Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 5x5 concrete room lined with padding with two (2) guards armed with stun guns stationed outside along with one (1) D personnel unarmed in constant observation of SCP-XXX. Objects that are sharp, heavy, or hard are not allowed in SCP-XXXX’s containment unit unless special permission is granted by two (2) level five (5) personal. Anyone entering SCP-XXXX’s unit must be wearing a special padded suite and eye protection secured by an elastic strap as well as a nose and mouth mask also secured via an elastic strap. Any personnel entering the containment unit are forbidden from speaking to or giving any attention to SCP-XXX-2 under any means, violation of this rule for any reason will result in the violator being forcefully removed and placed under a four (4) day quarantine with no less than three (3) psychiatric evaluations given by three (3) different qualified individuals during that time. SCP-XXXX-2 is to be fed twice a day by placing a foundation made padded “sippy cup” filled ¾ of the way with a vitamin-rich smoothie mixture midday and another “sippy cup” filled ½ of the way with a specialized protein shake mixture (powdered mixture located in SCP food prep unit labeled XXXX-AE) in the afternoon, in addition a full cup of 2% milk is to be provided once (1) a week. Removal of empty “sippy cup” is to be done within a minute of being placed on the ground by SCP-XXXX-2. Plush toys must be provided and rotated twice (2) every three (3) months, toys must be completely plush. Toys with plastic and/or porcelain appendages or accessories, wooden attachments or accessories, beads, resin, glass, or hard plastic or materials of any kind (most notably the eyes) are forbidden.

Description: SPC-XXXX-1 is a small blank white plush doll made completely out of a soft white fabric, it has no facial features, nubbed hands, and legs, no sort of “hair”, and only wore a simple corse white dress and a pair of corse white shorts. By itself, SCP-XXX-1 is stationary and harmless in what is known as a dormant state. SCP-XXXX-1 is only active when using a “projected host” in the form of a child or young woman, this host is known as SCP-XXX-2. SCP-XXX-1 seems to work with young girls between the ages of 3-12 and 20-25, as well as young boys between the ages of 2-10 and reclusive shy men between 18-23. It seems to prefer girls between 5-10. The doll when not already having a host seems to emit a hormone-like energy that attracts these people to it. Once contact is made with the blank doll the new hosts eyes fog over and the doll gaines the appearance of either a felt gnit doll with soft facial features and yarn hair along with small bead eyes or it will alternatively take the form of a porcelain doll, in both cases SCP-XXXX-1 will turn to a doll version of its host from skin color to hair, to eyes, to clothes. The host, now an instance of SCP-XXXX-2 will turn very greedy and constantly demand attention, when anyone over the age of twelve (12) gives SCP-XXXX-2 the attention it demands or if they start a conversation with SCP-XXXX-2 the melanin in their body is turned off causing their skin and hair to go white and their eyes red after five (5) minutes of doing so. they then lose their “will” only doing what they’re told to do by SCP-XXXX-2. The only thing these “puppets” known as SCP-XXXX-A1 do without prior command is attempt to kill anyone under the age of twelve (12) or anyone at all after three (3) SCP-XXX-A1’s were amassed. After SCP-XXXX-2 reaches the preferred age limit and there are less than five (5) instances of SCP-XXXX-A1 SCP-XXX-1 will abandon its current host and go back to its dormant state. Any instances of SCP-XXXX-A1 become increasingly more violent and instantly kill the now abandoned host. SCP-XXXX-A1 will stay around the dormant SCP-XXXX-1 only allowing other age acceptable potential hosts near. Once a new host is chosen the remaining SCP-XXXX-A1 of the previous host will then go into an irreversible vegetative state. If SCP-XXX-1 is forcibly removed from SCP-XXX-2 SCP-XXX-2 will emit a screech reaching up to one hundred eighty six (186) decibels, thus killing anyone nearby.

Addendum: SCP-xxxx was found a month ago on █/██/██ in a townhome with two (2) SCP-XXX-A1 adults after a call of two odd twenty-five (25) year olds attacking and killing their neighbor after they went to check in because they hadn't seen the residents in a week. Two (2) SCP-XXXX-A1’s were terminated upon attempting to attack our retrieval team. SCP-XXX-2 has been confirmed one Alice K█████ age █.
