Special Containment Procedures: XXXX is to be kept in a standard cell similar to that of a D class cell however he should also have a foundation monitored PC that can only be viewed from 12:00PM to 5:00PM. Reasonable requests from him should be granted as he is able to easily escape containment and is only staying willingly. He has yet to give a request that would be a breach of security.
Never let him meet other anomalies as he will attempt to take his life with it. Sometimes he will escape containment when he gets bored and search for anomalies to commit suicide so we should keep him occupied as much as possible.
After the ZK class event of 'Reality Shattering', the containment procedures have been changed.
Files of SCP-XXXX can only be viewed by personnel of level 4 clearance or higher due to risk of leakage of info and due to having info on many top secretive SCPs, any personnel who has managed to bypass the level 4 password lock will be terminated due to risk of leakage of info.
There are no containment procedures for XXXX due it managing to break all forms of containment, and after the events of a ZK event, XXXX left the custody of the foundation and his current whereabouts are unknown.
Description: SCP XXXX is a young man with knowledge of everything about the foundation and the SCPs it contains. He evens knows secrets that only the O5 know and this has caused him to want to end his life. However they fail as he seems to be a reality bender of unknown strength and as of March 15th 2025, he has 792 attempts.
SCP XXXX has the appearance of a young European man in his early 20s with black hair but has no other features that stand out except he wears glasses at all times. DNA testing confirms he's of German descent but according to him, he had lived within the UK for most of his life. There exists no records of his existence but DNA testing has linked him to a family living within London who are also of German descent named Webber, however the family deny ever having a son.
Upon questioning, he states that he erased all traces of his existence but refuses to reveal his first name so personnel are to call him by his assigned number or Webber. He confirms it being because of his 'quest to end his life'
Webber has a strong urge to end his life and attempts to do so through anomalous means however all attempts fail. He tried to do it himself but on the date of October 5th 2023, He broke into Site 19 bypassing all security through anomalous means. He performed this in hopes of getting the foundation to help him to end his life. Dr █████ had fortunately recorded the encounter on his phone. His phone was confiscated while the audio files were being backed up on the foundation database.

Audio Log Start:
(Personnel notice that Webber isn't a foundation personnel and call for security while others confront him)Dr ███: Who the hell are you?! This is a restricted area, how did you even enter anyways?
Webber: I know, of course I know about the foundation. Why else would I be here if I didn't?
Dr ███: Security has been called! What organisation are you from, The Serpent's Hand, GOC, The Chaos Insurgency?!
Webber: None. But I know all about them. What am I? Well man, I'd say that I'd be what you'd consider an SCP. A fucking monster!
(Security arrive and attempt to subdue him but he manages to dodge all attacks until a guard tries to shoot his gun at him)
Webber: NOOOOO! Nah, I'm just kidding. I've tried guns, they don't work.
(The bullets were stated to have materialised behind him)
Dr ███: Be careful, this man states himself to be an anomaly and it seems to be true as the bullets disappeared somehow.
Webber: Hey! Can you people listen to my demands.
(The personnel who witnessed this agreed to listen to his demands in hoping to contain him while he's distracted)
Webber: Right! So first of all, I want a containment cell, and then your researchers can question me, right, Dr ███?
Dr ███: HOW DO YOU KNOW MY NAME?!
Webber: Good question, but I believe I already answered that, I know everything because I'm a monster. So where's my cell?

Webber refused to give any more information as to his origins until he was interviewed by researchers.
He was transferred over to the humanoid containment area however was put in a standard cell due to willingly be contained and since what his anomalous abilities are, were unknown, however the nature of his anomalous powers were revealed when he was interviewed by Dr Lee
