Special Containment Procedures

SCP xxxx is to be kept in a large room with a no less than 5 m radius from SCP xxxx. SCP xxxx is to be kept at a constant 10% or less humidity level. If personnel enter SCP xxxx container mustn't stay for more than 5 minutes

Description

SCP xxxx is a roughly 20 cm tall wine glass appear to not have any anomalous properties SCP xxxx is filled about 40% with a clear liquid. Test have been unsuccessful due to the fact any liquid removed from the glass appears to anomalously disappear then reappear back inside of SCP xxxx.

If any non microscopic entity enters a 4.5 meter radius SCP xxxx will enter into an active state. Once in an active state if all entities are not. Removed from the 4.5m radius with in 6 minutes
The liquid inside of SCP xxxx will immediately evaporate. Followed by all the h2o within the 4.5m radius will immediately spike in heat then evaporate leaving victims with extremely charred skin. After all h2o will immediately condensate and return to to temperature.

SCP xxxx was discovered in XXXX X. XXXXXXXXX XX California in 20XX after seven bodies were discovered in varying degrees of decay. All bodies were all heavily charred found inside 4.5m chalk circle at the center of witch stood SCP xxxx on top of a cardboard box.

A plain lab rat (Rattus norvegicus) a beaker filled with one cup of water with a wireless heat resistant thermometer are added to the enclosure on a tin baking tray

After condensation the tray is removed via robotic arm. The rats exterior shows significant charing although the internal organs have been burned past recognition. The thermometer was melted although it did record readings of up to 1000 c before melting
