Special Containment Procedures:SCP -4122 is to be stored in a watertight cube measuring 5m x 5m 5m made of ballistic glass that is suspended in a 10m x 10m x 10m glass tank filled with water. There is to be only one entrance into the tank and that entrance must be fitted with an airlock made of 5mm thick ballistic glass doors. There must be a 20m “clean zone” where no electrical devices of any sort are to be taken. Any cameras or other electrical devices inside the cell and water tank must be enclosed in a glass box with glass that is at least 50mm thick. All monitoring equipment such as monitors and computers that are connected to the devices in the cell are to be placed well outside the clean zone and all cables that intersect the clean zone are to also be covered in 50mm thick glass. Personnel that want to enter the cell must get written permission from 05-. All personnel entering the cell must be wearing a level-2 hazmat suit that can redirect an electrical charge away from the wearer. In the event of a containment breach, all personnel must evacuate the building immediately. MTF forces responding must attempt to subdue SCP -4122 before it escapes the clean zone and can gain a charge. In the event that SCP -4122 gains a charge, all responding MTF units are to equip armour piercing rounds and constantly fire at SCP -4122 aiming for the hands and chest.

DescriptionSCP -4122-A and SCP -4122-B are 7 feet tall humanoid entities wearing large black cloaks and white porcelain masks that completely obscure all facial features. they are able to move with surprising agility and can scale almost any surface. When attacking, SCP -4122 will ionise the air between it and the target allowing a lethal voltage of 1400v to jump through the air from their hands and hit the target in a similar fashion to how lightning strikes occur. The entities are able to use their body as a battery and store electricity in it(However, this requires them to recharge on a weekly basis). Both entities are impervious to most forms of damage but can be terminated by large amounts of armour piercing rounds.
SCP -4122-A interferes with all electrical devices in a 20m range from it and can cause anything in a 5m radius of it to discharge immediately (However, this only works if there is nothing more than 50cm thick in the way)

SCP -4122 was first discovered by the foundation during task force [DATA EXPUNGED] recapture of SCP -096 during the containment breach on site██ -█ where MTF units were taken deep into the woods surrounding site, SCP -4122 attacked MTF snipers when they entered an abandoned house in an attempt to find a spot to set up. After the recapture and containment of SCP -096, reinforcements were sent out to look for the missing snipers. This ended in a firefight between the MTF reinforcements and SCP -4122-A and SCP -4122-B. During this confrontation, SCP -4122-B was terminated by sustained fire from a helicopter-mounted Gatling gun firing armour piercing 5.56 rounds. SCP -4122-A was unable to kill all of the MTF units on its own and was eventually subdued via the use of machine gun fire and a cage built out of 5-inch thick ballistic glass. Both SCP -4122-A and the body of SCP -4122-B were bought back to site██-█ before being moved to site [DATA EXPUNGED].

An autopsy of SCP -4122-B carried out at site ██-█ upon the arrival of the MTF forces showed that SCP -4122 only had 4 organs present in its body: a heart, lungs, a brain and an unknown 4th organ that is theorised to be where SCP -4122 stores an electrical charge. The lungs while similar in structure to a human require carbon dioxide to function instead of oxygen. Analysis of the skin showed that it was bonded to the porcelain mask but not to the black cloak. Moreover, while the skin was exceptionally thick, it was the cloak that gave SCP -4122 most of its protection, the cloak was made of an unknown polymer that is 5 times as strong as Kevlar. It is to be noted that under the porcelain mask, SCP -4122 does possess a face with sharp teeth akin to that of a crocodile and its eyes are able to see infrared light, as well as heat signatures, given off be objects. During the autopsy, it was also discovered that SCP -4122 has a voicebox. It is still unknown if SCP -4122 is capable of human speech or if it is confined to more animalistic noises as SCP -4122 has not made any sound since arriving at the facility.

During transport to site ███ it was discovered that SCP -4122’s skin will have an extreme burning reaction if exposed to water. SCP -4122’s cloak is permeable therefore any water that comes into contact with SCP -4122’s cloak will seep into the fabric and burn SCP -4122. Further tests have shown that SCP -4122 seems to be in extreme, pain when burning but the burns are not life-threatening and only slow down SCP -4122 for a short time.
