Special Containment Procedures: Site-(placehold) is to be closed from public access and be guarded at all times. Guards on site are forbidden from fraternizing with one another outside required formal contact. All staff visiting site must undergo extensive background checks to ensure they are not on site at the same time as an aquantince.
Description: SCP-(placehold) is a a ovoid object resembling a common pea pod suspended over a small pond in [REDACTED], Nevada. SCP-(placehold ) is held up by four stalks extending to the shore of the pond. Said stalks extending to unkown lenghts underground, attenpts at measuring lengths has led to inconsistent results. SCP- (placeholder) is normally dormant unless approached by any two individuals who would be described as "friends". If two individuals fitting this criteria are within 20 meters of the pond SCP-(placehold) will open up and pull both individuals inside and digest them through unknown means. SCP-(placehold) is inhabited by two entities referred to as SCP-(placehold)-1 and SCP-(placehold)-2. X-ray imaging reveals threse entities to be deformed humanoid heads. These entities have been known to converse incoherrently duting activation events but attempts at communication have failed.
