Description: SCP-5435 is a phenomenon in which a EF0 Tornado with wind speeds of about 44-67 mph is surrounded with heavy rain 31 miles away, this phenomenon regularly occurs in the midwest region of the United States, although it's also a possibility that it can occur in any region or nation except Antarctica, SCP-5435 is most likely formed due to weather fronts that cause severe thunderstorms. SCP-5435 usually lasts for 5-7 minutes and then vanishes. SCP-5435 is able to be contained, however the tornado and the storm itself can't be contained, only the weather fronts can be contained.
Footnotes: It is possible that the EF0 tornado contained in SCP-5435 can turn into a water spout, however this rarely occurs.
