SCP-4352 - Box ‘O Fun by FunBox Inc.

Addendum 1 - ██/██/20██: Due to the possibility of SCP-4352's being public and its ability to be "Purchased Online" as well as the results of Experiment 4352-██████, SCP-4352 has been reclassified as Keter.

Special Containment Procedure: SCP-4352-A through SCP-4352-J are to be secured separately in high security vaults. Any Experiments on any instance of SCP-4352-A through SCP-4352-J require both written and audio permission from a Class-3 Personnel or higher. 5 Cm thick Steel covers are to be placed on top of instances of SCP-4352-A through SCP-4352-J to prevent the button from being pressed by accident. 3 Cm thick steel Locks are to be placed on the Dials of SCP-4352-A through SCP-4352-J.

The Dials on any instance of SCP-4352 are not to be changed under any circumstance excluding testing purposes with the permission of a Class-3 personnel or higher on site.
The Button on any instance of SCP-4352 is not to be pressed under any circumstance excluding testing purposes with the permission of a Class-3 personnel or higher on site.

SCP-4352-1A through SCP-4352-1J are to be secured separately in high security vaults. SCP-4352-1A through SCP-4352-1J are not to be viewed by anyone of level 2 or lower Clearance. Instances of SCP-4352-1 are to be placed into metal Boxes that are 17.78 cm by 17.78 cm by 17.78 cm and are not to be taken out of the Boxes without Class 3 authorization. Any Experiments with SCP-4352-1A through SCP-4352-1J require written and audio permission from at least 2 Class 3 Personnel.

SCP-4352-2 is to be kept strictly secretive from anyone Class 2 or lower to prevent instances of SCP-4352-2A. Under no circumstances is SCP-4352-2 allowed to be typed into a Database or search engine regardless of its connection to the internet except with the written and audio permission from at least 2 Class 3 Personnel.

SCP-4352-2A is to be prevented by all means excluding testing. To prevent an instance of SCP-4352-2A, Agents must be implanted in various Internet Service Providers companies, Government Agencies, and The Foundation Staff. If an instance of SCP-4352-2A is found, then Protocol 21-P-4352 is to be activated and the Director of Site ██ is to be reported. If an instance of SCP-4352-2A becomes an instance of SCP-4352-2B outside of testing, than Field Agents must intercept the new Instance of SCP-4352 and contain it at Site ██. Any new instance of SCP-4352 must be destroyed after initial testing by heating them to 1,668°C. Then stored in Vault-██ on Site ██.

Addendum 2 - ██/██/20██: All testing of SCP-4352 must be done on Site ██ to prevent potential containment breaches.

Addendum 3 - ██/██/2██: Under absolutely no circumstances are all three dials allowed to be turned to their Maximum setting at the same time. Doing so has high probability of incredibly dangerous manifestations.

Description: Instances of SCP-4352 are small 15.24 Cm by 15.24 by Cm 15.24 Cm black boxes with a large red button the top and 3 Dials on the front. Instances of SCP-4352 Come in most, if not all language types (See Addendum 4). The Large button says “Press Me”. The 3 Front Dials from Left to Right say “Volume”, “Power”, and “Fun”. The Top Front of the Box says “Box ‘O Fun” in English regardless of the Language the rest of the Box. it seems to resemble the Companies logo as the same image is also on instances of SCP-4352-1. Currently SCP-4352-A Through -J are stored at Site ██.

Pressing The Red Button causes a seemingly random event nearby. The Events range from harmless effects such as Bubbles appearing out of back of the Device, Changing the color of a nearby object, or instant hair loss to incredibly dangerous effects like spontaneous combustion of the user, Containment failure of nearby cells, or causing cancerous tumors in nearby staff. (See Experiment Logs).

There are ███ effects that manifest from pressing the Red Button. The 3 Dials on SCP-4352 can somewhat change the probability of certain manifestations, but are still highly unpredictable.

