Special Containment Procedures: Entity SCP-4247 should be secured in a rectangular 4x4 meter containment chamber with monthly containment cell cleanup. No contact with the anomalous entity is to be made during the cleanup, and, if moving the object is required, it is to be done with a tool. SCP-4247's Containment cell requires live video surveillance monitored all the time by atleast three (3) Level 3 Security Clearance personnel.
All-time security of the containment chamber with the presence of atleast two (2) facillity guards.
Description: SCP-4247 Appears to be made out of an unidentified teal glowing liquid, which seems to form a perfect cuboid shape. It is sentient and safe, yet extremely hostile when it is left unwatched. It is able to talk, and, when watched, SCP-4247 constantly mentions the word "Loading." and Class D Personnel identified as D-9341, which nearly escaped the facillity during a massive keter containment breach. As of now it is unknown what SCP-4247 means when they say the word "Loading".
When unwatched and unsupervized, SCP-4247 loses it's form and acts like a regular liquid and breaches containment. Further attempts to permanently contain it will be made. SCP-4247, after breaching it's containment cell, proceeds to fully lose it's form if any personnel are present within 100 meters of the entity, then, the liquid swarms into a yet unknown place to increase it's speed, and, it forms under the personnel, which results them in falling into SCP-4247 and drowning in it. It is believed that the inside of SCP-4247 is an endless realm of teal liquid.
If a breach takes place, the entire facillity should be evacuated for about six (6) hours. When that time mark passes, SCP-4247 enters a 'pacified' state, in which it can be left unsupervized for approximentaly 30 minutes in it's cuboid shape. Immediate surveillance and monitoring should start to avoid any further SCP-4247 breaches. Countless tests have proven that SCP-4247 cannot be deformed in any way other than leaving it unsupervized.
