) closes her eyes and breathes deeply.
𝙳(𐀏): Okay, HE-HELLO?
Nothing happens, SCP-XXXX is hovering on the same spot and does
not react to the sound.
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: Again, but loose the hesitation now.
𝙳(𐀏): HELLO?
Again nothing seems to be happening, the dense cloud is not
reacting to her.
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: Again but this time you need to yell it really loud.
D(𐀏) takes a deep breath.
𝙳(𐀏): HELLO!
There is a slight change in how the entity is behaving. It briefly stopped
moving completely, as if it was solid mist for a moment.
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: Have you seen that? That's interesting. Now wave to it.
D(𐀏) rises her arm and waves to the mist.
The gaseous entity again solidifies and now a bulge appears on the
side facing D(𐀏).
𝙳(𐀏): Hi?
The bulge starts to elongate into a appendage, a kind of slowly swirling
tendril which extends to her direction.
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: Go on, talk to it and wave more. Ask what it is or something,
If I can make an educated guess, it's reacting to your waving hand.
𝙳(𐀏): Hi, err, how are you?
D(𐀏) waves both hands to the entity when she talks to it.
SCP-XXXX notices this and the appendage orients itself to her. The tip of
the tendril stops about two(2) metres from her waving hands as if it hits
an invisible wall or boundary and flattens out in a dish like shape.
From the middle of this dish, a second tendril goes towards her waving hands
and moves along with them.
When D(𐀏) stops moving her hands, the second tendril doesn't immediately stop
until a couple of seconds later and then it makes the same movements again
a couple of times but stops when D(𐀏) doesn't move along with it.
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: Go on, don't stop.
Loud enough but a bit under her breath and gesturing it as a question
she asks:
𝙳(𐀏): What?! What should I do? What is this thing?!
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: You know we can't tell you.
Stay where you are, the suit should protect you from it.
𝙳(𐀏): What do you mean? Should protect me?
Look, do you see that on the ground? There are lines on the
ground under it, it's like fizzing and bubbling, do you see it?
On the ground several intersecting lines are visible.
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: Yes, yes that's normal, no need to worry about that. Can you stay
focused and speak to it again? Ask it what it wants or something.
D(𐀏) looks at the tendril, that hangs in the air and waves to it again.
𝙳(𐀏): Sso, so, what are you? What do you want?
The entity floats away from her, towards the back of the room and
spreads all over the wall where several triangular shapes start to appear when it
touches the surface.
𝙳𝚛 𝙹𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚍: wow, that is new. Is it saying anything?
𝙳(𐀏): No, or I can't hear anything. The only thing I hear is the fizzing noise of
the wall. It's like it is made of

D-266273
Procedure time:
78 minutes 39 seconds
Result summary:
//D-266273 is placed in airlock and was briefed on the experiment
that he was selected for.
//D-266273 is told to undress and to put on the orange gastight acid
resistant protection suit.
//pressure countdown initiated, 20 minutes.
//Testing room is ready and D-266273 is ordered to enter. He received
a secondary briefing on what is to be expected during the experiment.
//The SCP is transferred to the testing room. No incidents are reported
during this process.
//The entity was released into the testing room and accumulated into the
corner nearest from its entry point (far right from the camera).
When it had acclimated (15 seconds) to its vapor firm, it produced small
tendrils, varying in size from ten(10) centimetres to 50 centimetres
(Two smaller and thin ones and a dish shaped one), to inspect its
surroundings.
//D-266273 doesn't move and appears to be in a stuporous state.
//D-266273 is given an incentive (mild electric shock) and snaps out of
his daze. Via his headset we repeat the urge of remaining calm, not to
make any movements or noise unless we tell him.
//D-266273 sees the SCP and his heart rate immediately goes up.
//We tell him to take deep breaths and stay still.
//D-266273 reacts to a hissing sound coming from his right side. He
jerked his head to where the noise was coming from and started to
open his protective suit. We assume that he couldn't get a clear
look and that's why he started to undo it.
//The SCP noticed this sudden movement and started to approach
D-266273.
//By this time D-266273 became frightened and cowered to the opposite
side of the testing room.
//Due to this action the SCP could locate D-266273, reached out and
started to touch him.
//This made D-266273 so afraid that he started to panic and started flailing
his arms around.
Because of his panic he started hyperventilating and soon passed out.
//Attempts were made to calm D-266273 down and bring him back to
a conscious state but didn't help.
//The SCP started to envelope and consume D-266273 alive (although D
was unconscious).
//Safety procedures were activated and the SCP was evacuated via vacuum
transfer.
//D-266273 deceased two(2) hours later.