SCP-4352 is immune to its own destructive effects, however SCP-4352 itself is not indestructible. Early tests revealed that while it is durable, it is still vulnerable to damage. The inner workings of SCP-4352 are yet to be understood and attempts at disassembly have entirely destroyed instances SCP-4352’s ability to function despite being reassembled perfectly. Observing the object with scanners, X-rays, and other methods that attempt to view the inner workings of SCP-4352 always come back inconclusive. These are theorized by Dr. ███ to be a method to prevent counterfeiting.

The Packaging that instances of SCP-4352 are originally found and packaged in, referred to from now on as SCP-4352-1 are 16.51 cm by 16.51 cm by 16.51 cm in size and match the language of the SCP-4352 that came inside (see Addendum 4). SCP-4352-1 resemble that of 1970 toy boxes. SCP-4352-1 are decorated with flashy box art of SCP-4352 depicted with various effects that are generally seen in testing. The Backside of SCP-4352-1 have instructions of use, and more pictures of a child playing with SCP-4352. at the bottom of SCP-4352-1 is the URL where you can contact the assumed vendor to purchase more SCP-4352 despite it resembling that of a 1970's toy. Currently SCP-4352-1A Through -1J are stored at Site ██. The Bottom also contains several warning labels such as “Choking Hazard”. Instances of SCP-4352-1 seemingly contain no anomalous effects, however must be kept secret from anyone lower than Class 3 Clearance to prevent instances of SCP-4352-2A.

The URL or Web page, referred to from now on as SCP-4352-2 is a Web Page that can be connected to on any device with a search engine including devices that are not connected to the internet. SCP-4352-2 is a Simple Web Page that shows the option to purchase an SCP-4352. The Form asks for Language, Address, Email, and form of payment. SCP-4352-2 takes all forms of payment, including PayPal, Crypto-currency, Checks and Cash. SCP-4352 Costs $██.██ on the Web-page and will not under any circumstances take more or less. it is also of note, that the price is seemingly not taxed. When purchased with a Cash or Check, it will display a Message with instructions on where to send the money. The Address listed in the message has so far been been different each time. All attempts to track both the Money and Address have failed to come up with conclusive results. Fake addresses are not to be used under any circumstances to prevent an undocumented SCP-4352 from being public. However, using direct directions for places that do not have physical addresses seem to function as well. (For Example, “Third floor down in break room C of Site ██”)

Once an SCP-4352-2 is used to complete a Purchase of an SCP-4352, it will become an instance of SCP-4352-2A. SCP-4352-2A is an emailed receipt from [REDACTED]. 7 Days after SCP-4352-2A is received, an SCP-4352 will spontaneously appear where it was addressed to such as a Mailbox or Site ██ third floor break room. This event is referred to as SCP-4352-2B. Attempts at observing how the Package gets there have come up with inconclusive results.

The First SCP-4352, refereed to as SCP-4352-A, was originally found in [REDACTED] when local authorities received an emergency call about a toy store that seemingly blew up. Severally Child, their Parents, and the Staff were killed in the incident. On site Field Agents determined the Box was the cause of the explosion and contained it. the Agents quickly transferred the device to Site ██. All civilian survivors and the local authorities involved in the incident were given Class-B amnesiacs and a standard cover story was shown by the local news.

Initial testing revealed the device had random properties, but was easily contained and it revived the Euclid classification. However, shortly after the Devices secondary anomalous property, SCP-4352-2, was discovered the onsite staff responsible for SCP-4352 ordered 23 more SCP-4352's from SCP-4352-2A, most of which were in different languages and given the classification SCP-4352-B through -J.

More testing concluded that the Devices were extremely dangerous and the possibility of undocumented SCP-4352's being public quickly escalated it from Euclid to Keter.

Addendum 4: Every SCP-4352 that has been ordered from SCP-4352-2 have reached the correct address with the correct Language chosen. This has been tested with languages such as English, Japanese, Latin, ███, Hebrew, Russian, Spanish, Pig-latin, and even languages that were created by The Foundation.

Addendum 5: As of ██/██/20██, only D Class Personnel are allowed to touch the Devices Button.

