Research suggest that SCP-XXXX will only show up when its full moon or crescent moon.
To avoid fatalities Foundation Agents must wake up all the subjects affected by SCP-XXXX. Usually from the age range of 20 - 50 year old with 1:1 male and female ratio. When SCP-XXXX is on a country and will attack SCP-XXXX leave a trail of black smoke and a blinding screech. Foundation Agents need to follow the trail of smoke and screech to know what is the next target of SCP-XXXX

Person affected by SCP-XXXX usually have an 80% survival rate even without external force to be awake but others die because of their brain affected by the nightmares. They would die sleeping