By Dr Arjun Bhaskar
Discription of Caligo Aer Acidum
Species:
Caligo Aer Acidum
Binomial name:
Caligo Aer Acidum(A. Bhaskar(2019))
Other names:
Acid Mist, Acid Cloud, C.A.A., SCP-XXXX
A couple of quick personal notes:
1) This is far from a study but we do what we can with the limited resources we receive. Not that this is a plea for more funding but in the private sector this work would have a much higher pay.
2) I don't like the confusion with all the other things in the Foundations possession so I gave it a name. So what? This is of course my own decision on the matter and does not in any way reflect the standpoints of the rest of my research team and or other staff.
The following is the information on this entity that my team and I have gathered so the creature could be accurately described.
A| Description and overall appearance:
C.A.A. has a very unique physicality and biology. The entity consists largely out of a vapor of liquid particles of fluoroantimonic acid(H2SbF6). It mostly assumes the form of a mist, a cloud that floats around and interacts with its environment.
In its most compact form it is opaque and has a white to vague yellowish color. In its least compact state is almost completely transparent and practically colorless. It does have an odor that certainly is noticeable but not right away. The smell, once noticed, is a strong, irritating odor that will immediately be followed by symptoms of severe injury to the skin and eyes, inhalation and ingestion irritation.
It is able to compress itself so much that it will become a liquid but it usually expands to fill all the space available to it. It changes into a different state by changing its own pressure and or the airpressure around its particles (this is not yet fully understood). These are two different forms (or states) my team and I have observed so far:
*1 Gas One thing we do know about this is that its temperature increases (but only marginally) and then its and the surrounding pressure drops. C.A.A. can suspend its system of liquid particles in another gas. It then includes both the particles of its own mass and the suspending gas, which is usually air but can also combine itself with other gasses like methane, butane, steam and others.
*2 Liquid When it compresses its mass completely it becomes a liquid. This has only been observed when it is in its containment tank. Upon release it immediately goes back to its aerosol or gas state.
*3 Solid(not observed) This is only an assumption but we speculate it can also change into a (maybe only partial) solid state. This is based on the observation that it can stop moving all at once, not just standing still but halting every single one of its particles. We have seen it do this when it seems to sense motion and uses one of its sensing mechanisms. The second reason we have for our hypothesis is the fact that other materials, like water and metals have at least three(3) forms or states and since we have the certainty of the first two, maybe there is (or could be) a third.
B| Behavior:
Sensing mechanisms or methods:
The way C.A.A. is aware of its surroundings is extremely fascinating.
Sensing its surroundings only happens when it is in its aerosol state. The
cloud will freeze into a solid state when it detects movement. If it
becomes aware of something it can feed on it will try to locate it by forming
appendages that seek out its prey. These appendages form into what we
can only best describe as "sensory organs" which start to scan or sense the
surrounding environment. It can accurately find what it seeks by what is
thought of to be triangulation by sensing molecular vibrations in the air of
its surroundings.
It can accurately locate the source of movement in various ways and up until
now we have seen four (4) of these "sensory organs":
1) dish like organ (ear)
appendage forms a kind of dish which orients itself to the source of the
vibration. This looks very much like a directional microphone.
2) hollow tube (nose)
when an immobile source of food(see further for more information on
its diet) is introduced, it sometimes forms a hollow tendril that is very
good at locating the food source when this has a strong odor.
3) ball (eye)
this has been observed with infrared light and cameras in a dark
environment. It first used a hollow tendril and soon after it changed into
a hollow but closed knob or ball and we assume that this probably is used
as an eye. We also hypothesize that it can only distinguish between light
and dark because the only time this happened was in a completely dark
environment.
4) long thin tendril (finger touch)
when it has located the material of interest, the "sensory organ" is then
forming a long thin one that can touch. It does not firm a mouth because
when it has successfully found what it want to "eat" it simply floats over
it and then envelopes it.
When C.A.A. envelopes its victim it can convert the matter from the
victim in a gas, to then use it as sustenance. It has been
observed feeding itself with all kinds of organic and inorganic materials,
including atmospheric elements, minerals, metals, living and nonliving
organic material and other biological materials.
Due to its caustic effects, the material it feeds on is first corroded,
then liquified and ultimately dematerialized into an aerosol state much
like itself.
When it has successfully "digested" the matter it becomes indistinguishable
from its own.
C| Social life:
For the moment not that much is known of this species because only one has
been found.
I think it is probably safe to assume that it is a solletary species. It
is capable of interaction with other creatures although in a limited and on a
mostly rudimentary level.
C.A.A. has no vocal chords or other ways to articulate sounds. We have seen it
communicate (or trying to) by means of non-kinesics nonverbal communication,
mainly by drawing or scribbling on or near the receiving end of the
"conversation" in straight or more round lines.
This is only a hypothesis and further research is needed.
So far we have observed that C.A.A. can deliberately
D| Reasoning skills:
Considering the above-mentioned properties of this species and the
other traits that I will sum up in a moment, we have to come to a
rather interesting conclusion, namely the entity is (to some
degree) sentient or maybe even sapient.
Apart from being able to self-regulate its form it has also a couple of
"skills" that are quite peculiar:
It has some basic but not yet fully understood form of communication or
language. We have seen it etch simple patterns on surfaces and tissues.
With what we know so far, we could conclude that these could be done
deliberately.
A.A.C. sometimes repeats the same etched pattern when it is put in a
similar situation. Sometimes it even elaborates on the patterns it has
previously made. This alone is not a requirement for it being capable of
thought. Any kind of dog or cat can show this type of learned behavior.
What we have seen and what we are a bit concerned about is that it can
mix these patterns and make what we believe to be new concepts.
In the tests and experiments done by Dr Ahmed Javed we have
noticed that when the Disposable was cowering in the corner, it made a
rough depiction of a triangle with one of the corners pointing to the
Disposable, the other one to itself and the other pointing away from
them. Another time it pointed at one triangle, then it hovered over it and
added another smaller one to it and pointed to the Disposable.
What I believe is that these etched patterns are a kind of script which
has a overall triangular form. I know this is a wild guess but it looks
like a kind of modular script comprised of different subsections that
convey concepts.
Here are some examples of these:

