Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX, commonly referred as Avogadro, is contained within a Highly Secure Containment Cell in Research Sector-02 at Site-19. SCP-XXXX must be contained Secure Portable Cell with Electromagnetic pulses produced inside the Cell (sometimes referred as the “Battery” in before any attempts to transport it. During transport, SCP-XXXX must be monitored by no fewer than four armed guards with specialised shock-resistant padding. Due to SCP-XXXX seemingly invaluably to bullet-based firearms, all guards must be armed with Weaponized High-Voltage Cattle Prods, High-Voltage Tasers and EMP Grenades.

While SCP-XXXX is generally Hostile with most Foundation personnel, SCP-XXXX can be cooperative in rare cases. Under no circumstances should any personnel come into direct contact or in the area with SCP-XXXX in case outbursts. In the event SCP-XXXX becomes uncontrollable or aggressive, personnel must activate the Electromagnetic pulses which will temporally paralyse the entity. Once paralysed, SCP-XXXX’s cell must have the Electromagnetic pulses continue for at least 6 hours before the entity is no longer hostile.

Interviews with SCP-XXXX are highly not recommended

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity, roughly 2.4 meters in height, which resembles the human nervous system but made out of pure electricity. SCP-XXXX occasionally flare electrical bolts, although it is unknown if SCP-XXXX is causing the flares willingly or some kind of natural defensive action if the entity is provoked. SCP-XXXX has the ability to levitate and, in rare cases, fly close to the ground. SCP-XXXX can also manipulate its own electrical force to project bolts of lightning, this is common when the entity is hostile; getting struck by bolt will cause several severe burns, spasms, brain damage and in some cases death.

SCP-XXXX is capable of speaking English. While SCP-049 is generally hateful and bitter with Foundation staff, it can become especially irritated or at times outright murderous when locked inside the cell for weeks. SCP-XXXX will usually be silent for days.

If left unchecked, SCP-XXXX will generally attempt to kill any such individual; SCP-XXXX is capable of causing an entire sector to blackout. (See Addendum XXXX.2) SCP-XXXX has expressed frustration and aggression if the entity is stunned by Weaponized High-Voltage Cattle Prod.

Addendum XXXX.1: Discovery
SCP-XXXX was discovered in 1/15/1962, at a Nuclear Testing grounds in Nevada due to reports of unnatural thunderstorms and reports of a “Lightning man” destroying the test site. Personnel engaged SCP-XXXX unaware of its invaluably to gunfire. One of Testing grounds staff gave one of the personnel an “experimental” weapon that fired “Green balls of light”. This “Weapon” stunned and pushed back the entity. Personnel stunned the entity for 2 hours until more personnel arrived with an EMP that was detonated, paralysing SCP-XXXX long enough to be transported to Site-19.

SCP-XXXX: Your pathetic existence won't even registrar as a blip on my radar. Know this, you can't contain me. I am the new dominate life-form on this world. (Day 6: 21:02)

Addendum XXXX.2: Incident
During transport, SCP-XXXX broke out of its Portable Cell, and proceeded to kill 7 guards and 18 staff members. SCP-XXXX then made its way into the Light Containment Zone and into the Surveillance room. It then electrified the terminal and caused a blackout that affected all of Site-19. The Blackout also caused for many SCPs to escape from containment. The Breech lasted for 4 and a half hours. SCP-XXXX was then re-captured and placed back in containment where the electromagnetic pulses were active for 3 days.