Experiment Log-4352-54442-1 through -10: Researcher ███ turned the Left Dial 5%, Center Dial 15%, Right Dial 0% and pressed the button 10 separate times.
The First,Fifth, and Seventh press caused small Bubbles around Researcher ███.
The Second, Fourth, and Ninth press caused Researcher ███ hair to turn from brown to red.
The Third and Sixth press caused SCP-4352 to make a near inaudible sound. Analysis after revealed the Sound was the laugh of a small child.
The Eighth Press caused the lights around SCP-4352 to flicker for 20.43 Seconds.
The Tenth press yielded no noticable results.

Experiment Log-4352-54442 Notes: Further analysis of Experiments 4352-54442-1 through -10 caused Researcher ███ to grow Cancerous Tumor cells in his Lungs.

Experiment Log-4352-54449-1 through -5: Researcher ███ turned the left Dial 10%, the center Dial 25%, and the Right Dial 5% and pressed the button 5 separate times.
The First, and Second press caused electrical failure of nearby devices.
The Third press caused the Device to combust into flames temporarily, but caused no damage to itself.
The Fourth press caused noticeably bigger bubbles than previous tests around Researcher ███.
The Fifth press caused Researcher ███ to [REDACTED].

Experiment Log-4352-54449 Notes: The Dials seem to have a small, but noticeable effect on the devices capabilities. Further tests are requested.

Experiment Log-4352-54501-1 through -10: Researcher ███ turned the left Dial 25%, the center dial 20%, and the Right dial 5% and pressed the button 10 times.
The First, Sixth, and Ninth press caused the device to make various audible noises such as an Air Horn, a Giggling Child, and [Redacted].
The Second and Third press caused the device to combust into flames. It is noted that the flames were much larger than previous tests.
The Fourth press caused Researcher ███ to lose his hair instantaneously.
The Fifth and Seventh press caused Researcher ███ to fall asleep instantaneously. Researcher ███ was shortly awoken after to continue the test.
The Eighth press caused Researcher ███ Clothes to be instantaneously vaporized by an unknown method. Shortly after changing clothes Researcher ███ continued.
The Tenth press caused Researcher ███ head to explode.

Log-4352-54501-1 through -10 Notes: As suspected from previous tests, the Dials have a direct corresponding effect on the device. The Volume Dial affects the devices audio-levels. The Power Dial affects the intensity of the manifestations. More tests are required to understand how the Dial labeled “Fun” effects the Device.

It is also noted that further tests with the Buttons on instances of SCP-4352 will be performed with Class-D Subjects only.

Experiment Log-4352-55002-1 through -██: Researcher ███ turned the left Dial 30%, the center Dial 50%, and the right Dial 40% and requested Class-D Subjects to press the button ██ times.
The First press caused large, but harmless bubbles to appear around Subject-D-44442.
The Second press caused the device to make a loud shrieking noise of unknown origin.
The Third press caused D-44442 entire body to explode.
The Fourth press caused D-44315 to burst into flames. D-44315 did not survive the experiment.
The Fifth press caused D-44323 to go burst into laughter for 3 minutes and 43 seconds. After Which he collapsed and died of Cardiac Arrest.
The Sixth press caused D-45332 to disappear causing a Containment breach at Site ██. Minutes later a area sweep had revealed that D-45332 was transported instantly 350 Meters above Site and die from impact.
The Seventh press caused D-45402’s hair to change from blond to Neon Green.
The Eight press caused D-45402 to become uncooperative and paralyzed of fear. Shortly after D-45402 was interviewed by Researcher ███. the interview revealed that D-45402 had gained knowledge about SCP-████. D-45402 was terminated shortly after and Researcher ███ was given Class-A amnesiacs.
The Ninth press caused D-45398 to become noticeably younger by ██ years. Researcher ███ reluctantly had D-45398 given Class-A amnesiacs and transferred to another area.
The [REDACTED] Press caused [REDACTED]
The ██ press caused the entire room to [REDACTED]. Only 7 Staff members in nearby observation rooms survived the incident.

Experiment Log-4352-55002-1 through -██ Notes: After various tests, Researcher ███ and Researcher ███ have concluded that the “Fun” Dial causes much more dangerous manifestations. Site Director ███ has ordered that any further testing should be done on a separate more secure Site.