So far I think the triangle is the concept of itself and the added shapes and
trangles are concepts for things around it.
Personal notes by Dr Arjun Bhaskar
I will not stop requesting for a more suitable habitat for our C.A.A. than the
currently used pressurised vat. It is a social entity that deserves more than a
windowless box to live in.
Another containment solution is much needed.
I suggest we should reconsider the containment solution and give it a larger
area where it can at least have some space to move.
My professional opinion is that we all can benefit from this.

We might have an issue with one of the biology guys, his name is Arjun Bhaskar
(FS-BD94672_17). If the name rings a bell, he also worked on that frogthing a
couple of years ago, he practically made a whole career out of it? And we had to disinfect the whole facility?
I think he's up to something. Yeah I know it's an assumption but I don't think I have
ever been wrong about something.
Before he was hired as an assistant to Dr Martin Beeckstra he was involved in
some rather active animal rights movements. He single handedly burned down
DSZ corporations testing facilities. I don't know what his reasoning behind it all
was and to be frank I couldn't be bothered but he is a pitbull if you know what I
mean.

CONTAINMENT MOTIVATION AND STRATEGY. This file contains a good amount of scientific terms and other jargon, only the bare minimum method of containing this anomaly is needed for the scp-file. Do not interpret anything but write up the containment method as clearly as possible (keep it simple) but precise).

Contents of this document:
A) Stipulation of how the Containment Committee has come to the appropriate Object Class of mentioned item.
B) Containment hazard class for SCP-*(no number assigned yet)
C) Extra measures and or information
A)
After review and deliberation on the matter, we come to the conclusion
that the aforementioned item of which we received the necessary
documents and information is of great danger to the outside world.
Therefore we deem it necessary to contain the item as soon as
possible. The manner of how this can be achieved has already been
investigated and studied.
The proposed safety measures and containment strategies are found
adequate for the item. So if the proposed containment solutions will
be followed, then no extra procedures are needed to safely contain
this SCP.
B)
The item is docile when kept under pressure and in a liquidised
state.
Therefore the containment strategy for this particular SCP is special
enough for it to be classified as not safe.
Due to the risk factors involved when handling the SCP when it is not
contained, it is of extreme importance to take specific measures to
protect staff and other personnel from this item.
However, when these special measures are strictly followed there
is no immediate danger of it escaping from its confinement.
This brings us to the appropriate containment and object class KETER.
If the need rises for updating this class to ANY other class this must
be notified to the appropriate departements and the O-5 COUNCIL
with the proper motivation.
C)
NOT APPLICABLE
Object classification:
Item is EUCLID

