Scp-4000 is to be locked in a 60x60 cube of Solid Titanium Alloy comprised of 25% Titanium
25% Steel and 50% Carbon. If any damage is found both inside or outside of the tank SCP-4000 Must be dropped in a vat of molten lead to prevent an XK Class Breach of any kind.
Description: Scp-4000 is humanoid shaped creature of unknown origin. Has been seen about 13 feet behind any president ever recorded to be assainated. The latest point in time Scp-4000 has been recorded to move was when 05-[REDACTED] Tried to examine Scp-4000 for himself to detremine if Scp-4000 could be used to eliminate the current leader of [REDACTED] to eliminate the chance of a major war between the two [REDACTED] of [REDACTED]. Scp-4000 then followed 05-[REDACTED] as he walked around the containment cell. At this point in time a nearby NTF guard was recorded to pull out his gun and scream: "Scp-4000 has Breached Containment!" and tried to shoot 05-[REDACTED] in the head before getting Terminated by Scp-173. Scp-173 was Contained succesfully but the meaning behind Scp-173's Escape is…Unknown. It was determined not to allow Scp-4000 near any high ranking official in the event of a XK Scenario including the creation of World War 3.
