Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9999 is an impossible to contain phenomenon regarding the end of the foundation. Multiple backups of this document have been made by the 05 council and other high priority personnel.
Description: SCP-9999 is an incident regarding the end of the foundation. Though the foundation is still running there was a period of time between 12/19/1993 and 9/12/1994 where the foundation was in peices after SCP-9999 came upon the foundation. During these 2 months the world was being destroyed by multiple SCP's that broke free. 173 killed an estimated amount of 527 people while 096 killed more than 700. 2006 managed to escape however did not learn of any too traumatic fears. Many other SCP's got out of their Containment Chambers but 001 managed to stay protected somehow.
SCP: 9999 is a huminoid figure which seems to have the ability to bend reality itself more than 343. 9999 was first contained when research of a figure rumored to be found teleporting across Chicago Illinois. SCP 9999 was contained willingly. When being contained he is reported to have said "oh what a fun little adventure this is." SCP-343 spotted SCP-9999 being escorted and immediately told the reaserchers "I recognize this guy… I don't know where from or who he is but he is up to no good" SCP-343 then proceeded to presumably summon multiple slates of metal and said "if he's what I think he is then you should coat his cell with this metal"

"Damn this place is getting boring" SCP-9999 said in his cell. SCP-9999 then proceeded to try to walk out through the walls however he ended up getting hit by the wall. This leads the foundation to believe that whatever metal 343 summoned was keeping his reality bending techniques from working. "Damnit guys what the hell did you put in these walls" He banged his hand on the wall.
3 weeks later
Everyday since the first week 9999 was screaming meaningless insults with an occasional threatening. But at week 3 he started ranting about how he will kill himself if he's not let out by the next week and "you don't want to see me dying, in fact the whole universe doesn't want to see my death."
4 weeks later
SCP- 9999 shouted 24 hours remaining multiple times. Many researchers and scientists did not mind but that day the D class where going insane telling everybody with rank 3 administration to do something.
24 hours later
"24 hours over" SCP-9999 said in a menisful voice.
D class was going insane.
An 05 meating on this day was recorded
05-1 "I feel like we can all agree that SCP-9999 has gotten all of us a bit worried.
05-3 "Well no shit! What the hell can we do about it?"
05-1 "Nothing. But we can hope that nothing happens today and he's just bluffing
05-4 "So your telling us to sit our asses out and wait until the unevitible happens, either this foundation is fucked or we'll just have to deal with this guy for the rest of the day. Either way I hate the sound of it!"
05-1 (clearly pissed) "y'know what {Name Redacted} YOU do something about it. You CAN let him out if you wanted to this entire FUCKING time. Why are you asking for MY permission. You HAVE the access, the authority… Why don't you do something." 05-1 walked out the room in anger.
At this time multiple lvl 4 personell where gaurding SCP-9999's chamber.
There are no recorded records of what these people saw, and camra footage was off due to SCP-9999 doing something…
SCP-9999's is rhumored to have killed himself 1 minute later. However no alive being has seen SCP-9999 die. When he presumably died the foundation got a large wave of radiation. Killing 05-2 and Dr. Brights Current Form along with all of the lvl 4 personell guarding the vacinity. The foundation almost completly collapsed from the one wave.
