Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 2m x 2m x 2m reinforced plexiglass cell that is surrounded by a 3m x 5m x 3m concrete containment chamber. SCP-XXXX's containment chamber is located at Site-██, Sector-█.

No physical or verbal interaction with SCP-XXXX is allowed without permission from Dr. ████ ███████. When personnel must enter SCP-XXXX's cell, they should be observed for any changes in behaviour and or personality, such as suicidal tendencies and intense fear, throughout the entire testing period. The monitoring of the same personnel admitted into SCP-XXXX's containment cell must continue for the next 7 [REDACTED].

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid creature that measures approximately 2 metres in height. It appears to have a hooded jacket on sewn into its torso and lumbar. Attempts to remove the jacket from SCP-XXXX's body have resulted in failure. SCP-XXXX appears to have multiple third-degree burns on its face. Dr. ████ ████ suggested that these might be the result of acid as SCP-XXXX's flesh and part of its cheekbone are exposed.

Upon a human's entrance to SCP-XXXX's containment chamber, SCP-XXXX will cease its current task and head towards the plexiglass wall the person is closest to. Attempts to stop SCP-XXXX from progressing towards the wall have resulted in SCP-XXXX entering a state of extreme aggravation. Recent studies show that SCP-XXXX seems to be attracted to the human species specifically.

If someone enters a 1.5 m x 1.5 m radius of SCP-XXXX and there is no object obstructing the path between them and SCP-XXXX, they will instantly be referred to as SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX will, from this point proceeding, stalk SCP-XXXX-1 and whisper, eventually driving them into a state of insanity. SCP-XXXX will continue to follow SCP-XXXX-1 until SCP-XXXX-1 dies, usually by suicide.

The content that SCP-XXXX whispers is unintelligible by anyone who is not classed as SCP-XXXX-1 but is perfectly understandable by SCP-XXXX-1 and is said to be direct threats towards them.

Location: SCP-XXXX's Containment Cell
Test Parameters: D-1 was instructed to stand in the south-east corner of the room with a thick panel separating him and SCP-XXXX. The panel was removed.
Results: SCP-XXXX walked within an 'uncomfortable' range of D-1 but didn't proceed to whisper. SCP-XXXX attempted to follow D-1 out of the containment cell, but this resulted in failure. No changes in D-1's behaviour or personality.

Test XXXX-A-1
Participants: 2 D-Class Personnel
Location: SCP-XXXX's Containment Cell
Test Parameters: D-1 was instructed to stand in the south-east corner of the room with a thick panel separating him and SCP-XXXX. D-2 was instructed to stand in the south-west corner of the room with a think panel separating him and SCP-XXXX. The panel was removed. D-1 was instructed to move closer to SCP-XXXX.
Results: SCP-XXXX stood, motionless, in front of D-1 and D-2. When D-1 was instructed to move further towards SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX paced towards D-1 and began to whisper. D-1 showed immediate discomfort. D-1 and D-2 were escorted out.

Location: SCP-XXXX's Containment Cell
Test Parameters: SO-1 was ordered to stand in front of the cell entrance whilst SO-2 and Researcher █████ ███████ attempted to remove SCP-XXXX's jacket from its body.
Results: SCP-XXXX reacted with extreme displeasure and began to [REDACTED] SO-2's chest. SO-1 and Researcher █████ ███████ were quickly escorted out of the containment cell. This is the first documented time that SCP-XXXX showed aggressive behaviour.

Location: SCP-XXXX's Containment Cell
Test Parameters: SO-1 was ordered to stand in front of the cell entrance whilst SO-2, SO-3 and Researcher █████ ███████ attempted to remove SCP-XXXX's jacket from its body. Dr. ████ █████ was posted on the cell's door controls due to the last incident.
Results: SCP-XXXX reacted with extreme displeasure but SO-2 held its [REDACTED] behind its back. Researcher █████ ███████ held the bottom of the jacket up. After they had found their results, they were escorted out. It was found that SCP-XXXX's jacket was sewn into its body.

Test XXXX-C
Participants: 2 On-Site Security Officers, Dr. ████ █████, 1 D-Class Personnel
Location: SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber's Observation Post, SCP-XXXX's Containment Cell
Test Parameters: SO-1 and SO-2 stood guard at the observation post's door. Dr. ████ █████ was posted on the door controls. A panel was placed in between SCP-XXXX and the south wall then D-1 was ordered to enter SCP-XXXX's containment chamber.
Results: D-1 entered the containment chamber at the south entrance. SCP-XXXX attempted to face D-1 and go towards her but the panel blocked its walking path. SCP-XXXX entered a state of extreme aggravation as it could not see the human and burst through the plexiglass, causing its first containment breach on ██/██/████.

Addendum XXXX-E: From ██/██/████, forwards, Dr. ███████ █████ will be in charge of all tests and experiments on SCP-XXXX.
