Special Containment Procedures:Upon complete obedience to all orders, SCP-XXXX, is kept in a low security chamber on the premises of Site 17. SCP-XXXX is allowed to walk about freely, and interact with Site personnel upon request, but must be escorted by an agent at all time. SCP-XXXX is not allowed to interact with other SCP’s.

Revision XXXX-1:After repeated escape attempts made by SCP-XXXX, it has been transported to a high security cell within the lower levels of Site 17, and has been updated to object class keter. SCP-XXXX’s cell is to be monitored at all times. SCP-XXXX’s cell is to be guarded by at least ten armed members of Mobile Task Force Alpha-1. Any and all possible attempts at escape are to be met with deadly force. No personal besides, Dr. Glass, are allowed to enter SCP-XXXX’s containment cell at any time.

Revision XXXX-2:Upon a further ESCAPE attempt from SCP-XXXX, and further discoveries about SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX has been updated to object class Thaumiel. SCP-XXXX was then tasked with choosing members from existing MTF’s to create its “Dream Team” and has been thus put in charge of Mobile Task Force Specter-1, and is in charge of any training it sees fit. But still remains as an SCP, and is not allowed to leave the facility unless on mission.

Description:SCP-XXXX is a normal looking Caucasian male standing at 6’1” /or 1.8542000000000003 meters tall, and weighs approximately 210 lbs /or 95.2544 kgs. SCP-XXXX was first sighted on ██/██/2000. After alluding capture SCP-XXXX was finally apprehended on ██/██/2010, in the city of ███████,███████ under the name ███████ █████████, all citizens of ███████,███████ that had ever came in direct contact with SCP-XXXX have been administered amnesiacs and were monitored for a year following their contact with SCP-XXXX. The first batch of interviews of SCP-XXXX only brought to light the most basic information about SCP-XXXX. Information acquired included that he insists to be called by the name “WB”, he has the ability to not feel pain, he simple appeared in midair over the city █████,█████, the items confiscated from him upon capture was a set of advanced armor and weapons, and that he is human. That final fact is still unprovable seeing as when any biological material that is removed from him disintegrates as soon as it is fully disconnected from the main body. After its attempt to leave the facility, and to obtain his confiscated items, SCP-XXXX, was upgraded from Safe class to Keter class, the main reason being that there was no physical damage to SCP-XXXX’s containment chamber, or rest of the facility, despite the fact, that with general ease any door in SCP-XXXX’s way would simply open, giving him unimpeded access to any section of the facility. After his attempted escape, SCP-XXXX was moved to sub-level██ of the facility to try and keep him contained. Further measures such as the use of Mobile Task Force Alpha-1 being brought in, in an attempt to keep him in line, as well as repeated visits from Dr. Glass for repeated psychological evaluations.

On ██/██/2011, SCP-XXXX made his last escape attempt. For a full report of the containment breach, read over incident report XXXX-2. Following these incidents Dr. Glass interviewed SCP-XXXX once again to clear up some, new discoveries. The full transcript of the interview is available in interview log XXXX-2.

Following this SCP-XXXX was given the authority to create his own MTF with his choice of hand picked existing MTF operatives. This new MTF was then designated Specter-1. Specter-1 is to be on call at all times to not only help SCP-XXXX, but to contain SCP-XXXX.

Revision XXXX-3:SCP-XXXX, although capable enough, is not allowed to attempt to contain a new SCP, any type of containment breach, or interview a SCP on his own. During such events he is to be assisted by Mobile Task Force Specter-1 after Incident XXXX-029-1.

Revision XXXX-4:Dr. Brights list of rules is to be applied to SCP-XXXX as well after their recent, escapades, together. SCP-XXXX is to never come into possession of SCP-963-1. The last thing we need is a hybrid of the two(2) of them.

Dr. Glass:Good morning SCP-XXXX, I am…(SCP-XXXX cut Dr. Glass off)

SCP-XXXX:WB.

Dr. Glass:Excuse me?

SCP-XXXX:I have a name, I’d appreciate if you’d use it.

Dr. Glass:Okay. Good morning, WB, I’m Dr. Glass. I am here today to ask
you a few questions. Is that okay with you?

SCP-XXXX:WB, Catalyst 8, 1277.

