Special Containment Procedures: special suits must be worn to protect your mind from Item SCP ████'s telepathic powers, besides which he will show no real desire to harm anyone in his vicinity, it's best for foundation members to keep at least 1 ft away from him. He is also adamant that nobody but him may touch the iPhone he carries with him.
Description: in early 2014, SCP ████ had been found sitting in a hospital church listening to “spirit in the sky”, he had been taken by the foundation and was moved to ██████████. Very little else is known about his origins other than he hates talking about his past and bringing it up around him is highly dangerous.
SCP-████ takes the form of a 1ft tall doll with buttons for eyes and a stitched up mouth, his mouth has been drawn as a frown in permanent black marker. His head is bald and limbs are rather small, he has full body movement and holds an ever changing iPhone in his hand that connects to a pair of Skull-candy Headphones on his head.
He apparently has history with other prisoners in the facility, these are SCP-682 and SCP-173, he doesn’t bring up how he has history with them, only that it is a decent history. For some other unknown reason, he has a strange hatred of SCP-3384, he has stated he doesn't like to bring up the reason why saying that it brings up bad memories, it is believed he may have been a victim of one of 3384's pranks.
SCP-████ has strange powers that he has said to be psychic abilities, these abilities take the form of Future vision, telekinesis and telepathy. His future vision so far has been 100% accurate no matter what anyone does and this has been very useful to the SCP foundation, they have exploited this power to predict the arrival of other SCP’s. His future vision has been stated by professor ██████ at the foundation is capable of letting him see 100 years into the future, although SCP ████ has said he can see even further than just that. One prediction he has made is that one day, SCP 682, an SCP whom is previously believed to be unstoppable, WILL be killed by the foundation, a prediction that 682 has confirmed to be 100% accurate in a conversation with ████.
As for his telepathy, SCP ████ can only read the minds of people in a 10 meter radius, but he can tell EXACTLY what they are thinking no matter how hard they try to change their thoughts, he can even read memories and thoughts that they have forgotten over years, in other words he knows more about someone then they now about themselves. The foundation have found a way around this in 2016, when they finally developed a special suit capable of protecting their minds from his telepathic abilities. There is one incident where someone wasnt aware of ████’s telepathy, one man was planning to pour acid on ████ in his sleep in order to kill him, but the SCP read his mind for he had no suit on and as such, he used his telekinesis and crushed the man into a bleeding mess, that man died of blood loss 3 days later.
Last but not least, SCP ████ has a powerful form of telekinesis, the only limit to this is that he cant lift anything 50X bigger than himself (50ft) or 625X heavier than himself (2500kg), but besides those he has shown some incredible feats of strength with his power, such as lifting multiple people at once and even lifting vehicles and other SCP's.
