Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4018 is to be kept in a 10 meter by 12 meter room made of 3 meter thick steel. A spotlight in the left corner of the room should always be lit. It should be consistently lit at 2,000 Lumins. 6 water faucets on the upper interior of the walls should spray water in 3 hour intervals. Any loss of temperature or humidity is to be taken as a possible threat. If conditions do not improve in the next hour, the Special Event Protocol* is to be started for possible breakout. In case of breach, all on hand staff are to start the Special Breach Protocol**. If SCP-418 displays any sign of unrest or aggression, all form of water and light are to be shut off, and no personnel are to enter SCP-4018's containment. If any staff enter the containment of SCP-4018 during an "aggressive event", they are deemed lost, and to be locked within the chamber with SCP-4018. As of [REDACTED], no tests are to be permitted on SCP-4018.
Special Event Protocol: SCP-4018's cell is not to fall under 98^Fahrenheit, or 36^Celsius. Humidity is not to drop under 30%. If any temperature or humidity levels fall under the required limit are to e taken with caution. If SCP-4018's cell do not retain the set limit within an hour, The following precautions are to be taken. 1. have 4 armed guards wait outside SCP-4018's containment cell for possible breach. 2. Cell rooms Temperature and Humidity are to be closely watched. if they do not improve within 30 minutes of the Special Event Protocol be put into action, begin preparations for an "aggressive event" and possible breach. Use Special Breach Procedures** for more detail. 3. In an event where SCP-4018 does not become aggressive, return to normal work procedures. If the cells condition do not improve but no "aggressive event" happens, the room is to be closely monitored.
Special Breach Protocol: If SCP-4018 enters an "aggressive event", the room is to be shut compleatly off, and all basic Euclid-class breach stages are to be followed. All staff during an aggressive event are not to enter SCP-4018's containment, or they will be trapped in with SCP-4018's cell. In case of beach, all on-site staff are to wear noise cancellation headphones and thick armor. In order to push SCP-4018 back into containment, the use of flamethrowers or other flame producing devices are to be used. Once contained, SCP-4018 is to be reinstated into a calm state via using water and light.
Description: SCP-4018 is a multi-body entity. SCP-4018-A is a 6 meter by 8 meter greenhouse made of aluminum and Plexiglas. It an absorb water and light, and effecting the inside if itself for a multitude of plants, which are dubbed SCP-4018-1. SCP-4018-1 is a mobile and intelligent life form made of a large amount of potted plants. The plants vines and other leaf-like tendrils seem to be able to expand up to 50 meters, and able to monitor itself outside of SCP-4018-A, however it is increasingly more susceptible to water and light variations and is easily pushed by large flames and intense loss of eater and light. SCP-4018-1 is also known to eat humans via engulfing them compleatly within the plant-biomass. No remains have been recovered as of the last test. SCP-4018 as a whole is capable of a high pitched screech that can kill any living life form not protected properly within 30 minutes. See addendum 1 for chart of effects. SCP-4018-1 seems to be the main life-form of SCP-4018, SCP-4018-A acting like a mini shelter for consumption and as a shell-like defense against all fire.
Addendum 1: This is a list of effects corresponding to the time exposed to SCP-4018's screeching.
-5 min. - A large headache and pain in the chest.
-10 min. - intense head pain and bleeding from nose, mouth, eyes, and ears. Intense pain and internal bleeding inside chest.
-15 min. - ears, tongue, nose, and eyes fall out as bleeding intensifies. The brain begins to swell and expand. Subject begins to go insane.
-20 min. - Subjects head begins to crack as the skull breaks open and the brain is torn from the pressure. Victim looses all sanity and begins a nonstop screaming until death.
-25 min. - The heart, lugs, and digestive system compleatly rupture, causing the victim to cough up blood and keel over, yelling is silenced as subject slowly dies.
-30 min. - Subject compleatly dies and and all life signs stop.