Dr. Glass:What? (Dr. Glass display signs of confusion)

SCP-XXXX:Sorry, I meant to say, “I don’t have much of a coice do I?”
(SCP-XXXX motions with air quotes around his statement)

Dr. Glass:Sadly, not really. Anyways, we have the first question out of
the way. So, do you know 1. Where you are from, and how did you get to
█████,█████? 2. Where you are? 3. What you are? 4. Do you have any strange,
or abnormal abilities? And 5. What, are these? (After asking the final
question Dr. Glass placed several pictures of the items confiscated from
SCP-XXXX upon his capture)

SCP-XXXX:Well, I don’t know where I’m from, or how I got to █████,█████.
Currently I am sitting in a low security interrogation room at Site17 of
the SCP foundation. I am, well, me. WB153, or just WB. I can’t feel any kind
of pain. And those (SCP-XXXX points to the pictures) are mine.

Dr. Glass:(Dr. Glass sighs) I understand that these items are your
property, but I still need to know what they are for public safety.

SCP-XXXX:The large backpack type item is an advanced armor platform, and
the other ones, they are a weapon platform that works in tandem with the
armor. However, I would not advise any attempts to disassemble or tamper
with any of said items as they all have safety mechanisms that may, or may
not be (inaudible speech).

Dr. Glass:I didn’t catch that can you speak up?

SCP-XXXX:I’ll put it like this. You mess with that stuff, and this
building and the surrounding seven square miles around it, below it, and
above it will be, well… Gone.

Dr. Glass:Noted. (Dr. Glass immediately sent a message to the tech wing
of Site████, to “Under no circumstance” touch said items with a twenty foot
pole)

SCP-XXXX:Anything else Doctor?

Dr. Glass:Not at this time. It was nice talking to you SCP, I mean WB.

SCP-XXXX:Same to you Doctor. I hope to see you again soon.

Closing Statement:SCP-XXXX, or WB, is very cooperative. I uphold the
decision to place him as a Safe class SCP. I will return in a weeks time to
conduct a normal psychological evaluation. I also recommend the taking of
blood and tissue samples to confirm the genetic make up of SCP-XXXX.

Incident report XXXX-1:At approximately 09:55, on ██/██/2011, SCP-XXXX’s containment chamber’s doors suddenly sprung open. Nearby foundation personnel watched as SCP-XXXX, stepped out of his cell and made a left hand turn towards the elevator at the end of the hall. As it approached the elevator the doors opened and the on site security team rushed out. Orders were give to retrieve SCP-XXXX unharmed with non-lethal means. Upon seeing the security team, SCP-XXXX spun about and took off running while yelling,”[Expletive] [Expletive] [Expletive] [Expletive]…” while making his way down the hall. Security made chase to attempt to tranquilize SCP-XXXX, but SCP-XXXX’s speed seamed to be faster then possible. In a last ditch effort after twenty minutes of attempting to contain SCP-XXXX, Security split into four groups in an attempt to corner SCP-XXXX. At approximately 10:15, SCP-XXXX was re-contained, heavily sedated, and moved to a high security containment cell on Sub-level██ of the facility.

Incident Report XXXX-2:At approximately 23:40, on ██/██/2011, SCP-XXXX’s containment chambers doors, yet again, opened. This event corresponded with the shift change of his MTF Alpha-1 guards. Exiting his chamber he was swiftly met with the new shift of Alpha-1 members exiting the elevator at the end of the hallway. Alpha-1’s commander, ██████████ ██████████, ordered SCP-XXXX to return to its cell, or be met with deadly force. Continuing to walk towards Alpha-1, SCP-XXXX, showed no sign of hesitation or attempts to return to its cell. Alpha-1 opened fire on SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX respond to this by saying, “All you are doing is wasting ammo, come on guys, just stop.”, SCP-XXXX continued to walk through the wall of bullets, seemingly unfazed. As Alpha-1 began to reload their weapons, SCP-XXXX suddenly appeared in front of them. SCP-XXXX appeared to have traversed 10 meters in under a second, and then disarmed all present members of Alpha-1, but managed to cause no physical harm to any of their members. The resulting shock-wave from SCP-XXXX’s motion, knocked all present members of Alpha-1 against the elevator doors approximately 10 meters away resulting in no major injuries. “Listen, I don’t want to hurt any of you. I have stayed here for a year and a half, and have become bored. Just let me leave already. Or better yet, get Dr. Glass down here.” Upon speaking SCP-XXXX returned to its chamber and waited for the arrival of Dr. Glass, who in all recorded CCTV footage, ran as fast as humanly possible to SCP-XXXX’s containment cell.

