Special Containment Procedures: SCP-2472 must be kept in an airtight cube, with one-way windows surrounding the surface of it. No openings or entry is allowed near the room. No security systems may be installed inside the cube. An exterior cube may be installed, as a viewing room for the one sided windows.

Description: The Dissolver (SCP-2472) is a human bug hybrid, with the ability to eat away at its own flesh using a cockroach-dune beetle hybrid bug to take itself apart, and produce the skin back together almost instantly. It's upper jaw seems to be ripped upwards, revealing only its mouth and no sight. It uses sound it find its prey, and traverse its path. They have metallic scraps as a self defense weapon, used for stabbing and throwing. They have a very skilled throw, with the speed of approximately 78 MPH. It is able to traverse horizontally and vertically with ease. It has the ability to produce clones of itself, punishing its prey for attacking the wrong target. Attacking the correct clone tires SCP-2472 out, giving time to attack with no risk. They occasionally rush towards its prey, and lunges with a quick stab. The bugs seem to be vulnerable to fire, a short burst of flames will temporarily weaken SCP-2472.
