Special Containment Procedures:
Due to the unconfirmed number and spread of SCP-5146 it is currently impossible to contain all instances of SCP-5146 as such only one instance of the entity's that is to be referred to as SCP-5146/Alpha has being successfully captured and contained.
SCP-5146/Alpha is to be contained in individual four by four reinforced steel container with a minimum of five heavily armed foundation security personnel around the container at all times,
All teams working on the site of SCP-5146 are to consist of an all male staff due to the entity emitting a low frequency that can only be heard by women this frequency place all that hear it into a trance forcing the individuals to seek out the entity.
SCP-5146 also emits a cry similar to that of woman in pain mixed in with a distorted sound of almost animalistic howling on various occasions usually when under threat, only one instant of the entity making clear and coherent speech had thus far being documented known as "The London incident".

As a result of this event SCP-5146 was reclassified from Euclid to Keter all other instances that are encountered are to be immediately eliminated.
Description:
SCP-5146 is the upper body of a female human in what appears to be an early state of decay with rotting flesh and muscle this state does not appear to alter with the passage of time, this led to the name Teke Teke being given due to the resemblances between the legend and the entity.
The face of SCP-5146 is always shown to have an elongated mouth teeth similar to that of a great white shark and lower part of SCP-5146 is often seen to be covered by what remains of tattered clothing from business dresses to plain shirts from the bottom of which the intestines and lower organs can be seen hanging out.
SCP-5146 is shown to have a set of claws on both hands that protrude from the finger tips and is capable of incredible speed recorded moving at [REDACTED] MPH as well as having inhuman like agility and strength capable of scaling walls and ceilings with ease in a matter of seconds, despite these abilities SCP-5146 is vulnerable to sustained gunfire although this vulnerability has being shown to be varied depending on the age of the entity the youngest entities being the most susceptible.
History:
The first instance of SCP-5146 was discovered in Kyoto Japan within the home of a family consisting of a father,mother and two children all had being found dead and severely mutilated by local authorities.
The Foundation intercepted communications from local Japanese authorities receiving information about SCP-5146 following this agents moved in to attempt securing location of the entity, unfortunately this resulted in the deaths of multiple Foundation agents.
After this incident Mobile Task Force Psi-8 known as The Silencers were sent in with orders to secure and contain the entity see Addendum 5146.1 and Addendum 5146.1A for further information.