Dr. Glass:(Straightening out lab coat) What were you thinking?

SCP-XXXX:That I was bored.

Dr. Glass:Okay. (Dr. Glass rubbed the bridge of his nose) So because you
were bored you decided to leave?

SCP-XXXX:Yes.

Dr. Glass:SCP-XX… (SCP-XXXX attempts to cut him off) NO! No, SCP-XXXX, I
feel as though you have lied to me during our initial interview. So now you will
tell me the truth.

SCP-XXXX:If you want the truth, then here it is. My name is WB153, I am the
8th catalyst, and currently I am 1278 years old. And as you might of guessed, I
am not from this dimension. (SCP-XXXX in one swift motion stands up) I am from
Earth (0,0,0). (SCP-XXXX snaps the fingers on his right hand and a large
holographic display springs to life showing a XYZ coordinate plane) Right about
there. (SCP-XXXX points to the dot at the center of the graph) Now keep in mind
that the multiverse is not actually shaped like this. Your world is over here,
Earth (-356,267,490) (SCP-XXXX points at another dot within the graph) Now you
may have other SCP’s that can dimension jump, but they can’t leave your subset
group. (The hologram shifts to a picture of Earth with the subtext
(-356,267,490)0, below it was several different Earths with the same subtext but
each of the exponents went up sequential) I can step out of the subset group,
and traverse the entire multiverse.

Dr. Glass:Then why haven’t you left?

SCP-XXXX:Well about that, one of the things you took from me lets me do the
whole “far distance” dimensional jumps. Right now I can only get to my pocket
dimension.

Dr. Glass:Your what?

SCP-XXXX:That's not important right now, what is important is that you
listen to me, cause I am only going to say this once. Now as for what I am. I am
a being know as a Catalyst. A Catalyst is a person imbued with the soul of the
first Catalyst. Now as much as I want to explain the entire history of the
Catalyst to you, we don’t have the time. As for abilities, I’m theoretical
immortal, have a healing factor so fast that, like Alpha-1 saw, I can walk
through a wall of bullets like it is nothing, all my limbs including my spinal
column, my eyes, and vocal cords are bio-synthetics, which gives me the ability
to speak any language, move in a short burst at approximately mach 20, and lift
up to approximately 30.481407 metric tons.

Dr.Glass:That’s, a lot of information. Is there any other information you
wish to disclose?

SCP-XXXX:Well, seeing as how I have not only prototype Bio-Synthetics, but I
have a prototype neural-implant… I may have a smart A.I. integrated into my
head to help with the minute daily operation of my augmentations.

Dr. Glass:A, smart A.I.? By that, do you mean it’s, sentient?

Unknown Voice:Da, and it’s he.

Dr. Glass:What was that?

SCP-XXXX:Well I guess now is the best time, doctor say hi to, Alexi Petrov.
(Upon finishing his sentence, a hologram of a human male dressed in a black
██████ tracksuit apparated out of thin air).

Alexi:Nice to meet you doctor. I am Alexi Petrov, you may call me Alexi.(the
figure spoke in a heavy Russian accent)

Dr. Glass:Well this is interesting. So, Alexi, what is your purpose, and
how were you made?

Alexi:Well I help with maintaining combat readiness within all subroutines
of WB’s Bio-Synthetics. I also help with any questions, or help with computers
WB requires, and I help with language translation. As to how i was made, in our
world I was a death row inmate that was given the option to be made an A.I.,
along with my brother, Dimitri. Originally WB had the use of Dimitri, but due to
his, problems, he was soon replaced by me.

Dr. Glass:What happened with, Dimitri?

