Special Containment Procedures: All instances of SCP-4019 are to be contained in a soundproof containment unit measuring exactly 15 meters in diameter. Any structures created by SCP-4019 are to be transported to Site-432. SCP-4019 is to be coated in thick layers of Peanut Oil every 7 hours.

SCP-4019 should be put to rest by Class-D Personnel by 20:00-20:30 Any time before and or after this will make SCP-4019 agitated, causing violent fits of rage from SCP-4019. Any SCP-4019 exhibiting these forms of behavior shall be terminated by NTF and their corpses shall be incinerated

Description:
SCP-4019 is a Semi-Humanoid Entity with brown skin. SCP-4019 secretes an unknown substance which texture is similar to petroleum jelly. SCP-4019 instances are generally docile unless agitated. SCP-4019 instances will use the secreted substance to create SCP-4019-1 Instances.
