Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a 15m cubic room in site ██ furnished with plants and trees relating to the ██████ Jungle. All instances of SCP-XXXX are to be captured and placed within this cell except for when in use. All instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are to be removed from the containment chamber and incinerated kept within containment until hatched. The Containment chamber is to be cleaned of dead instances of SCP-XXXX once a week. SCP-XXXX is to be fed 3 liters of healthy blood each month and a 1/2 pound of fresh fruit each day.

Interaction with staff and SCP-XXXX is to be done only with medical researchers and infected individuals.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a swarm of female mosquitoes whose anomalous effects only apply to unhealthy individuals suffering from viral or bacterial infection and/or a lack of vitamins and/or minerals. Testing has shown that SCP-XXXX has no physical or biological difference to normal mosquitoes. When an individual suffering from any of the above maladies, any instance of SCP-XXXX will fly to the infected individual and inject the contents of its stomach into the effected individual. SCP-XXXX will then enter a dormant state in which it acts as a normal mosquito, except for that it will not eat any blood from a non-humanoid, until it is fed with healthy blood. Only 5 individual instances of SCP-XXXX will inject a single person. Once injected the infected individual will be cured of any viral or bacterial infections, as well as having all of their vitamins and minerals restored to a healthy level. Tests on what SCP-XXXX is able to cure are ongoing.

Once a month, SCP-XXXX will reproduce through unknown means and lay 100-500 eggs designated as SCP-XXXX-1. If seen these eggs are to be contained and destroyed. After event [DATA EXPUNGED] no instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are to be moved from containment as SCP-XXXX will become very territorial and [REDACTED] until [REDACTED].
Addendum XXXX-1:
Test Subject: D-class male infected with a fever of 39 degrees Celsius.
Results: 1 instance of SCP-XXXX was dispatched from the swarm. The fever was cured in less than half an hour.
Notes: D-class personnel reported the fever dropping off almost immediately while the mucus build up in the nose didn't clear until 30 minutes later.
Addendum XXXX-2:
Test subject: Dr. ████████████ infected with Malaria and A.I.D.S.
Results: 3 instances of SCP-XXXX were dispatched from the swarm. Malaria was cured within 10 minutes and A.I.D.S. was cured in 24 hours.
Notes: After testing Dr. ████████████ proposed possible monetary gain from using the liquid injected by SCP-XXXX as a cure-all. The proposal was denied and Dr. ████████████ was reprimanded accordingly.
Addendum XXXX-3:
Test subject: D-class personnel infected with SCP-008
Results: SCP-XXXX refused to attempt an injection into D-class personnel. Infected subject then attempted a breach however was stopped immediately.
Notes: SCP-XXXX seems to know its boundaries when it comes to what it can and cannot heal. Further testing is required.