Alexi:Me and Dimitri were on death row because of a decision he made. One
day he came to me and ask for help dealing with a man, as his brother I helped
him. Three weeks later we had killed around 18 men. We were caught within a week
and sentenced to death. To me, my actions were only in help of my brother. But
to Dimitri, they were to feed his blood lust. Shortly after being put in use
with WB, Dimitri took control. Because of our amount of control over WB’s body,
it is very easy to take over. After killing several other CS’s WB was
apprehended and Dimitri was removed once they found out he had taken over. I
have been in service of WB since then.

Dr. Glass:And how long has that been?

Alexi:We are approaching the 1273 year of our partnership.

SCP-XXXX:It has been a while, hasn’t it.

Alexi:Indeed, now if you will excuse me i must return to my work.(Alexi
disappeared)

Dr. Glass:I am guess, Alexi, is how you got the doors to your cell open?

SCP-XXXX:You are correct, and according to Alexi,(SCP-XXXX motioned and
several holo-displays appeared around him showing all CCTV camera feeds from the
facility) your security here is quite weak compared to what we are used to.

Dr. Glass:Thank you for that.

SCP-XXXX:Well that is about all I can give you right now, oh and I am a
genetically engineered soldier, made to fight. So if you and your higher ups
want me to stay around any longer to get more info, you better start giving me
things to do, because I am starting to think about leaving, and you should know
by now that there is nothing you can do to stop me. Because after last time,
those tranq rounds will no longer work on me. My immune system works rather
fast. (SCP-XXXX flashed a smile)

Dr. Glass:This is going to be a long day.

Closing Statement:I advice the immediate transfer of SCP-XXXX from keter
class to object class Thaumiel, and attaching him as an asset of MTF Alpha-1.
The information we could learn from SCP-XXXX is to valuable to risk losing it.
However, I don’t recommend letting it have free rain. All possessions of
SCP-XXXX will be returned to it except its’, trans-dimensional gateway
device(TDGD). SCP-XXXX will remain under monitoring, but is to be returned to a
low security containment cell. Despite its clear power over us we must not let .
it walk all over us. But under no circumstance is SCP-XXXX to be aloud to acquire
its TDGD. In order to ensure this, SCP-XXXX’s TDGD is to be transferred to Site██
for safe keeping.

SCP-029:My name is ████████, and I could be better.

SCP-XXXX:Well we all could, from your file I see that you can in some way
control the will of any male that is within your presence.(SCP-XXXX froze for a
few seconds) Nice try but your little trick(SCP-XXXX tapped the side of his
head), it isn’t going to work. I already have two(2) extra people up here. I
don’t need a third.

SCP-029:Then you are worthless.(SCP-029 jumped at SCP-XXXX and attempted to
strangle him. SCP-XXXX caught, and then tossed SCP-029 across the room)

SCP-XXXX:Now there is no need for… (SCP-XXXX was cut off by SCP-029
rushing it)

SCP-029:Please… stop, I will answer. Just let me go.(SCP-XXXX proceeded to
release SCP-029’s arm and stand up. Spinning around SCP-029 lashed out with a
chunk of concrete from the wall. SCP-XXXX grabbed its arm and threw SCP-029
towards, and through, the one way glass of the observation room. The light in the
observation room caused SCP-029’s pain suppression to release sending it into a
pain induced spasm)

Closing Statement:SCP-029 was stabilized and moved to a temporary
containment cell while its cell was being repaired. SCP-XXXX was reprimanded for
the incident, but was given praise by 05 for keeping SCP-029 alive. Since the
incident SCP-029 has shown an increased interest in SCP-XXXX, and has repeatedly
requested to meet with him. All requests have been denied despite SCP-XXXX
willingness for a “round two(2)”. However, because of the incident we were able
to learn how long it would take SCP-029 to fully recover from a major injury. As
punishment, SCP-XXXX had its optional privileges revoked for two days before
they were returned.

Addendum XXXX-1:On ██/██/2018, SCP-XXXX obtained its TDGD and proceed to slip out of this reality. Since that time there has been two reports of SCP-XXXX sightings. SCP-XXXX’s final words before leaving were to Dr. Bright, before stepping through what can only be described as a rift in space time, were, “I’m sorry to do this Dr. Bright, but I will be back eventually. Goodbye Jack.”, SCP-XXXX then proceeded to step through the rift which then snapped shut behind it. It has been just over a year since its departure. Dr. Brights hopes are still high for its eventual return.
