Special Containment Procedures: Though it might not seem to be something to warrant any specific trouble and or worry, it's mystical powers shall not be underestimated. Special procedures are required to maintain safety for all that attempt to interact, as it's existence is far beyond reality in which it can perceive on it's own.
1: Interactions involving SCP-5435 are to be extensively surveyed and monitored as it's manipulating appearance will misguide any potential shopper and etc. The object is highly watched under extreme surveillance. It shall be contained with an idealistic caution.
2: To prevent SCP-5435 in escape of containment, one shall not enter the building as it can trap anything within it's physical boundary and perimeter. To maintain the safety of other's well being, it is highly advised to stay far away from the idea of what one would presumably believe as to walking into a building without any reason to feel unsafe.
3: It is highly capable of escaping under certain conditions. Approaching the object will not only cause
an extensive amount of trouble, but can also bend reality itself, that is if any personnel come into contact with it as it can initially come across as a sudden "misconception".
