They are to be tested monthly and replaced or repaired as soon as possible when broken.

Under no circumstances are any personnel to enter into SCP-XXXX's cell without wearing proper ear protection equipment, and without first powering on all four sub woofers on and allowing them to run for at least five minutes prior to entering SCP-XXXX's containment cell. Any personnel who enter are permitted to interact and converse with SCP-XXXX through the use of a whiteboard and a dry erase marker for the purposes of requesting various items, and for the sake of testing. SCP-XXXX is to be allowed a curtain around her toilet and sink to allow for privacy, and for the sake of changing clothes. Any and all instances of SCP-XXXX-A are to be incinerated.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a 16-year-old female of Eastern Slavic descent, formerly known as Sarah Morkov. Despite their age, SCP-XXXX's hair is graying and decaying similar to what occurs in older adults, typically around the age of sixty. SCP-XXXX also seems to suffer from some, but not all ailments that elderly adults do, such as reduced bone density and dexterity. SCP-XXXX constantly refers to an unnamed entity, hereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-1

SCP-XXXX-1 is an presumed to be ethereal entity that seems to have housed itself inside of SCP-XXXX. The name of SCP-XXXX-1 is currently unknown, and any attempts to speak to SCP-XXXX-1 through SCP-XXXX have are met with silence. SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 seem to be two separate, conscious beings. SCP-XXXX is aware of SCP-XXXX-1's existence, and shows great fear and anger towards it. SCP-XXXX displays no violent tendencies toward foundation staff or testing subjects, and often desires human interaction. SCP-XXXX claims that SCP-XXXX-1 cannot talk. When asked about how or where SCP-XXXX obtained SCP-XXXX-1, it does not know. When asked about what SCP-XXXX-1 is, SCP-XXXX refuses to decribe it. Whether or not SCP-XXXX-1 is preventing SCP-XXXX from talking about its existence is not yet known.

SCP-XXXX-1's anomalous effect occurs when a person stands within ten meters of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-1 will begin to emit sound wave patterns anywhere from 8-42 hertz. Depending on how far the subject is from SCP-XXXX, afflictions from these sound waves and can take anywhere from thirty seconds to two minutes to take effect. The subject will begin to suffer from a host of problems, such as shortness of breathe, severe fatigue, either increased or decrease in heart rate, spiking or dropping blood pressure, and eventually, lose consciousnesses. Subjects not removed from SCP-XXXX's containment cell within six minutes of losing consciousness will die from asphyxiation.

SCP-XXXX will occasionally suffer from absent seizures. This occurs anywhere from once every few days, to once every few hours, and can range anywhere from 10 seconds to 1 minute. This happens because SCP-XXXX occasionally contracts a fungal-like growth inside of SCP-XXXX. How this growth enters SCP-XXXX is currently undergoing investigation. The growth, referred to as SCP-XXXX-A, will attach itself to the organs and nervous systems of SCP-XXXX, favoring nerve endings, muscle fibers, optical nerves and parts of the kidneys, heart and brain.

Instances of SCP-XXXX-A will then grow over time, attempting to connect to other instances of itself inside the hosts body and dig into SCP-XXXX's brain. The reason that SCP-XXXX-1 produces this fungus is not currently known, but it is presumed that, based on interviews with SCP-XXXX, it is SCP-XXXX-1's attempt to take over and control SCP-XXXX completely. To combat the spread of SCP-XXXX-A, SCP-XXXX is take be orally administered 200mg of Ketoconazole 3 times a day and is to get take a blood test once a month to check for levels of fungus in her blood. Depending on severity, surgery may be required to remove large instance of SCP-XXXX-A from SCP-XXXX.

Experiments on SCP-XXXX-A have shown that it does not survive long outside the host body, and once removed will begin to die off in as little as one hour. Any attempts to keep a live culture of SCP-XXXX-A have been unsuccessful.
