Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5001 must be kept in a cement- steel layered room, approximately 10' x 10' in size. Personnel are NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES allowed to enter this room without announcing over the loudspeaker inside the room that they are indeed entering. This will prompt SCP-5001's behavior change and a docile mannerism so that the personnel may go and do what they need. Even if this is announced, any one personnel must respect and stay at least a yard away from SCP-5001. If it is neccesary SCP-5001 may have to be taken from its cell into a similar holding nearby so that its main cell may be cleaned or studied. Feeding should be twice a day morning and night, inside its cell.
If any personnel has a phone around them, on their person, or nearby, the SCP will become hostile and begin to try to find the device in an attempt to [REDACTED]. It will promptly glitch the phone and access social media so far this has only happened once see incident 5001.
Description: More commonly known as "Minty" or "The Girl In Mint Green", SCP-5001 looks very similar to a female human roughly 5'1 wearing jeans, a black turtle neck, and a green jacket that has the hood pulled up at all times. SCP-5001 has been known to manage many online social media accounts from its cell, ranging from sites such as [REDACTED] to sites deeper in the web like [REDACTED]. Its username is typically linked to its name- Minty- MintGreenHood- Ect. The curious case of how this SCP works is strange and unsolved.
"Minty" Has razor sharp incisors and canine teeth that could easily rip out a hunk of flesh or bend metal. It is constantly monitored doing things such as pacing and occasionally staring at its camera with a blank face. It does not seem to have eyes- as only its mouth and nose are visible under its hood. No attempts have been made to expose its eyes. One attempt was in fact approved and turned out to be a disaster. Multiple personnel were killed, and SCP-5001's original Class was heightened due to the incident. After this SCP gets a hold of a victim that victim is now refered to as SCP-5001-1 and cannot at that time get away. SCP-5001 has been known to eat, disembowel or disassemble its victims.
After SCP-5001 is fed it will go into a hibernation like state in which nothing will wake it up. These states last between 12-48 hours and may be shortened by activity around it. SCP-5001 will be aggressive if it finds any personnel near it when woken and will kill on sight. The SCP will NOT kill if it is shown respect and given some kind of gift. This gift can be bells, watches, bottle caps, rings, and any sweet food like cake or candy.

- SCP-5001 is completely devoted to her following on social media. She has over [REDACTED] followers on [REDACTED] sites, meaning that it is quite popular.
- SCP-5001 must be treated with respect. To disrespect this SCP in its pen would surely mean to be devoured and disemboweled by it. Do not speak unless directly towards it and call it 5001 or Mint-Minty- Minty Green- Ect.
- In the case of an escape, a simple [REDACTED] notification sound will draw it back into its cell.
- In the instance of feeding, a simple meal of meat should do, served in her cell. Food should be served through a door in its cell, as it is dangerous to enter when SCP-5001 is hungry.
- To interact with SCP-5001, you must have permission from level 5 personnel assigned to her monitoring, and you must have a gift with you to give SCP-5001 so it will not hurt you.