Item #:
SCP-XXXX
Object class:
EUCLID
Special containment procedures:
General:
SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a heavy walled pressurised gastank (sphere) of 96 liters with on the inside a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coating of four(4) centimetres.
Pressure needs to be constantly monitored for leakages.
When pressure is faltering, automatic sealing procedures are to be followed.
Tank needs to be stored in a titanium (Ti) box, measuring twelve (12) metres wide, twelve (12) metres long and eight (8) metres high.
Box is to be closed and locked at all times by use of the four(4) digit locking mechanism. Code is to be randomized monthly.
Security:
In addition to site 19s security, no fewer than four(4) armed guards are to be present at all times to prevent unauthorized entry and or access.
Additionally:
The adjoining Chemistry and Physics laboratories must be manned at all hours, in order to prevent any anomalies, including damage to the containment tank and outside structure.
All found anomalies need to be dealt with immediately and must be reported directly to the O5 Counsil who will, if needed, inform the sites containment specialists and the site director. Deviation from this will result in (a) disciplinary action(s) and can be ground for termination.
All access to, experimentation with and studies of SCP-XXXX are prohibited until further notice and will be cause for immediate disciplinary action and can or will be cause for termination.
Description:
By Dr █ ██████
SCP-XXXX largely consists out of a vapor of liquid particles of fluoroantimonic acid(H2SbF6). It usually assumes the form of a mist, a cloud that floats around and interacts with its environment.
It has little to no intelligence or cognitive functions and only reacts on what is considered to be it's instincts (by lack of a better term).
Therefore, SCP-XXXX is to be regarded as extremely dangerous, having malicious intentions.
No interaction with it is (or will be) permitted. In addition to this, all requests to examine, reclassify and even relocate this entity will not be allowed or considered due to high risk factors (decided by the O5 Council).
Addendum:
06.09.2019
The experimentation log is corrupted.
Efforts are being made to resolve this issue.
Our apologies for the inconvenience.

▸10◂ Look, I have said it and it's over the budget. No more funds will be assigned to it.
▸13◂ okay, message will be delivered to him.
▸01◂ Another thing, that acid cloud should be dealt with, neutralized or destroyed or at least have no file made up for.
▸03◂ We can't do that and you know why
▸01◂ Yeah but it could be a valid option
▸03◂ It will be archived soon, it's already been assigned to Kim Sanders and his team to produce the file for it. We need to intervene and
▸01◂ No! This needs to be buried, not intervened with. If it finds out about how it can reach the others we can close the whole
▸02◂ Hey, hey wait, Give it to a new guy, a daft one that wouldn't know and give instructions for an amnestic treatment when he's done.
▸01◂ Good idea, make it mandatory, also demand to do it isolated.
▸03◂ What about the testlogs?
▸02◂ What about the logs?
▸03◂ Well we can't have that in the file, or can we?
▸02◂ You mean what happened in the second test?
▸04◂ And the rest of them, what about that?
▸03◂ Look, this thing called out, you know it, it was plastered all over the damned walls.
▸04◂ So? We put something else in its place. It's not like we haven't done that before.
▸05◂ I'll put another type of encryption on the file and write new results. satisfied? This guy will never know and by the time he's finished with the file, he'll be glad to take the amnestics and lay down.
▸03◂ Okay, works for me.
▸01◂ Fine but adding another encryption on it won't stop it being a potential information risk, we aren't the NSA or something, we do not take half measures.
▸05◂ I'll cook something else up then that will make it safe, okay?
▸01◂ Good but the information has to be secured and saved before you do anything.
▸02◂ I'm okay with that. All in favor?
▸04◂ No concerns here.
▸06◂ aye
▸13◂ yeah, okay
▸10◂ good, good
▸07◂ make it so
▸09◂ fine, no problem
▸08◂ Go ahead
▸11◂ fine
▸05◂ it's settled then. I'll have it ready in the morning.
▸03◂ All testing, experimentation and studies need to be stopped immediately. If this thing gets out and finds out we have one of the others we'll be in dire straights. According to what it said it would be disastrous if they all got here.
▸11◂ I agree, we wouldn't benefit from that. Lock it up and throw away the key.
▸07◂ The others can't find out we have one of them. We should be glad that this one is one of the least communicative. I am impressed by how fast Arjun Bhaskar was able to figure out its language.
▸02◂ What is the good doctor doing these days?
▸08◂ He's transferred to… ah, I don't know, I have to look it up. Wait a sec
▸02◂ Don't bother, I couldn't care less. As long as he has no access to this thing and doesn't remember.
▸02◂ What's up next?
▸10◂ Next point is about the acquisition of a copper pipe in Norway that allegedly has been floating two centimetres above the ground for the last 20 years.
▸04◂ Come again? Floating? And where in Norway?
