Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be placed into a large padded containment cell. SCP-XXXX must be given food and fluids three times a day. SCP-XXXX may not be interacted with by any personnel without Level 3 clearance from the Foundation. In case of a containment breach, any personnel who are to recapture SCP-XXXX must wear ear plugs and body protection.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a tall, bald humanoid figure wearing long robes. Subjects who have encountered SCP-XXXX have stated that they cannot tell its gender or its age. Upon interaction with the entity, SCP-XXXX will start screaming and become violent in some way. Different subjects have reported different behavior from SCP-XXXX, but all agree that it is “evil”. One subject in particular described it as “every evil to ever exist”. Testing on the subjects after their encounter with SCP-XXXX show that they become depressed and quiet. Upon asking about this behavior subjects start to cry and state that the world is “evil” and “dirty”. Many subjects state that the world needs “cleansing”. They turn violent, and amnestics are necessary to revert the subjects to their prior state. Subjects with these characteristics are classified as SCP-XXXX-1. It may take 10 minutes to 24 hours for the memetic characteristics to occur. According to video feed, SCP-XXXX mimics every human wrongdoing in the span of 4 minutes. This action is believed to have some memetic properties.
Discovery: SCP-XXXX was discovered at Roanoke, Virginia on January 21st, 2020. It was first seen sitting downtown on a bench, crying and wailing. It was met by a tall caucasian male at the age of 21. The man began to speak with SCP-XXXX and was then on the first case of SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 became hostile towards any who passed by. SCP-XXXX-1 was reported to beat a bypassed as he was crossing the street. When he was unconscious, SCP-XXXX-1 picked up the man, tossed him onto the street, and the man was run over by a Ford Escape. SCP-XXXX-1 was then killed by local police after attacking them. Field Agent [REDACTED] met with SCP-XXXX at the scene. When he became the second case of SCP-XXXX-1 he was reported to take out his gun and shoot all 3 of the officers, terminating them.
Addendum: May 5th, 2020. This is an interview between D-172849, who was now a case of SCP-XXXX and Dr. Mason Terra after a test in which D-172849 interacted with SCP-XXXX. D-172849 enters the room.
Dr. Terra: Good evening.
D-172849 does not speak.
Dr. Terra: Good evening.
D-172849 still does not speak.
Dr. Terra Clears his throat.
Dr. Terra: D-172849, are you alright?
D-172849 finally speaks.
D-172849: Nothing is right.
Dr. Terra: I do not understand. What do you mean?
D-172849: Nothing is right.
Dr. Terra pauses, and then starts again
Dr. Terra: What did you see in SCP-XXXX’s containment cell?
D-172849 is silent again.
Dr. Terra: What did you see in SCP-XXXX’s containment cell D-172849?
D-172849 pauses, and then speaks.
D-172849: The truth.
Dr. Terra: What do you mean?
D-172849 pauses, and then speaks again.
D-172849: Nothing is right.
Dr. Terra sighs, and goes to leave.
D-172849: You are evil!
Dr. Terra stops.
Dr. Terra: What did you say?
D-172849: You are the scum of this world!
Dr. Terra: Excuse me, I have to ask you to calm-
D-172849: Don’t you tell me to calm down! That creature, it showed me the Truth!
Dr. Terra: What is this truth?
D-172849: You are filth! The filth of this earth should be purged!
Dr. Terra: Purged?
D-172849: We will purge this earth of its dirt and filth! You are the evil of this earth, Doctor!
Dr. Terra: Please, what did SCP-XXXX say?
D-172849: Shut up! You don’t deserve to know!
Dr Terra: Excuse-
D-172849: I said shut up! You’re mud, filth! You deserve no mercy!
Dr. Terra: Please, settle-
D-172849: I’ll kill you!
D-172849 gets up.
Dr. Terra: What did it say?
D-172849 walks over to Dr. Terra.
D-172849: You scum should be purged!
D-172849 is now in front of Dr. Terra.
D-172849: I’ll kill you… I’ll kill you!
D-172849 begins to hit and beat Dr. Terra.
Dr. Terra shocks D-172849 with a Foundation Standard Handheld taser. He then administers Class E Amnestics to the D-172849, and leaves.
Addendum: Dr. Mason Terra’s Log. May 20th.
I have met it. The One. The One has shown me terrible things. I now know the Truth. Alongside the One, we will cleanse this world of filth. We will destroy evil itself! This will be my last entry, because tomorrow, well, I plan to set the One free from its captivity. Yes, Hail The One Who Is All!
Note: An hour before Dr. Terra ran a test on SCP-XXXX personally. After talking to SCP-XXXX, Dr. Terra was affected by SCP-XXXX and was confirmed to be another case of SCP-XXXX-1 after the incident. He told no one of the encounter. Dr. Terra was then detained the next day. He was caught releasing SCP-XXXX and attacking Foundation Members.The meaning of the term “The One Who Is All” is unknown, but is assumed to be the name of SCP-XXXX. Dr. Terra has been terminated.
