Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Neutralized, Safe, Euclid, Keter, Thaumiel, Apollyon,
Special Containment Procedures: [Paragraphs explaining the procedures]
Description: [Paragraphs explaining the description]
Addendum: [Optional additional paragraphs]
The Thermodynamic Inverter
Safe
basic idea: a device/object that reverses the flow of heat energy within an X meter radius.
Containment would require an artificial convection loop - heat within the zone is gathered into a hot object, which is then moved out of the zone to be cooled
The Scavenger
Euclid
basic idea: a person that finds random items inside closed containers.
Containers will "reset" after 24 hours of being closed/sealed. Items found are not larger than the container.
Examples of recovered items: food products, clothing, weapons, ammunition, books, magazines, electronics, currency
Items may be from any universe.
Items may be in any condition, from new/perfect to unusable or incomplete/broken/destroyed.
Possible correlation between the type of item and type of container.
"That man could be President"
Keter
basic idea: A man with a memetic/cognitohazardous effect compelling those who observe him to make him become President of the U.S.
SCP-XXXX is a human male of European descent formerly known as ███████ ████████. Individuals that perceive SCP-XXXX's face become convinced that SCP-XXXX should become the next President of the United States. Complete photographs of SCP-XXXX's face also demonstrate this effect (incomplete images demonstrate proportionally weaker effect). The subject's voice and name also demonstrate a greatly weakened version of this effect.
Notably, SCP-XXXX insists it has no interest in becoming President and is entirely unqualified for the position.
- appears spontaneously centered on a random person
- SCP-XXXX is the anomaly
- SCP-XXXX-A is the 'candidate'
- SCP-XXXX-B is someone infected by a -A instance
The Blackbox Janitors
Keter
basic idea: tiny people with mops appear on classified documents and mop up black boxes to reveal whats underneath
initially sighted by FBI and CIA during cold war, only noticed by foundation recently
appear as intangible manifestations standing on paper documents
in digital documents they appear standing on top of lines of text as if the document is the ground viewed from an angle - think 2.5D games
obvious information security threat
beginning to spread effect to clearing [REDACTED] as well
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained in an airtight chamber accessed by a single airlock. No more than 1 subject may enter the chamber at a time. Systems to remove all gas from the chamber are integrated into the ceiling and floor. Gases removed are then placed into sealed containers for storage and testing.
Instances of SCP-XXXX-A must wear tracking braces on each ankle at all times.

The Meta Prisoner
Euclid/Keter
basic idea: a 'minor' writer from the wiki who has 'fallen into' the SCP world. Retains their knowledge of the SCP wiki, and are therefore an information security threat to the Foundation. Desperately wish to return to the "real world."
The Young Fleshbender
Keter
basic idea: a child/teen with precision control over living and dead tissue
- essentially an extremely powerful reality bender that only controls biomass
- extremely cooperative and friendly
- classic "wants to use his powers for good"
- probably kept in stasis/comatose currently
Concept: a tale based on the SCPs with numbers mentioned in the song

213 girls talk too much
And 212 boys not enough
312s are very bold
And 206 gets way too cold
Doing shots I'm all alone
I slur my words after the tone
And I drink and I call
And I drink and I call
And I drink and I call
And I drink and I call
And I drink and I call
And I drink and I call
I can't stand to be alone
I can't stand to be alone
I can't stand to be alone
Save me on the telephone
Now 419s they hate the phone
Man 208s are never home
And all my lovers they have voice mail
They call me back
They give me hell
And I drink and I call
And I drink and I call
And I drink and I call
And I drink and I call
And I drink and I call
And I drink and I call
I can't stand to be alone
I can't stand to be alone
I can't stand to be alone
Save me on the telephone
I've dialed the numbers
Dialed them all
But nothing beats

PROPOSAL FOR A COMPREHENSIVE EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF SCP-148
The existence of non-memetic mind-affecting1 objects and entities has strongly suggested the human mind has an intangible component.
Based on observations and research, we have theorized the mechanism behind these interactions to be psionic energy. This ‘psionic energy’ serves as the medium through which “psychic” anomalies function. The hypothetical force carrier particle is designated the “psion.” Sentience and cognitive thought are theorized to generate a psionic energy field centered on the brain. Our compiled work thus far is designated General Psionic Theory and is included in attachment 1.
General Psionic Theory is thus far well supported by existing data. However the intangible nature of the subject matter, danger of entities viable for study, and priority of containment has left research in this field virtually nonexistent. Because of this, we have devised a series of experiments to expand general knowledge of psychic anomalies and to prove or disprove the fundamentals of our Psionic theory. Our foundational experiment is designated Phase 1.
Phase 1: Cumulative Exposure Dosage Impacts
Background:
The properties of SCP-1482 and its interaction with both psychic anomalies and non-anomalous human minds has led us to conclude it functions as a psionic “sponge” that absorbs nearby psionic energy up to a maximum charge. We believe this substance could be used to develop a means of detecting and quantifying psionic energy.
Research Goal:
Assess the rate of mental deterioration caused by exposure to SCP-148 and determine if the rate depends on the volume of the sample.
Special Materials Requested:
350 cm3 of SCP-1483
120 D-Class subjects in good physical and mental health
Basic Procedure:
The provided SCP-148 sample will be divided into 100 pieces, 20 each in the sizes 0.25 cm3, 0.5 cm3, 1 cm3, 2 cm3, and 5 cm3.
Special lightweight “helmets” will be fabricated for each of the 120 subjects. Each helmet holds a designated sample of SCP-148 in a fixed position and provides support for the sample’s weight. Because subjects will be required to wear them constantly, these helmets have been designed to be lightweight, comfortable, and difficult to remove. See attachment 2 for detailed schematics of the helmets.
D-Class subjects are divided into 6 groups of 20 (A-F) and subdivided into 2 groups of 10 (A1 & A2, B1 & B2, etc).
Each member of Group B will be given helmets with .25 cm3 samples of SCP-148. Group C will be given helmets with .5 cm3 samples, Group D will be given helmets with 1 cm3 samples, Group E will be given helmets with 2 cm3 samples, and Group F will be given helmets with 5 cm3 samples. Group A serves as a control group and will be given helmets with samples of an inert metal.
All subjects will be provided basic necessities, simple recreational activities, and encouraged to regularly exercise. Members of Subgroup-2s will be required to complete a daily special “quiz.” This quiz consists of an assortment of puzzles and exercises covering a variety of subjects4. See attachment 3 for details and examples.
Once per week subjects will be thoroughly examined to assess physical health, cognitive ability, and nervous system functionality. Additionally the mass of the subject’s SCP-148 sample will be precisely measured. For examination details and methods see attachment 4.
A special facility has been designed to conduct this experiment. This facility will be fully automated and equipped to carry out the experiment in isolation. This serves to avoid non-experiment personnel exposure to SCP-148 both for researcher safety and to prevent experiment contamination. Maintenance and observations will be carried out remotely. See attachment 5 for detailed blueprints and cost analysis.
Based on previous research this experiment is expected to last no more than 30 weeks.
We thank you for your consideration and await your decision.
