Special Containment Procedures: There is no known way of containing SCP-4174. Subject is left alone, living a normal life (as normal as it gets for them). It is currently residing in its home in the Island of Philippines annually visited by foundation personnel to check him. It is the only way of subduing it into being tame.

Description: SCP-4174 is a male in the age of 15 as of current records. Subject has a nicknamed and real name though it has forgotten its real name due to being called more often by its nickname. Nickname will not be cited for now as to avoid another ZK-Class Scenario. Subject has most, if not all mental illnesses as of current experimentations. His mental illnesses seem to stem from his Multiple Personality Disorder, with each personality with getting an illness ranging from subtle to obvious mental instability. It should be noted not all personalities gain a mental illness, only a chance and the scale of the mental condition will also vary. Further testing have shown that all of the subject's personalities can have a supernatural or metahuman ability, some are super-strength, night-vision, mimicry of all sorts, causing decay of matter and reality manipulation and destruction if willed. He also has gained permanent abilities, most of which are not catastrophic in nature. Thus far, he has immunity to anomalies, camouflage, immunity to all known killing methods (further testing needed), ability to manifest weapons and as such use normal objects into weapons, and most distinctively, he has to ability to persuade anyone.
