Special Containment Procedures: Entity is kept within a twenty (20) by ten (10) by thirty (30) meter square cell constructed of gold painted birch wood (four hundred (400) centimeter thickness) ,with a white and gold striped throne (birch(one(1) square meter size)) at the center. Access is is via a white painted birch standard containment door. One (1) security guard is to be posted out side SCP-069's cell with white and gold striped equipment. Any threatening or insulting language is prohibited around SCP-069.

Description: SCP-069 appears to be an extremely pale male figure with an extended chin and blond hair. It also seems to have a green shirt on it made of some unidentified material. Although it's material has not been discovered, we have discovered the material of SCP-069's pants. Interestingly enough, SCP-069's pants are made of ██████. Both items of the entity seem to be bound to its skin.
SCP-069 refers to its self as "Shaggy"
